Everyone that showed up to my house was personable and very knowledgeable about what they spoke on. The actual job went off without a hitch and me and my family couldn’t be happier with the results!

Thank you Thank you Thank you!

P.S My 2 young sons enjoyed watching the guys work sooooo much, it’s all they have been talking about for hours 👍🏾!

Update: Cindy needs to be fired! She is always in a meeting, out of the office and needs to call me back, when we do talk doesn’t know who i am, then we she doesn’t call me back like she says acts like I have been dodging her! I have given her grace but this is ridiculous! Still waiting on the stomp grinding? Tree removal great customer service not so much Cindy.

Following an emergency where 2 gigantic trees fell on my yard, I called on Tomahawk Tree Service to help with removal. Everyone from Tomahawk was incredibly punctual, communicative, kind, friendly, resourceful and talented in the removal - they did an absolute fantastic job! I wholeheartedly recommend them for anything you need.

I had received a call for payment of services. I had previously called about payment over a month ago but the person over the project was too busy to discuss at the time. The same person calls over a month later like we had never talked. He immediately makes implications that the insurance money had been spent and goes into threatening legal action. The tone and manner was very disrespectful to myself and my wife. It was completely unnecessary. So therefore I would never use this company ever again nor would I refer work to anyone else. Also tree stump not removed as agreed.

Excellent work and response time. Super professional. They take care of my own lawn and my neighbors too. Even thought the power company failed to bring down the line, they were able to complete the work with extreme caution and without any problem. Highly recommended

We were very pleased with Tomahawk. Their work was timely, efficient, and professional. They removed a giant limb hanging precariously over my house with no damage to my home, then they cleaned up and moved on!

Cleanup was immaculate. I would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone without hesitation. A great job well done!!!

Initially, everything seemed promising. Alex provided a quote and advised on the power line issue. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn for the worse after that. I communicated with Cindy, who was supposed to handle contacting Georgia Power. The power line in question was connected to my neighbor's house, and I provided Cindy with their contact information. However, I never heard from Cindy again. She didn't respond to my calls or texts but continued to contact my neighbor, who wasn't involved in the tree removal. This lack of communication felt highly unprofessional.

To get updates, I had to reach out to Alex directly. Despite this, I decided to take my business elsewhere. If I could rate Cindy individually, it would be a 0. However, I'm giving an overall rating of three because Alex was responsive and professional. While I'd still recommend Tomahawk for their services, I would strongly advise against working with Cindy.

I had a giant oak come down in my yard and take down six other trees with it, all hanging over my neighbor's fence at an impossible angle. Bob & team did a great job at a fair price. They saved most of the fence and Bob replaced a portion that was damaged at no charge, though I don't think he needed to. I found my tree company!

20 trees removed, some as tall as 80'. The team did an impressive job taking them down. They were extremely aware of the impact to surrounding property and took extreme care.

These are true professionals, they did a quote and returned the next day to get the work done. They removed 4 large dying trees, trimmed some others to keep them healthy and looking good and cleaned the debris . We are very satisfied with the result.

Tomahawk workers did an outstanding job in taking out an older tree that had been rotten for some time and willing to fall any time in the wrong direction on my property. I was totally pleased with the estimate provided and service results.

Tomahawk Tree Service is truly a professional and trustworthy team! They not only took care of the leaning tree in my backyard that posed a serious safety risk to my house, but also did an excellent job clearing out all the weeds. On top of that, they carefully trimmed and restored the landscape plants that had been neglected for a long time, making my entire backyard look completely renewed.

The whole process was efficient, and the crew showed great patience and attention to detail. Their pricing was also very fair, with no hidden charges. I’m extremely satisfied with their work and will definitely call them again for any future tree service needs. Highly recommended!

We live in Kirkwood (neighborhood in City of Atlanta). Sean from Tomahawk did an excellent job helping evaluate the work we needed. Lamar (crew lead) was also great and took good care of our yard, leading his crew. The whole team is professional and amazing to work with! Would 100% recommend Tomahawk without hesitation.

They are the epitome of the phrase "good, cheap, fast: pick two", though I will say they weren't awful.

We got quotes to remove 2 pretty large trees from our backyard, and Tomahawk was quite a bit cheaper and well-reviewed so we went with them. Sean seemed professional, and they showed up on the promised day and worked quickly to cut the trees, and within a few days the trunks were removed from the street, and within a week (+/- a few days) the stumps were ground up. Those are all "pros" in my mind, and I do want to give them credit where it's due.

The issue was HOW the job was done. First off, they needed to use some heavy equipment to remove the tree trunks from the backyard to the front, but they drove the equipment right over our other (otherwise healthy) white oak tree roots, through my fire pit, etc. I had a perimeter of stones around the fire pit that were displaced, and quite a bit of the grass was 'torn up' and left quite muddy. I feel like maybe some plywood down on the terrain would help disperse the weight better? I can cut some slack on some of this though; I expect to have some residual 'clean-up' with this type of job.

My bigger problem was the use of the neighboring, healthy white oak tree and how they treated it. They used a limb to secure ropes while cutting down pieces from the diseased tree (which generally isn't necessary) and ended up snapping the limb. They then proceeded to climb my healthy tree with spikes to cut the damaged limb (quite poorly), leaving spike damage in the trunk. We are very particular with our trees and have them surveyed by arborists every few years (no spikes allowed), so the fact that the team just scaled the tree, without notice or permission, to take these actions was very much unappreciated.

I then got our regular arborist out to assess the damage, and Tomahawk has essentially ghosted me since I've asked about assistance to help pay for the damage they've caused. At first Sean said he would "check with the owner", but since then he hasn't responded or attempted to contact me at all, and it's now been a few months.

So, while I used them because they were cheaper, they're actually causing me more money in the end due to the additional damage they caused. Accidents happen, but I don't think they've handled this professionally, and this is where Tomahawk has dropped the ball in my mind. I'm just glad they didn't drop a limb on my house or caused more severe damage, and I'm chalking it up to a learning experience for me to just avoid the 'cheap' guys. They're cheap for a reason.

This is my second time using these guys. Communication and pricing and work quality were terrific. I always enjoy watching a well managed tree crew work. Its like a ballet with chain saws in the orchestra pit and without the goofy costumes.

As a contractor myself, I've hired many tree service companies over the years. I contacted Tomahawk to remove an approximately one hundred foot tall triple trunk tree from a very tight, and difficult to access location. Tomahawk showed up to the job with a full crew of men, a skyhook crane, wood chipper, skidsteer, and truck for hauling. The job was done in a timely, safe, professional way; and at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate using Tomahawk in the future.
