Shirley, Carmelita and Cam arrived on time and got right to work! The service was excellent, my home has never been cleaner. They were friendly, curtious, hardworking and efficient. They swept, mopped, dusted, and deep cleaned every surface in my home, leaving the place spotless. I will definetly be using Atlanta Green Maids again, and will recommend this company to all of my friends and family!

Toni J. with Green Maids was a huge, huge help at my house! I had some friends coming into town last minute and Toni came first thing in the morning and got to work. By the time she left the house was spotless, including the stove, bathrooms, and floors. Will definitely be looking to bring her back again!

Nina really SLAYED the salon cleaning today. She was very sweet, on time, and went out of her way to do everything we wanted. We did a walk through at the end to make sure it was up to our standards, which was a thoughtful touch. I even printed out a list that she happily tackled. We would LOVE to have her back anything for another stellar clean :)

Nina did a very good job. She was punctual and efficient. The floors were cleaned across all areas well, made both my beds and everything looked good. She was polite and easy to work with.

Nina did a fabulous job cleaning our home for a move-out. The space smelled great and was gleaming afterwards! We were super busy with the move and having her assistance was a game-changer. We have used ATL Green Maids multiple times and have never been disappointed!

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING COMPANY! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We paid $460 for a full-home cleaning service that was not provided. We were told upon the maids arrival, and throughout the cleaning, that they would not have enough time to do the entire house and the areas of focus listed on our booking sheet. Only one of the focus areas was delivered (main shower grime removal), leaving all of the blinds downstairs, floors downstairs, kitchen, guest bedroom and laundry room untouched (see photos). Additionally, when trying to clean some of the blinds, the maids broke the attachment at the top (see photo). When I contacted the manager, she relayed that we would receive a full refund that would be credited back to the credit card provided to book the cleaning. Quickly after relaying the refund, she said 'we will send you an email to complete the refund paperwork as we do not provide refunds'. What does that mean? We have yet to receive that email (6 days after the cleaning date). The manager also relayed that they would ship the blind part the maids broke. We'll see if that actually happens. Terrible customer service.

Nina did an excellent job. I have a lot of difficulties around reactions to mold and cleaning products. Nina patiently explained the best options for cleaning my place while mitigating my negative reactions to cleaning products and then did an excellent job cleaning.

Nina did a really fantastic job. I had 3 rooms that hadn’t received a deep cleaning in a few years and she was able to handle them like a professional. She also asked a lot of questions before she got started to make sure everything was being cleaned to my personal liking. I would definitely recommend her to friends.
