Ryan did a great job last week. Her attention to detail was clear. I came home to a squeaky clean home. I’ve appreciated Maid Pro’s dedicated service over the years and their constant effort to hire the best people for the job.

MaidPro Smyrna was great! We needed our bathrooms cleaned due to some construction issues. They knocked the bathrooms out super quickly and went on to clean the rest of the space with the extra time. Everything looked great, and we will definitely use this service again in the future!

My Maid Pro Alex is wonderful! She is efficient and on top of her game. She is friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Maid Pro. I love their 49-Point checklist. One of my favorite touch points is they clean the outside of my cabinets!

Great experience with the Smyrna team, especially Tiffany! She was early to our appointment and was very professional and friendly. Cleaning experience was fantastic and I know she paid attention to detail especially with dusting, something that I personally struggle with. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone who needs their home take care of!

This was my first time using MaidPro. I needed a deep clean to start out with and establish a relationship. They walked me through the entire process, and they were fair with their estimates.
Angela came right on time, and with an amazing attitude. She was a ray of sunshine and speed. The house was spotless following her departure, and I am sold on their service. I will be using them every week if not then at least bi-weekly. They are an amazing service, and Angela is an amazing asset to this company. Highly recommend it, and if you are lucky - I would ask for Angela.

Cam and Shanice made my place sparkle! The level of detail was incredible. My baseboards are even clean!! They were responsive and prompt and friendly. My place is so clean and smells great! Very happy with my service!

I normally clean my house myself as I like things done a certain way but when I was placed on bedrest that quickly went out the window. I went through and called different house cleaning services and came across MaidPro. Their checklist was very thorough so I gave them a call. Not only were their services very competitive than other places I called, their pros are true pros! I just had my second cleaning done by Kirstyn and Aerial. They were extremely professional, kept notes on my previous cleaning and checked in with me as often as they could to ensure the rooms cleaned were to my liking. I honestly could not have cleaned my place any better myself and I pride myself on my attention to detail when cleaning. I anticipated just using MaidPro while on bedrest but I don’t see that happening anymore. The whole experience is so easy and inexpensive I can’t think of any good reason to go back!

I just started using this service to clean my house and I will definitely be using them again. The staff was professional and very helpful and friendly. I was able to book my cleaning service quickly (same week I called them). The booking staff was helpful and accommodating to my schedule. The cleaning team arrived on time and cleaned the entire house and paid extra attention to the areas I pointed out. I'm very satisfied with the cleaning that Stefanny, Aerial and Shantel completed. The whole team was great and did a great job. Very thorough!

MaidPro has been an amazing service provider in every single way! The team is kind, professional and extremely responsive. They’ve gotten to know my family (and pets) and our cleaning preferences. Had my first cleaning by Trinity and Stef last week and they did a great job. Added on the fridge cleaning and they were very thorough there and throughout the house. Owner, Kelly, is responsive and easy to communicate with about services. Recommend. Will be using their monthly services, will update rating if anything changes but happy I found them

This is my first time using a maid service and I’m glad that I did. Meshell Bontz (representative) had a very bubbly personality and was really helpful when making my decision to use Maidpro. Cam and Miya (My Pros) did a great job cleaning my home. They were fast and followed directions well with areas that I needed touched up before they left. I plan to use Maidpro again in the future

We've been using MaidPro to clean our large finished basement full of trinkets and memorabilia and have had a wonderful experience. Kelly is always communicative with any changes in schedules or letting us know if someone new is coming to work in our home. We've had a great experience with both Alex and Vanessa!

KELLEY IS AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL!!!! I have been an absolute mess in the process of listing my home for sale and let me tell you - Kelley went above and beyond to make sure my home was spotless and took all the stress out of the move out clean.

She was very thorough and even got my stubborn bathtub stains completely removed! It looks like I got a brand new bathtub. She was friendly, personable, professional and responsive. We will definitely be working with MaidPro Smyrna again!!

I had a chance to work with Kelly and MaidPro recently and was very impressed with the way they handled a changing situation when my daughter was moving out of town. She handled her cleaning like she was a VIP client. Kelly worked with us as times changed several times. Kelly communicated with me and was able to provide a solution that involved after hours at first then changed to regular hours. When somebody treats a first time client like we were treated, I can only imagine how a regular client is serviced. I can highly recommend MaidPro Smyrna, Kelly and her team. A+ service.
