The five men arrived very promptly, even a bit early. They began working and never stopped. They all performed different jobs then moved on to the next without pause. Outstanding teamwork! Consulted me on specific trees to be sure I was satisfied. Everyone smiled, was courteous, helped me with whatever needed to be accomplished. We had hired them in the past and were satisfied; frankly, I never considered anyone else for this project. Just as I expected, they were great!

They need 6 stars for these guys! Doug came out first to give me a quote, walked the whole property, addressed potential concerns, and was super knowledgeable and friendly. They got the permit quickly and scheduled quickly. Harold and his team came out and we were beyond impressed. Harold had passion and energy about what he does, running to get things done and ALWAYS with a smile on his face. He kept the team moving at an incredibly fast pace but also carefully lowering each piece of the tree to not damage flowers or sprinkler lines. They truly value the customer experience here. I’m a customer for life!

John Harrington entered into an agreement with Northside to cut down a gigantic white ash and also prune a fig tree. They did both perfectly. Price was very reasonable. Clean up was superb, and personnel were polite informative and friendly.. I will call Northside again if needed.

Northside Tree Professionals removed three large Leyland Cypress trees and a dead Cherry Laurel tree, and seriously pruned other small'ish trees, including several that were covering my roof and tangled up in my electric service line. Communication with me before, during and after the job was completed was excellent. The price was very fair. The crew arrived right on time, were careful, and cleaned up so well, they left things better than when they got here! I am extremely happy with their work, and will absolutely hire them again in the future.

Wow! What a great experience. From their automated phone system to the initial consult, the entire process was seamless. I was called back and scheduled within minutes. Once I approved the quote, the actual service was also really fast. An entire team came onsite and completed the service within an hour. I thought it would take all day. Getting a quote was quick and easy. The price was very reasonable. They were able to come within two days of me accepting the proposal, provided proper insurance paperwork, and showed up on time with a crew of 4 guys to remove six large trees for me. They tied the branches off properly, so nothing dropped hard avoiding any damage to my yard or fence. They cleaned up the yard of any debris. I was very happy with the service.

The team did an excellent job of safely and thoroughly removing a very large white oak (60+feet) that was close to and hanging over my house. The crew arrived early and got right to work. We had a decaying and hazardous red oak tree that was between my property and my neighbors that needed to be removed. We had three large trees removed from our property in John's Creek. The trees were cut, the logs removed, the stumps grinded and the driveway cleaned of all debris and sap. Northside Tree Professionals did an excellent job. They made sure all utility services came out and marked the areas prior to grinding the stumps so there would be no disruption of services. We had a tree come down in our yard during a recent storm. Due to the damage this storm caused across Atlanta, I was having a hard time getting companies to respond to my request for a quote, but Foster Tree Service responded timely and provided a quote that was significantly cheaper than the other company I heard back from. They were able to come out and get the tree removed within a week of me calling them, when the other company would've taken much longer (even with "priority scheduling"). I highly recommend contacting Foster Tree Service!

I was tired and disoriented when I first called early in the morning. I was surprised when the man speaking told me he was the owner of the company. He must have been awake expecting trouble calls after a night of high winds and rain around Atlanta. He credentialed himself as someone who was extremely familiar with the insurance side of the operation, as well as being an experienced arborist.. He assessed the situation by using Google Maps and he then calmly walked me through what to expect. He told me how to best contact my insurance company through their online portal. He also texted me link for the documents he required. I found the process to be very professional and his knowledge to be helpful, and reassuring.
They arrived in the general time slot he had quoted only a few hours prior. His fleet of 3 vehicles were clean and well maintained. He had an amazing crane truck, a truck with a bob cat in tow and another with a chipper attached.
The crane truck was parked under a very large oak tree. The limbs hung down around the crane and it looked like the tree would confine or trap the crane. The crane navigated that canopy and still managed to extend another 75 feet. It reached over two sets of power lines and grabbed the 12,000 pound Cypress off my roof. He picked it up and twisted around the powerlines without even touching them. It was a real trick. Seriously amazing to watch. They had the entire tree removed and chipped in under an hour. No damage to my property or my neighbors!

Anyway I can not say enough good things about this experience.

Mark and his crew were friendly, professional, and made the entire process of removing a tree that just hit our house and had us still on-edge an easy process. They were onsite less than 24 hours after the incident with a giant crane that made the whole process take less than 2 hours. Mark dealt directly with my insurance company which almost made the whole process seem like a non-financial one from my perspective. I simply got a check from the insurance company and then wrote him a check. The only out-of-pocket expense for me was my deductible. I highly recommend this company especially for emergency tree removal.

This was an awesome, unique tree cutting experience! If they use the crane on your tree, you are in for an impressive job. This crane is remote controlled and can grab large chunks of the tree, cut them, and bring them to the ground without the high risk of it crashing to the ground. I highly recommend them!

Perfect! After a huge pine tree fell on our home around 5pm on a Saturday, we called 770 Arborist Emergency Tree Removal and they were there before 8am Sunday. Mark is an expert in his field with knowledge of proper removal and also certified knowledge from the adjuster and insurance portion of things. Because he was able to meet all our needs for this part of the process, things were smoother, faster and more efficient. Communication was clear, responsive, and proactive. His whole team is top notch and worked diligently and carefully. They have every piece of modern equipment needed for removal including a crane and wood chipper that fascinated my kids and neighbors! I hope to never have another tree fall on our home but I would not hesitate to call 770arborist again if we did!
