Stay away. I seldom write reviews, but this is an exception. After being cut off and tailgated with numerous attempts to intimidate me as I drove, I had to say something. Whoever is driving the company truck (ending in plate number B644) that represents this company is endangering countless people on the road with their aggressive and reckless driving. The endless revving of your engine and swerving from lane to lane is extremely dangerous and managed to intimidate multiple drivers this morning. This is not a good way to represent your company with the phone number, company name and website slapped all over your truck. The fact that there's another review on here with a similar experience speaks volumes.

Tailgating and cutting off people in traffic while road raging. If they don't have patience in traffic, do you expect them to have patience with your pool? And not too bright to road rage with your company labeled all over your silver pickup.

Timely repair for a broken valve installed by another company. Trey was very knowledgeable and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Stay away from them if this is how their employees act.

I recently had the displeasure of interacting with an H2O Pool Pros truck in traffic. The Ram 1500, with a plate number ending in 8641, was actively attempting to run people off the road in morning traffic on 2/7/2019 around 7 to 7:20 AM between the Beaver Ruin and Shallowford Rd exits of 85 south bound. I watched the driver successfully intimidate several cars out of the fast lane by reving his engine and riding inches off their bumper. The tactic didn't work on me, which generated seemingly limitless road rage in this man. He used the PeachPass lane to try to force his way in and cut me off, then spent a few miles harassing me before returning to his original pattern of general road rage toward the whole of morning traffic. I stayed in my lane and drove normally, and never had trouble keeping track of where he was due to the engine revs and constant swerving from lane to lane. I'm shocked he wasn't pulled over and ticketed, but believe that comes down to luck that there were no police nearby.

Having worked in the pool industry myself a few years ago, I understand that going out to clean pools on a dreary February morning isn't the most fun thing in the world. That is however no excuse for endangering the lives of commuters around him in what was either some twisted form or entertainment, or a display of road rage.

Trey does a great job cleaning our pool. It is tough for us to have regular pool cleanings because we have an indoor pool. Trey always makes and keeps appointments and does a great job!
