Reuben was fantastic, I’m extremely pleased with his work! I really appreciate that he took the time to carefully inspect the problem areas and laid out all my options up front. He could have easily upsold/oversold me services, but that’s not how he does business. And most importantly, my light beige sofa and white thick pile area rug are back to looking brand new!! Dream Steam Fabric Cleaners cleaned all of the carpets in our large school building. Reuben even moved the furniture to get to the kids' paint stains, etc. He did an excellent job and was very thorough. I highly recommend his services!

Ruben came to our new house on a Sunday afternoon to clean a few rugs. He was on time and communicative about his process. While we were unpacking a moving truck I was injured and Ruben jumped in to help us finish unload! Great guy, and great service. 10/10 would recommend!

Great service for the price. Steve did a great job cleaning the carpets in three rooms and my recliner! They look amazing. Next time I'll pay extra for pre treatments.

There is only one star because I can't give zero. David shows up to my house after I received a quote over the phone for $80 to clean a rug. He gets here and starts talking about a "hot water extraction". I informed him that I was quoted for a cleaning. He proceed to ask me, "Why did you waste my time if you wanted your rug cleaned? Now, you need to pay me for the service call for $29". I then say, that's not what I agreed to and quite frankly that's not what I wanted. Then proceeds to walk out my rug that has the measurements on the back to tell me its 15' x 12'. So, I let him shampoo the rug only for it to smell like hot cat puss in my house for a week. I had to clean it again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK since spraying cat piss is what you apparently did when you realized I was not going to pay $600 for you to take it to your funky little cat piss warehouse! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
