I needed my upholstery (sofa and two chairs) deep cleaned after sitting in storage for over one year. Zack did a FANTASTIC job! He was very professional and careful.

I made an appointment with this fraudulent company for 12/22/25. I waited all day long to receive a phone call at the end of the day that the tech needed to reschedule to this morning. (12/23/25). He showed up at 1pm .When I made the appointment I was quoted 69.99 per the website as I only have the living room & an area rug. When the tech arrived , he told me 150 to 200! I called the company who refused to honor the price given as well as the price on the website! So the tech left & its now 2 days before my Xmas party & my carpets aren't cleaned!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! THE WEBSITE IS A LIE AND SO ARE THEY!! AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!

Owen was AMAZING. The carpet looks almost new but smells WONDERFUL. I feel better about sleeping in the room and not grossed out about what is in the carpet and left behind by previous tenant who had a dog. Thanks again and I look forward to the other rooms being sanitized as well.

This company is a total scam. They quoted me a price on the phone For $69.99. When the technician got here, he said the price is 200 and if He needs to go to the roof to clean. It is $300.
After arguing back-and-forth, he agreed on 250. It took him five minutes to clean the vent and I talked to my neighbor the next day, which has the exact same unit type and he said that He paid $70 for cleaning. This company is total scammers. Do not use them.

Zack did a great job of coming through and helping me super fast and did a great job in the process. He was great with my son who was bothering him while working. Kindness is appraise a plus! Great costumer service!!

Zack did a phenomenal job cleaning our couch that was heavily stained from some rambunctious Frenchie pups. The stains and odors almost came completely off and the “smell” that was lurking in the depths of our couch have been remedied. He did a great job explaining the process and great job cleaning. I highly recommend!

I was completely impressed with Zach’s professionalism. He was highly skilled and knowledgeable of carpet cleaning and has exceptional customer service! Thanks to him my carpets are back to looking brand new!

Beware. This is the worst case of bait & switch I have ever encountered. I was quoted $69 from a special advertised on their website and they never told me any scenarios that would alter that price. First of all I waited for almost the entire appointment window for an arrival time. I finally called the office only to find out the equipment had malfunctioned and they need to reschedule. Nobody bothered calling me. The technician arrived the next day and did not bring up any equipment. He took pics of the two rooms, sent them to a supervisor and then I was told it would cost $349. The 2 rooms are literally less than 200 sq ft combined and it’s even less space considering they do not move furniture. So I asked how much for one room and apparently there is a $200 minimum. That space is no more than 20 sq ft. I spoke to the supervisor and he said they charge for bringing the equipment in and even said it’s because we’re on the 4th floor. There is an elevator. The supervisor was quite rude and totally unapologetic. Don’t believe their “special” offers. Bait & switch big time.

Absolutely overpriced fraudulent advertising!!! I have no issues with the people who came and cleaned my carpets as they were nice professional and did explain the itemised receipt. While I do have a serious issue with is a lack of information on pricing and the overpriced menu for the services. On the website and on the phone I confirmed that a two room carpet cleaning was going to be 69.99 what was failed to be mentioned that if the rooms were certain square footage larger they would be disqualified (the size was never said to me). For example one of my rooms is one square foot larger than the other one that room that was one square foot larger did not qualify for the deal so I was charged full price on two rooms due to one square foot. Never was it mentioned whether or not the rooms need to be the same size. I was also charged almost $15 more for the cleaning of the stairs Which were arguably the smallest portion. The job was in and out in 10 minutes and I am just super upset that I didn’t go with one of the big brands and tried to go with something local that seemed like they were having a fair deal and a fair price. I ended up paying double for what should’ve been $150 job and due to me having to be cleared out of my apartment I had no other options so thanks a lot. You guys are a scam. I will never recommend you.
(Ended up paying $300 for hot water to be poured on my carpet)

He came in, and I had the dryer moved so he could look behind it. Right away, he said it might need to be brushed, which is an extra charge but he didn’t even check it before saying that. I was really confused when he said the price was $179, because when I called yesterday, I was told it would be $69 October special.
Really no explanation of what needed to be done. I’m happy pay to have the job done correctly but this just didn’t seem right.
I asked him to leave. A little communication would help a great deal.

Scam Scam Scam!!! Alert ‼️ Do not inquire any services through Certified Green Team! I typically research and read reviews before considering a company. Do to time restraints with family coming in town for the holidays, I only look at their website and price. I called, got a quote to have 3 room cleaned and was quoted $79 plus taxes. I was scheduled from 4pm - 6pm… service tech arrive one hour after our agreed time frame. Once the tech came in and looked over the 3 rooms, the price jumped to an insane $207 price. Granted, once room need to shampooing, but a $128 jump seemed egregious. I should have known when the tech arrived in van with no companies name or logos. immediately called Company to address the disregard for my time and the bait and switch on price. I requested a supervisor and was told that he / she would call me right back. Needless to say, the tech and I waited as long I could hold in my anger and frustration. Finally with hesitation because I wanted to have my home spotless when my family arrived, I asked him to leave. About 20 mins later, a manager / supervisor phoned me back with really no understanding, compassion for my situation or taking any responsibility their dishonest practices. The Manager spoke to me as if didn’t care and really never tried to correct the situation or come up with a solution to turn a frustrated customer into a happy customer. Bad business and horrible customer service. Wish I had read all the one star reviews on Google prior to calling and scheduling an appointment. If you need your carpets cleaned in your home or apartment and want great service, please find ANY other company. My one star review is generous. Worst experience in a very long time. Certified Green Team should not be allowed in business.

Everything about this company is shady. I called them because they had a cheap rate for duct cleaning, but lesson learned. The technician was shady and kept telling me the price is going to be more because of some reason. Went from $99 to $250. He also wanted me to pay in cash only, even asking me to leave and drive to an atm. The worst part is he went into the attic and then fell through and left a big hole in my ceiling. At first the supervisor told me they would send someone to repair it. I sent pictures and he came by to look at it. Two different appointments were scheduled and both times no one showed up. I try to be patient and understanding in situations, but after trying to call customer service again today, I am convinced they are intentionally trying to ignore me and have no intention of making things right. All of their technicians are contractors so they claim no responsibility.

Dryer vent cleaning quoted $69 for cleaning upon coming within like 3 minutes service done said something like it’s 2 way cleaning and charged $130++, that too told after doing the service didn’t even ask if I want to pay that much. I booked them cause there was a promotion of $69. Avoid.

Lee did a great job. He kept the appointment within the scheduled window. He called 30 minutes before he arrived as promised by the company when I made the appointment.
Lee, was personable, efficient, he made sure all traces (Chimney Sweep) of the service was cleaned before he left. He was in and out timely. I was pleased with the service he performed and his customer service.
I will use this company again and will recommend to neighbors.

Had these guys come out to do a deep clean on two small bed room carpets. False advertisement on their website since it said two bedroom carpet clean for $69. They show up and said price was $239 after a 20% discount. Keep in mind, our carpets aren’t dirty at all; only foot traffic and some minor stains.. similar to some of the other reviews here. They called their boss for the price. These guys were at my house for less than 30 minutes and it took them maybe 5 minutes!! For both rooms! They let us know the rooms were done, and even before that had already broken down their machine. From my understanding it takes up to 20-45 minutes per bedroom. They then proceed to ask us to give them a review to combat reviews saying that they are a scam (final red flag amidst a circus of them). Scam they are I tell you. For anyone that’s reading this, please do your research and don’t be in a rush to have things done like I was. Stay safe out there.

They did a fantastic job on my Client’s carpet. Modi is awesome! And worked with us on pricing. And he was Quick, but very efficient! I totally recommend them!

!!!BEWARE!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

Original quote was approximately $200, once the technician arrived price went to $700. Technician agreed to clean just the frame/base of the sectional and chair not the cushions for $280. The technician (Owen) assured us once the bases dried we would not see the cleaning passes where he cleaned. Ultimately you can see everywhere he did not clean and now I have visible streaks where he did not go over. The technician cleaned maybe 50% of my furniture and left us with clean furniture streaks all over our furniture and you can visibly see the discoloration where he did not clean on both the sectional and chair. I have reached back out to the company through email with pictures and over the phone which no response for a resolution. I would like for my furniture to match and not have these visibly clean streaks all over it. If the company would send out a different technician to correct their mistakes I would be ok with having my furniture re cleaned. Unfortunately they have scheduled me for 3 diffrent days where the technician has not shown up and refuse to refund from the service. I dont appreciate getting one quote, then turning into 3x that originally quoted just to agree on a price that was more than our initial quote to receive the type of service we got. Please DO NOT waste your money on this horrible company.

Now that the job is done and paid for… the real review begins.. Avi wouldn’t leave without getting a picture of a review to show his boss so I had to put something down that was partially true… he did a great job cleaning the ducts and all but he did not have any intentions to clean up the mess afterwards. As he was putting his things away in the van, he prompted for the rest of the payment. Of course I paid for the rest of the invoice and he’s getting ready to leave. I quickly asked him, hey, are you not going to clean up your mess? All the dust and dirt on the carpet and floors? He then responded that he didn’t have time to because he had another job to get to and also said they usually don’t clean it up. What professional doesn’t clean up afterwards? He saw my very confused face and he reluctantly went up and cleaned up the mess he left. See pictures… after he left in a hurry, I went back and checked his work and found he didn’t vacuum the huge mess at the furnace, he stripped two of the screws holding the wall vent, and he asked me to give him a good review. He waited til I made a review and said he had to send a picture to his boss… I reluctantly put simple words to show him something. I do not recommend this company. Actually very unprofessional and not detailed oriented. Thank you for coming out to clean my air ducts but you guys really need to focus on one customer at a time and not trying to rush off to the next one. Sorry but not sorry.
