Bates is the man! He did a wonderful job removing a large, underground stump. I live in a townhome community and was having trouble finding someone who was willing to do the job for a reasonable price, in the close quarters. Bates got it done for less than half the price of his competitor!
Bates was genuinely bothered that the other person was trying to charge so much. On time, very friendly, speedy, and quality results! He even cleaned up, afterwards! I will definitely use Tree Stump Masters again!

This is my second time to use Tree Stump Masters. They have been amazing - good communication, fast response time, punctual, thorough job and easy to pay. Bates ensured my property was protected during the stump grinding and put everything back at the end. I am very happy with his service.

I've been trying to get someone out for weeks to grind 2 large stumps but most places were unresponsive and had horrible communication with overinflated pricing. Finally searched again and ran into TSM. They were prompt, responsive, and communicated the job quickly and were out in few days to grind out the stumps. I rarely recommend anyone but i give this place 5 stars.

Happy with the service from Bates. Had the best quote of the three companies I contacted and was professional and friendly. I asked him to drive the machine closer to one side of the yard as to not go on the neighbors side and he made it work (the grinder didn’t end up messing up the lawn anyways). Did the job, cleaned up well, would definitely use again.

He helped me figure out what prep work we needed to do, and then was able to take care of my stump the same day. Very professional, efficient, and communicative!

What a great job! I had 40 very large trees removed from my property and needed all the stumps grinded. Bates was recommended to me by the tree removal service and I must say I'm thankful for the recommendation they gave me. He had them all done in two days! He came out while I was at work, the day I called him and gave me an estimate within an hour of arrival. It was much less than I expected! He had the job completed within 2 days. WOW! Great job! I would highly recommend him.

Bates Hite was prompt, efficient and very responsive. He removed 4 stumps on my property did a great job with care and concern for my property. I highly recommend his business and would use him again in the future!!

George and his crew arrived at my house late afternoon after having completed 2 projects that day. Even though I expected every one to be fatigued they were alert and focused. The crew pulled down a very tall and very dead loblolly pine that could not be climbed and a tall oak next to it that interfered with taking down the pine. The crew was made up of about 6 men who worked in concert to pull down and cut the trees into segments. I was very impressed with their professionalism. Also George remembered from a previous job that there was an easement to the sewer and made sure that that the trees did not fall on it. Overall very pleased.

Fast, professional and excellent work!

This is the 2nd time I've used Atlanta Tree Professionals. DJ and George were great with the estimate and communication. Showed up with 2 crews today with Jose and his team of 9. They wiped out the job a lot faster than I ever expected and left the yard so clean. Couldn't even tell they had been there after removing limbs from around 10 tees and completely removing 3 trees. One tree removal wasn't planned but as they were trimming it they could tell it was hollow.

I'm thankful they noticed it as the tree that was right next to the house. I couldn't imagine the damage it could have done if had fallen during a storm. So thanks ATP for noticing it was hollowed out mainly and on it's last leg. Will call again the next time I need tree service.

DJ and his team were very knowledgeable and were able to quotes us and remove the dying trees and dead branches from healthy trees the next day. They did a great job and at fair price. I would recommend to others needing tree removal or maintenance to trees done.

I can't recommend Atlanta Tree Professionals highly enough! It is amazing how much they were able to transform my yard in just one afternoon! The first picture shows my front yard before they started-- the house is barely even visible from the street. Just a few hours later, as you can see in the next two pictures, Atlanta Tree Professionals had thinned the trees, trimmed low branches, and removed shrubs to vastly improve the front yard and increase the natural light to the home.

I wish I had before photos of the backyard, but it, too, had an amazing transformation in just a single day. The back yard beyond the fence was very overgrown, blocking the view to the lake. Atlanta tree professionals carefully selected which trees and bushes to remove to maximize the water views from my kitchen and back porch.

George and his team did an excellent job with trimming and pruning 3 large trees for me. George has excellent customer service and communicated well throughout the service and estimate. He was the most honest of all the tree trimming companies that came to give me an estimate. One company told me my tree was sick (not true). George assessed my trees for health and recommended weight reductions to help the trees and keep branches from falling. 10/10 would recommend. I plan to use this team for all my tree needs going forward.

George, DJ and team are a must contact for tree services. I received several quotes for some tree trims/removal and this team was the most transparent, honest and timely. Communication was key and they went above and beyond to ensure my yard was taken care of. Would hire again.

I needed to have a tree trimmed on Sunday due to scheduled repairs on the house. Francisco contacted me and scheduled his arrival time. He arrived on time, sized up the tree and began work. He trimmed the tree to allow the repair crew room to work alongside the house. Francisco made sure the tree maintained its basic shape. To provide more space for the repair crew he was able to tie and pull the tree away from the house more without damaging the tree. He went out of his way to give the workers room to work. Francisco did an excellent job including cleanup. Thanks Francisco.

Francisco provided awesome service! He was very prompt on returning our call and giving us an estimate. Communication on when he would be here and what he would be doing was given. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly. The yard was cleaned up afterwards. He followed up the next day to check if we needed anything else. We will definitely use his services again!

These guys provide amazing service. Francisco stayed in touch and kept me up to speed regarding when the requested work could be done. He walked my property to verify my request. He educated me on the health of my trees and shrubs and made recommendations regarding how they should be managed. The prices were reasonable and the grounds were cleaned and all tree/shrub trimmings and stumps removed.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for tree/shrub work. I will definitely be using their services again.

Francisco came out and gave a free quote that we decided to go with. Him and his team removed 4 trees at an excellent price. They arrived on time and did an excellent job!! Not only did they remove the trees but the clean was awesome. We will definitely be using his services again. I have to add that his communication through out the process was very on point. Francisco just finished a two day pruning job at my house, which entailed a total remake of my overgrown plants and trees. He made the separations and natural looking designs that I wanted, took out all the dead stuff, and helped devise a yard plan for the future. He was courteous, on time, and did an overall fabulous job, not to mention his thorough cleanup. I highly recommend his services!
