Michael Orme was the gentleman got in touch with me after I filled out a form on Home Advisor. He was easy to understand, professional, and prompt. Without me requesting it, he emailed me the company's insurance information and license information. He came out and gave us a quote that's fair. I don't remember if his quote was the lowest or not, but definitely not the highest. But his professionalism and friendliness definitely help my wife and I want to do business with him over other competitors. When they came out to cut the big river birch and a evergreen in our front yard, and the branches off a tree in our back yard, they were fast and they cleaned up very well afterward. Michael came out with his crew to supervise and help. His crew was also very friendly. With 2 big trucks, all the equipment, and like 6 people, they got it all done within an hour and did not interrupt my day. I would definitely hire them again.

Michael and his team did a phenomenal job evaluating and trimming several large (~75 foot) trees on our property. They provided us with detailed analyses of the trees’ health and an explanation of exactly what pruning they recommended and why. When the time came for the work they showed up on time, caused minimal disturbance and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. All that said, their pricing was extremely competitive and so we felt like we got the highest quality service for a low price. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience.

Michael provided excellent customer service and offered the best price in town. Got 3 quotes from recommended companies and Peachtree Tree Service was by far the best bang for my buck, let alone the best overall price. The crew was professional, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure to leave my property as they found it. There were no unexpected issues/occurrences. I would definitely recommend them if you need some trees removed!

Great company and customer service. The owner, Michael, came out in person and was highly consultative and low pressure in his sales approach unlike the other service providers that came out. Their quote was competitive and the quality of their work was excellent. They also seemed to be better equipped in terms of their tools and machinery. They were on-time and responsive and highly professional throughout the process which was stressful enough given the damage we sustained. Overall, an exceptional customer experience and highly recommended!

Peachtree Arborists has been great to work with on multiple projects at our home in East Atlanta. We have used Peachtree Arborists 3 different times in the last 6 months for removal of 2 large trees in our yard and 2 additional branch removal occurrences. Logan is the best; if you're working with him you are in good hands!

I was really impressed with Michael at Peachtree Arborist. When we had a tree fall in our property and crush a fence, he was lightning quick in getting a crew out to remove it since it was blocking our driveway. His price was competitive with other offers and actually wound up being a great deal as he put the leg work in with our insurance company to make sure they fully covered everything. Because of his diligence, I'm getting full repairs done for less than I thought it was going to cost. Going forward, Peachtree Arborist will be my go-to company for tree removal.

When we had a tree go down from our property and hit our neighbor’s house, we had a lot of questions about what to do next. Peachtree Arborists helped us and our neighbor with the insurance process. They created a plan to safely remove the tree and came in slightly cheaper than the other estimates we got. The crew did a great job with the removal and got it done fast. We will definitely be using Peachtree Arborists in the future, they did an amazing job when we really needed the help

Working with Peachtree Arborists was a great experience. As a tree & wildlife lover, I did not want to take down trees that didn’t need to go…but it was clear that 2 big ones were very ill, which is was why I called.

The owner of Peachtree Arborists met with me personally and offered me a gamut of options~including further testing & his professional opinion.

He explained to me what the timeline would be if I chose to take no current action…what were the benefits of removal now vs leaving in place for now…for each tree, as an individual.

I chose to take out 3 big trees (there were 2 I called for~they were clearly dying. The other I was surprised to learn was sicker than I realized. I didn’t really get it until the stump after take down revealed significant decay & hollowing.)

I was grateful Michael & Matt took the time to explain to me my options. Once I made the decisions it was a quick & easy process.

The crew showed up on date & on time.
They took great care in protecting my property & plants which I appreciated.

They told me they’d have to move the fence, which they did, then returned it to its original place~completely unnoticeable.

They removed all debris & I watched their crane operator come grab the logs out of my front yard, again, on time & date promised.

I found Michael to be very responsive & caring. Peachtree Arborists were not the first company I called for estimates~and I am SO GLAD I kept looking until I found them.

Their prices were by far the best~but honestly it’s the care they showed from beginning to end which sealed the deal.

I believe they understood my concerns for the wildlife/environment as much as my personal property/safety, that’s ultimately why I chose Peachtree Arborists.

They’re now helping me select and plant a few native fruiting/flowering trees to improve my yard’s ability to support our local & migrating birds & pollinators, which is another aspect of their service.

It made removing the trees slightly less painful~knowing I’ll have more to offer local wildlife after a few years of growth, than I had to offer prior to those mighty giants’ removal.

I’m impressed with how fairly priced and attentive the Peachtree Arborists team was! They kept me updated and made the whole tree-removal process smooth and stress-free.

I HIGHLY recommend Peachtree Arborists! A friend of mine referred them to me and I was so pleased with their work. I had 2 large pecan trees that needed pruning and a large bush on the other side of my fence that I asked them to take down, as it was very overgrown and was starting to invade my property. Peachtree Arborists was very responsive -- they were able to come out to my house within 2 days of reaching out, provided a quote that day, and were able to accommodate our schedule. The whole job took them 1.5 hours to complete and they cleaned everything up. Our trees look healthier and the invasive bush is finally gone! Cannot recommend this company enough -- stellar customer service from start to finish.

The process was super easy. Michael quoted, Kelly scheduled super quick. The team showed up in time, did exactly what we had agreed. They were super efficient, in and out in less than an hour and they left no mess behind them. Highly recommend and I will use them again. Thank you.

I had a great experience using Peachtree Arborists for the removal of many storm damaged trees that were in excess of 50 years old and very close to the house. They were very safe and completed the difficult job without incidence. Michael was very responsive and worked with me for the entire project until all was completed and cleaned up. Thank you very much.

We picked Gunnison because they came out during the estimate phase and gave us a comprehensive plan for the trees in our yard that came across as their want to build a long term relationship with us, rather than a "let's see how much we can get from them on this one job" type of relationship. They were patient with all of our questions, and took time the time to explain what work needed to be done right away, what work might need to be done in the next ten years, and even pointed out work that we could easily do ourselves. The price quoted wasn't the best (it was close), but the overall value of using their service seemed far above the others.
There was a small hiccup in scheduling, which is what is keeping me from giving a 5* rating, however once that resolved, their crew came out and did an excellent job, working quickly and acting professionally.
After receiving multiple estimates from various companies, Gunnison was the clear choice, and I have recommended their service to my neighbors.

Gunnison was professional from my initial contact with them all they through the finished work. They were on time with all appointments, from the first visit, the tree cutting & the stump grinding. They were extremely easy to work with. Christie offered good advice on what to do with our trees. We followed her advice & are very pleased with the final outcome! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was and always have been extremely pleased with my experience with Gunnison Tree Specialists. From the quick and on site quote from Christie (who just loves what she does) to delivering on the timely removal and clean up from our old Oak tree. They gave me a great price and then executed on their quote flawlessly. I would highly recommend Gunnison for their prices, quality of work, and timeliness. Very impressed with the efficiency and thoroughness of this tree company. R.J and Jose coordinated the project perfectly and appeared to be both practical and caring of the aesthetics of each tree that was trimmed.

I am here to tell you all to stay far away from this company. They came to do work for my neighbor on August 1, 2024. The crew came onto our property to take a tree down without permission. They dragged huge limbs and trunks across our driveway with their industrial equipment and left stains, divots, and debris everywhere.

Let me remind you, I DID NOT HIRE THEM FOR WORK OR WAS ASKED PERMISSION TO USE OUR DRIVEWAY. I have asked the project manager, Will, numerous times, called their office, and emailed their CEO, with a single response that I received because my neighbor was on the text thread, that their pressure washer was in the shop and he would come take care of it. That was on August 12, 2024. Today is September 6, 2024. Do the math.

Unbelievably shameful and embarrassing customer service. If one thing goes wrong when they do work for you, you're screwed. Fair warning.

Several crews from Gunnison Tree Service have been working their way down my street in SW Atlanta for several weeks and have made it up to my residence.
First of all I need to say that they have state of the art equipment. From their trucks to their chippers to anything and everything they could possibly need to effectively do their jobs. But, at the end of the day, it boils down to their wonderful employees. They know what they are doing. They work hard and diligently non -stop. But even more importantly, it is quite obvious that they care not only about the job they are doing but also about the owners of the properties they are working on.
They brought a very large truck with a basket that elevates to trim the upper branches of even the tallest trees to protect the power lines from being damaged. This truck required bracing by 4 hydraulic legs to keep it from tipping as the man in the "crow's nest" maneuvered around to do his work. It had rained for the last couple of days and the ground was most likely softer than usual yet they brought the truck right up onto the front of my property. Carefully using large rubber or metal (couldn't really tell) plates and placed them underneath the legs of the truck spreading the weight of the truck over a larger surface (sort of like a snow-shoe). They then proceeded to do what they had come to do. As the branches above were being trimmed, efficient crew members down below were continuously gathering them and disposing of them in the chipper. When the work was done, they raked the property and cleaned up so well that there was never any indication that they had even been there. Also, the truck, as large as it was left no tracks nor clue that it had been there either. In fact, there is absolutely no evidence that anyone was ever there except for the fact that the electric wires around our home are perfectly cleared and that we have more daylight and sunshine coming through than ever before.
I had the pleasure of meeting some of the crew. Two crew members particularly stood out: Rogelio Lopez and another man by the name of Alexis. Not only were they knowledgeable about what they were doing, efficient and hard-working but they were extremely courteous. Some companies have one, maybe two of these qualities. But in this day and age where many employees would rather sit around, play with their cell phones or just complain about their jobs rather than being grateful that they have one, to find a company that has employees with all three of these qualities is sadly, extremely rare. By the way, I did not have the opportunity to meet everyone on the crew but they worked as a team and it showed in the speed with which they did their jobs. This why I felt the need to send this complimentary note to everyone and especially the management of Gunnison Tree Service, not just for having good equipment but for having incredible employees! Well done!

Gunnison recently completed a large tree removal project at my house. They started when promised and completed the job ahead of schedule. It is amazing to watch skilled tree removal with the proper equipment for the job. They removed several trees within several feet of my home without damage. There are a lot of choices for tree removal but these guys are the best.

Gunnison took down approx. 65 trees on my half acre lot. It was a tough job and they delivered with a great price and great service. Of course there were a few mishaps along the way with a job this size but their communication was impeccable (Shout out to Brittany at the office and Jonathan on the sales side). My only complaint was the time it took to remove the logs from the street, but since this was technically an outsourced timber company handling that part of the job I still give an outstanding 5 stars to Gunnison.
