Zack and Eden did amazing work . Thanks so much guys

Machine kept tripping my power. $69 is for water only no shampoo. So bait and switched us on that and left my hardwood entryway a mess. They had to use and ruin one of my towels. Just overall terrible experience.
Should have just stuck with renting a rug doctor. -
If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I had looked at reviews BEFORE they scammed us. I am making a report with the BBB because this “company” should be shut down. They advertise $150 duct cleaning that cleans all vents in the zone, yet want to charge $150 extra for each return vent. “Cleaned” them with a shop vac & $15 brush that you can buy on Amazon. When they left we were stuck vacuuming hair & dust out of our carpets, and all the supply vents that they didn’t even touch. Called to complain & was told that they would make a report & call me back. After seeing another review, I’m sure that call won’t come. I sent an email & documented the dirty vents. This “business” is a straight SCAM. (Even the photos on their website shows professional grade hoses cleaning out the vents. Yet like I said, this was done with a shop vac. *photos are of our vents AFTER they charged us more for a “deep clean.”

SCAM!!!! SCAM!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
We were told it would cost $380
We were VERY CLEAR that we have 4 cats, 2 kids, and a dog. The carpets would be bad. We do the carpets ourselves with our cleaner every six months, but needed someone to come in and deep clean them. We weren't super concerned about stains, just getting the gunk and allergens out.
They ASSURED us on the phone that was their charge.
The second they arrived they started playing the game of "oh this is worse than expected"... "oh it's not in the notes"...
They wanted to charge us $1000.
We moved furniture. We busted our butts and I pulled a muscle in my shoulder doing all of that this morning after took our kids to school.
THIS IS A SCAM.
The owner wont even take my phone call. -
Avi the technician was great but the service is overpriced. The technician did work with me. My dryer however is very clean and ready to operate

Website says $69.99 to blow out vent. Agreed to $75 to blow out vent. 10 minutes later he requested $190 said I misunderstood his Albanian accent. He called his “boss” and demanded the $190. I feel like I was scammed.

Got dryer duct cleaning. This is a scam as most of the comments are saying. I didn't do my research beforehand to see these horrific reviews and was scammed as well. They did the dryer duct cleaning- signed up for a $69 cleaning and was told I needed a $400 cleaning. They didn't even know how to turn the dryer on. They left an enormous mess and had the nerve to ask for a tip. Wild experience.

Absolutely horrible company. They quoted me $69.99 to come out and clean my area rug and when the guy got there, he said it would cost $100. Then their tech asked to use the restroom which wouldn’t normally be a big deal except that I live in a one bedroom apartment so it’s a very personal space and he left the toilet seat up. Then he spent about a whole 10 minutes cleaning my rug, which I could’ve done myself and later that day had the audacity to text me and asked me to leave him a good review after I already have reached out to the company and told them that I was very dissatisfied with the service and if they wanted a good review that they should at least refund $30 back to me if not all of it. don’t waste your money hiring this company just go rent the carpet cleaner from Kroger.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike, a duct cleaner who truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that he was both professional and highly capable in his work. Mike not only performed a thorough duct cleaning but also took the time to show us some preventative maintenance options, including how to find the right filters on Amazon.
His expertise was evident as he identified our specific needs and recommended a full duct cleaning, which we undoubtedly required. He also did our dryer and suggested a screen as we were missing one. The before-and-after pictures he shared were impressive and spoke volumes about the quality of his work.
What stood out the most was Mike's punctuality and eagerness to help. He arrived on time and even suggested that our neighbors might benefit from his services, showcasing his commitment to the community. Overall, Mike was not only helpful but also a genuinely pleasant person to work with. Thank you, Mike, for your exceptional service! -
Not a reliable company.
They advertised 4 rooms for $100, but no one showed up during my 9–11 AM appointment. They later changed it to 3–5 PM. When the technician called, he said the price is $400, then tried to negotiate down to $250. Very misleading advertising. I wish I had read the bad reviews before scheduling. -
Just don’t even bother. Scheduled for a 3 room carpet cleaning that was a current promotion. Technician was supposed to arrive between 12pm and 2pm but called and said it would be 3pm to 4pm, ok I get it sometimes you run behind. They call again and say closer to 5. Then they call AGAIN and say 6:30pm. The technician also stated on the 3rd call that it was just water steam not actual shampoo/soap and that would cost extra plus depending on the size of the rooms, that it would be extra too. Needless to say, I told the technician to forget coming. Would have been 6 hours late and not a service that I thought I was booking in the first place. What a waste of time.

WARNING: Be cautious when considering Certified Green Team for services. Google their external reviews beyond those listed on their website. We were tricked into a bait and switch scam for upholstery cleaning. They sold the service as one thing and then failed to provide it. They gave one cost to get a chance to come out then switch to service cost 3 times higher. After we rejected the service at $350 they changed the cost to $200 for dry cleaning 6 seats with special treatment for pet odor. They didn't follow through. They did regular steam, 5 seats and left upholstery water saturated. Then the bullying started due to questions about their service and refusal to have a receipt available. They only wanted cash. Be careful, the Certied Green Team lies, cheats and steals from you. Did not get services were to get.

After the job was finished I was no longer satisfied. I paid for carpet shampooing for all my rooms. The carpet is drying and there are alot of visible stains. IM NOT SATISFIED AND WILL BE CALLING THEM TO RECONCILE THIS MATTER.

This is a scam business. They claimed to provide dryer vent cleaning services, but they only removed some lint by hand and did nothing else. On top of that, they tried to charge me an outrageous, nonsensical fee. Please avoid this business at all costs!
Don't you feel any shame toward your family for scamming people? -
Owen did an amazing job and efficient job. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and was very helpful. Definitely recommend

I called to have duct work for furnace cleaned out. I was told between 8am-10am. 11:00am came still no one or call or message. I called they said sorry they will technician call me. Another hour later a tech called and said our furnace job would only be 200.00 not worth driving out for they are busy.

my furkids had a few accidents in the house and they not only got the smell out, but also returned the carpet appearance back to looking like i just bought it. they were able to quickly come out and were fast. highly recommend.

Robert has done an amazing job with air duct cleaning. He is very cooperative in his duties and communication with the services.

This was literally the worst inspection service I had for anything in my life. I called out for a chimney inspection and cleaning. I was quoted $149 for everything on the phone. The technician came and could barely answer any questions I had, even I talked to their boss on the phone and was left not knowing if my fireplace was safe to use or not. The technician notably said he didn't know what something on my fireplace was. For the inspection he hardly looked at it and just glanced at my roof. And I was quoted $1,800 to clean it. I feel so scammed right now
