The cleaning service is OUTSTANDING!!!! They are very detailed and get the job done in a timely manner. I have a 3 story home and price is very reasonable.

The cleaner was excellent. The little finishing touches with folded blankets at bath towels was soooo cute. I actually adopted her ideas in my design scheme. Will definitely continue cleaning service with this company. My baseboards were terrible because I have a German shepherd who loves to lay on them. I almost considered repainting but she made them look really good.

The absolute best! Great job and very affordable. We have light cleaning done to get the stuff we miss when doing chores. We have gone through several cleaners and they always missed something. Our dogs loved the snow ! They also tracked it in for 3 days 😵‍💫 Damaris did a great job tackling the hard wood floors and rugs.

They taken care of us EVERY Friday since 2017, office staff and cleaners are always professional, conscientious, reliable and they listen!! They are the only people in ATL that we trust to have a key to our home. Need I say more?!?!

Brazil Master have a great teams. They each have their areas and they “get it done”. The owner Mrs. Kirk text me an update as to when they will arrive. Friendly people. I enjoy a clean, fresh smelling house! They do what I want, the way I want it done. Very happy with the work they do. Highly recommend .

This cleaning company has been a complete game-changer for our busy family. They are incredibly efficient—you can tell they know exactly what they’re doing—but they never rush when it comes to the little things that matter. They are friendly, respectful, and always greet my kids and dog like old friends. I honestly don’t know how we got along with them before we met them. Reliable, thorough, and just plain good people. I couldn’t ask for more.

The communication with the owner, Mrs. Erica, was amazing from the get go! She was fast to respond to my inquiry and provided reasonable quotes depending on the service I was seeking. July 2025 - I previously had a cleaning with this company and it was amazing. This led to me scheduling a second service. This service was horrible. They did not do something as basic as WIPE the showers/tubs, when they were supposed to CLEAN them. The showers/tubs did not require any hard cleaning or scrubbing, as we are a household of 2 people who work long hours. It was evident that they didn't even attempt to clean them. Basic things went undone and when I brought it to the owner, Erica's, attention, she blamed me for not booking a deep clean. If a deep clean is necessary to simply touch the shower, then I would have booked that. Not to mention, the bathroom floors were not mopped. No water touched the floor. I can't even say if the floor was actually swept. Instead of pointing the blame to me, you could have apologized for not meeting the expectations and it could have set everyone up for better service next time. In my opinion, a basic clean should come with a clean shower and a mopped floor. I had to come home and clean the bathrooms for my guests, so it was a waste of my time and money. I will keep my previous great review as it is a reflection of my initial service. However, this review is a reflection of how following services will go after the false impression of cleaning #1. They do not take accountability for any part of issues that may arise and stop responding. Choose another cleaner who cares about your experience with their brand.

March 2025 - I recently had my home deep cleaned by Brazil Master Cleaners, and I couldn’t be more pleased! The pricing was very reasonable, and the owner, Erica, was professional, responsive, and answered all my questions. The cleaner who came to my home was outstanding—she was professional, thorough, and paid great attention to detail, getting to places I could never seem to clean properly. My house smelled fresh and looked immaculate when she was done. I also felt completely comfortable leaving her in my home alone, and she let herself out when finished. I will definitely be using this service again and highly recommend it to others!
