Overall a great experience- price was competitive and they did the work quickly and cleaned up well. Scheduling the appointment was super quick, they got the permit approved and was here to do the job… took a mere 5 business days from start to end (other companies had me wait a week or more just to come give an estimate). The only thing that was a bit off was communication- received different time slots for the same day, called to clarify and never got a response. So they arrived at an unexpected time but no big deal for me. Would recommend this company.

Had them take down two Leland cypresses. Good price, and a great job. The sales rep walked my property and shared some good advice on some of the other trees in my yard. I’ve worked with Northside on a few other occasions and always received great service and a quality job.

I contacted Northside Tree Professionals for the first time to top-off and trim several twenty-foot hollies, cut down dead cedars, and prune forsythia, crepe myrtles and wax myrtles. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the company sent out an arborist for a quote and then scheduled the work a few days later. The team that came out was great – they did the work I requested, and the result was better than expected. The team leader walked me around the property half-way through the project and again at the end to make sure everything was done to my standard. I will by using them again for future work. I would highly recommend Northside Tree Professionals.

The communication was easy and quick. The arborist, Chase, came out to our property to assess the health of 5 large trees. He was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. Within just a few hours of his visit, he provided a thorough report. Excellent service from start to finish!

We did not know anything about having trees cut. Doug was so wonderful helping us determine which trees we should cut. The scheduling was great and the team were so professional. I would highly recommend them for your tree service.

Northside Tree Professional, I just want to say a job well done, the guys made sure I was satisfied and they cleaned up everything before they left. These are before and after pictures. I had to get the branches removed because the Raccoons would climb the tree and use the branches to get on the roof of the house, which costed me $2500.00 to get them out the attic and put heavy metal around the roof of the house.

The Northside Team arrived bright and early and went beyond the call of duty to remove the tree and comprised branches. Another team member came back later today to remove the rest of the logs, branches, and other debris. They left my yard in pristine condition! Highly recommended!!!

Had Northside Tree "Professionals" here today to clear damage from Hurricane Helene. These guys were absolute "Professionals" in the way they approached the job, completed the job and cleaned up after the job was finished. Have never had this quality of service from a tree company removing damaged trees. They did all this work in under 3 hours because of their excellent teamwork! I am very impressed with everything they did. Highly recommend their services. Will include before and after pics for comparison.

This team was amazing. We had 50 foot + trees come down during the storm. They came within 2 hours of my call and scheduled a team for the next day. The work crew did not stop all day clearing and cutting. They kept me informed at each step of the process. I cannot say enough about how great they were. This was a huge project and they excelled in their work.

A neighbor’s tree split off a large portion of the tree which dropped into our yard. We received a quick and reasonable estimate the next day and the tree was removed with no trace left behind. Workers were extremely nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent service from the start to the finish! We haven't addressed our trees in almost five years. It was time! The canopies were very low, lots of broken and dead limbs, and we had a few trees that were so overgrown that they were against the house and roof.

The initial walkthrough was with Chase Hartman, a Certified Arborist. We looked at every tree on my property and discussed what could be done to it to raise the canopy, thin it out, check for damage and disease, and make sure it's healthy and will continue to flourish.

At the end of the walk, they were going to limb up and thin out six huge trees in my front yard, take down a pine and oak that had grown together and were way too close to my home, take down six dead Leyland Cyprus and two huge pine trees that if they fell, would crush my home.
A week later, the crew arrived with two trucks, a bobcat loader, a chipper, and eight very experienced crew. They sized up the access to the property, spoke with my neighbors to ask to use their driveways to get to my backyard, and went to work.
It was incredible to watch professionals practice their craft! They systematically worked on the two large pines in the backyard by climbing the tree and cutting limbs as they went up. Piling up the limbs to be pulled away by the bobcat to the chipped. Within two hours, both large pines were gone, and work started on the cypress, which they made quick work of.
They arrived at eight AM and left at one-thirty PM. Professional from start to finish. They protected my yard, my neighbors' yards, and systematically, cleanly dropped ten trees and cleaned/limbed up six trees.
From the first walkthrough to the final stump grinding a week after the tree work, excellent communications, great service, extremely professional and friendly. My new Arborist and Tree service for my home!

Cesar's and Davey's teams did wonderful work removing a few trees and trimming up some pretty overgrown ones. They were on time, efficient, careful, and concerned that I was happy with their work! Northside did a really good job on a very challenging tree. The office staff was very cordial and accommodating from the beginning. Jovanny was very knowledgeable, a good listener, and he always returned my calls in a timely fashion and addressed all my concerns with patience. The tree experts were talented and precise. They did an excellent job on taking down a very challenging tree. The crew members were also accommodating in helping me claim some of the mulch & dump it under a tree in my yard. Lastly, they did a great job cleaning up my whole yard after the process. I would definitely hire Northside Tree service again as I feel they are a very reputable and professional company!

The guys arrived on time, they were polite, and professional. The job was hard. I needed them to take out 8 Leyland Cypresses that were easily 30 feet tall, but the area to drop them was only about 20 feet wide. The guys were impressive! They made each of those trees drop exactly where they wanted them. No damage to my brand new fence that all these trees were within a foot of. I will recommend Northside to anyone looking for a tree service.

The three gentlemen that showed up were extremely professional. I was impressed at how fast they were able to remove two large trees and two small ones. I would be very happy to give Northside tree service business in the future.

Northside did a fantastic job removing a row of dead trees. These trees had dropped multiple limbs over the years, with several having just fallen on my roof. They came out a day early to give me an estimate and beat the three other companies I had also requested estimates from. I was able to get scheduled within a day, and the team they sent out worked safely but quickly. They also left the work area spotless. I would highly recommended this company and am saving their info for my next round of tree work.

Excellent! Professional service from the arborist visit, to the office coordinator to the impressive tree crew! The tree crew guided huge limbs away from our gazebo and other yard fixtures. We had a wonderful experience and will be recommending to others. Thank you!
