Clayton Shotwell of Wash Life was very professional and he did a great job cleaning my house. The back was pretty dirty and he has it looking new. He responded to my request for a quote quickly and arrived on-time and finished promptly. He was reasonably priced and I'd definitely recommend him and use him again.

Mr. Clayton arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manner. The washing that was done to my house and roof was A-1with a 5 star rating. This young man was very professional. He gave me pointers on other items that I want to have done and things that needs correcting. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again. This company is awesome! We (M. Rentals) hired Wash Life Pressure Washing & Gutter Cleaning for gutters on a rental property based on Google reviews, and we're not disappointed. The appointment date was set within 48 hours and the service tech came out on time and did a great job! He also followed up with before/after pictures. We will definitely recommend him to any and everyone. Great job.

Clayton was so professional and honest. He arrived at my home, early, and explained the entire process to me. My gutters weren’t even bad enough for him to clean and rather than take my money, he recommended that I get my gutters aligned. I will definitely recommend/use him in the future. We need more honest professionals like him. Btw, his quote was fair and very reasonable based on my size/story home.

Clay did an absolutely fantastic job pressure washing our house- it's a 40 yr old house and now it looks incredible! He even got the black streaks off the gutters. He was prompt, efficient and reasonably priced, and also cleaned our patio pavers, and they look great. He did all this by himself in under 3 hours. He is a hard worker and I highly recommend him!

He provided a good price, was on time and did an excellent job cleaning the house, driveway and shingles on a portion of the roof. Just got our house pressure washed by Clayton Shotwell. He did a very thorough job, and the house (built in 2014) is looking like new again. What impressed us most about young Mr. Shotwell was his conscientiousness. We had asked for references from neighbors in the Historic College Park Facebook group, but the one that sounded most promising just would not return calls. Then my son (who is a builder) asked his painter to do the job. Same deal--calls not returned. Clayton was right on the money: called back, gave a fair price, called before he came, and showed up exactly when he promised to do the job, then helped me put back the patio accessories. Heartily recommended.
