We just started using H2O Pool Pros and so far are very well pleased. We have been through several companies that have provided sub par service. My pool finally looks and feels amazing. Highly recommended.

Do not give these people your money! Their ability to screw up a saltwater pool is astonishing. We have a small lap pool, 8k gallons max. Yet their tech decided it needed 80lbs of additional salt (two full bags), all because he was incapable of doing the math properly. Now the level of salt is more than 50% over the recommended limit and I'm spending my day partially draining and refilling my pool.

Management's response was to send me a chart, which if they had followed it, showed the pool needed no more than a few pounds of salt added.

We have been with Trey and this company since last summer and he has serviced our pool professionally, on time, and has always been quick to respond when I have had questions regarding my pool . So far we are very pleased with Treys dedication to keeping our pool looking nice.

Professional, prepared, and efficient. I just started using H2O Pool Pros. They opened my pool and quickly assessed and handled the service as if they had been here before. They communicated and asked questions. Water cleared up in a couple of days! Swim ready!

At first, I was really excited to find a company that was family oriented, and reasonably priced, but after working with them I became aware of how overwhelmed and unprofessional they are. I don’t often leave reviews, but considering the 840.00 I paid in one week and the current condition of my pool, I feel scammed. After expressing my discontent with the amount I had paid and the quality of my pool, Trey told me that because I found his pricing to the be ridiculous, he could no longer service my pool. I was blown away. What kind of company starts a job and stops because the customer started to grow concern of the actual job being done. Especially after having paid so much money! Lesson learned! Be advised.

We just bought our house and needed a company to come show us how to use all of the equipment. Trey, the owner, was very responsive and came out on short notice to take us to “pool school” where we learned how to keep up with our stuff ourselves. He also provided written instructions with photos when we were done so we could save them for reference later, gave us links to find the products we would need online, and told us which stores would have the best selection and prices for our needs.

We will definitely call Trey back for any future needs we have and would recommend him to anyone in the ATL area needing help with their pool. Nice guy and very knowledgeable about pools, equipment, and chemicals. Thank you, H2O Pool Pros!

I was at my wits end with my pool. I spent thousands last summer with another pool company and my pool was still not swim able. I gave up and it literally turned into a swamp. I found H2O Pool Pros and Trey was at my house within a couple of days. He drained, cleaned and fixed the problems in just a couple of days and now my pool is sparkling. Looking at my pool literally depressed me but now I feel like a thousand pounds has been lifted off my shoulders. I’ve opened my curtains to my back yard for the first time in over a year. Trey is super responsive, thorough and reasonably priced. I am so thankful to him!!

H20 Pools is awesome! Everyone is super friendly and helpful - especially Trey, the owner. Our pool pump burst due to freezing temperatures and he came out right away and was able to get it working again. Highly recommend!

We have been with H20 Pools for a couple of years now - Michael who usually services our pool is responsive and always lets us know when he will be out to service our pool. If there is ever a concern I have, he is communicative and lets me know he will work on it when he arrives and when he has fixed the issue. We have been pleased with our service with them.

Trey is awesome to work with! He has turned my pool around 100%. I bought my house and was told by previous owners that the pool hadn’t been maintained for years. I reached out and tried to work with several other companies and they couldn’t get it swim ready!! I found H2O Pool Pros and have been working directly with Trey. Our pool was a disaster before opening it this season, H2O pools worked with us to get it all cleared. Our filtration system had been limping along for the past two years, they installed a new one quickly and efficiently, which has made a huge difference. The weekly service has been great and they are super responsive to any issues that arise.

One star for efficient communication in regards to replying to texts… as regards to MAINTAINING OR CLEANING YOUR POOL - please consider another company. We have an in ground saltwater pool that we trusted H20 to take care of. The owner promised it would be done. For 2 months they were unable to have our pool clean or stay clean. There was always residue left in the pool - it was never properly vacuumed. One of the technicians came after 3 times before and told us he saw our pump wasn’t on but didn’t turn it on any time before?? We have just had a credible company come out and tell us that the salt level is to be at 3000 and it’s been at 1500 which is causing the chlorine to create a chemical imbalance. For 2 months our pool has been dangerous to swim in and these pool people have been telling us it is safe levels to swim.

A total of $800 charged within 2 months for an unsafe unclean pool.
No response from the owner but they charged our card! TERRIBLE service

I had a really good experience with Trey and his company. I needed my pool pump repaired. He showed up right on time and repaired the pipes in a timely fashion as well as found additional issues and fixes those as well. I will be using this company again for sure.

Trey has done a great job cleaning and making any necessary repairs to my pools. He has been very reliable and if too much rain comes in let’s me know how he is rearranging his schedule. He’s also cleaned it several times in the rain. I’ve asked that he let me know before he arrives (in time to let my dogs inside), he is consistent in letting me know his eta to my home and unless weather is an issue I see him every Friday morning. Thanks for being dependable Trey!!
