Horrid management. Paid over $800 for a deep clean (including extra $ for 'heavy duty').

While here, they called and said they won't let the cleaners get on a step stool (I knew they weren't allowed on ladders, which I already find ridiculous since deep cleaning would involve that, but ok). So half the cabinets didn't get cleaned - which is the only thing he agreed after a bit of convincing to cut in half of the amount charged for cabinets, left dirty kitchen drawers, left the last drawer of the freezer dirty, didn't fully mop one of the room's floor, the oven wasn't touched (only to find out they don't include that in the service bc ovens are 'self-cleaning' ‼️), took the rest of my cleaning supplies (which they did offer to replace), broke a corner of a set of blinds and didn't clean them proper.

Offered to come back but that's just not an option at this point (it was a move out clean), so a useless 'remedy'. Then I was told they took 3 hours more than they planned for and aren't charging for that -well, gee thanks, bc that's yet another bad management estimate.

And their policy is no refunds for anything, now. Just skip them.

*The cleaners themselves were super sweet and I have nothing against them.

I hired Atlanta Green Maids to deep clean my apartment (1000 sq ft and 2 bedrooms) 2 days before my wedding. I paid extra for the baseboards to be cleaned as well. The maid was here 3 hours and when she stated she was done she had not even touched the 2nd bedroom, on top of that she had not cleaned any of the outside of the kitchen appliances, she didn't clean the microwave, she also used my person hand towel to clean the bathroom and it smelled like chemicals and complained about me having dogs who shed. This was my first and only experience as I will not be a repeat customer since I had to spend the rest of my evening recleaning everything before our family comes into town before my wedding.

The support team is great! They helped me schedule quickly and adjusted the appointment again as per my request. Helped me with the referral discount as well!! Rarely service companies would go above and beyond to honor your requests and Atlanta green maids did it for us.
