This company has been in business for years and does a quality job for a great price. I have been using this company for 2 years and have helped me tremendously. The cleaners have gone above and beyond what I expect from a cleaning service.

We booked a deep clean before heading out on a big trip, hoping to come home to a fresh, tidy space and not have to worry about anything. Elisa came and spent 8 hours here, and truly went above and beyond. The attention to detail was incredible, and the house looked and felt amazing. It was such a relief to walk in the door and feel instantly at ease.

We also recently booked a move out cleaning with Ana and she did an amazing job! The tenants were super impressed.

I had my house cleaned over the weekend and I’m so impressed with the results! Damaris was punctual, thorough, and left everything spotless. We had our first deep clean with Brazil Master Cleaners today, and they did an amazing job! Everything was spotless afterward. We’re already pretty clean people but wanted a deep clean to feel extra comfortable in our new place and they went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Brazil Masters has been cleaning my home since December 24, once a month. The ladies do a wonderful job and are always sweet and friendly. Yesterday the young lady who came did such an amazing job I was really impressed. They really take care of your home and I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

I love the services provided by Brazil Master Cleaners. I started with a deep clean followed up with a light clean once a month. Prices are fair and I do think you get your moneys worth. I have tried other companies but I feel they are not as thorough. Especially love how they make the beds.

I have been working with Brazil for the past 90 days or so. I am extremely pleased. They arrive on time. They show extreme care with my personal items, and the end service is a 10 out of 10. For me, at the end of the service, it's the care of my floors that's most important. A job well done. I added additional services this time and they were in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

I was referred to this company by a friend and was really looking forward to a detailed deep clean, but unfortunately the service I received felt rushed and more like a basic cleaning.

The booking process was smooth—the representative was very nice, responsive, and even provided an invoice that highlighted the main focus areas. I paid my deposit and the remaining balance without hesitation.

However, when I got off work and inspected, I was disappointed.
• Basement floor was still dirty
• Living room floor was sticky
• Baseboards still had sticky/dirty
• Crumbs and dust left in the couch

I was told this would be an 8-hour service, but it was completed in only 3 hours, which explains why it felt rushed and lacked attention to detail.

Updated Review – Please Read Before Booking

I originally tried to resolve my issues privately with the owner, even after receiving an incomplete “deep clean” that was rushed through in just a few hours. The owner agreed to refund me 50%, admitted corrections were needed, and said she wanted to make the situation right. She never issued the refund.

Instead, when I followed up, she completely changed her tone, played the victim, and tried to guilt-trip me for leaving an honest review. She even made personal comments about my parents—one of whom is deceased—which was wildly unprofessional and unnecessary.

A business owner who:
• agrees to a refund and then refuses to send it,
• blames the customer instead of addressing valid concerns,
• and resorts to personal insults when held accountable,

is not someone who should be trusted in your home or with your money.

My complaints were valid, detailed, and clearly communicated. Instead of fixing the problem, the owner chose to attack my character. This experience showed me exactly why transparency in reviews matters.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with caution.

I don’t remember how I found Brazil Master Cleaners, but I took a chance when I was seeking a new cleaner earlier this year. I am so glad I did. Being a single working mother is tough, there just never seems to be enough time. Brazil Master Cleaners allows me to exhale, having the biweekly service has been so worth the investment. Erica is communicative Graceiy always does such a great job! I highly recommend hiring this team.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!

We paid $327 for a deep cleaning service which was not done correctly. The estimated time to complete the full service was 8hrs, and the cleaner was done in less than 3 missing all the CRITICAL AREAS. We were quoted $327 for a deep cleaning vs a regular cleaning, which is what we received.

We just moved in, so the house was clean, we just wanted a thorough deep cleaning before unpacking.

The floors were left sticky, baseboards/doorframes and windows not clean, did not clean the couch (as quoted), and the basement floors were untouched. Because of the attention to detail that was needed to be cleaned, we agreed to the deep cleaning charges.

After contacting the owner about the insufficient cleaning, we requested a partial refund. She declined. Saying the service was performed correctly. After making a review, the owner then texts my fiancé insulting her, and lying saying she gave us a %50 refund, and did not.
She then proceeds to block us when we inquired about the refund she claimed to have sent.

Overall- this place is a complete scam, the customer service is terrible, and the lack of professionalism was of the worst I have ever experienced. Instead of taking accountability, we were insulted, disrespected, lied to, and blocked.

This place is a disgrace!
