I'm very disappointed with the poor service I received. I was working with a guy named Steve who inconsistently communicated. He committed to following up with a quote and never sent it. I followed up with him numerous times only for him to respond promising to send the information. He disappeared and never sent the quote. It's irresponsible and unprofessional.

My experience at Reece is always top tier!!!!! from the manager Daniel all th way down to the employees: Shan amazing, Demarcus is the OG, Devon is cool, Dedric is cool as well. Everytime i come in im always welcomed with free drinks and Chick-fil-a on every Fridays , they always have what i need when i come and plus i can sit in the manager's office with no problem😌 come to Reece on Seaboard Industrial Blvd they will get you what you need.

by far one of my favorite supply houses. there's plenty of them through greater atlanta where your typically not going to drive more than 30 minutes to the nearest one. if one location doesn't have what im looking for they can direct me to a location I can that may have it in stock and even have it transfered the same week if I dont want to make the trip

This branch is by far the most efficient Reece I’ve been to. They are always willing to go out of their way to help. The friendly service is hands down the best. From the conversations to the efforts they go to make deliveries.
I don’t even mind driving past other Reeces to make it to this one if my job is in the area.

After traveling to many store, my partner and I decided to stop here. Once we walked in, we were immediately helped by Demarcus and Devin. They both helped us find exactly what we needed. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend coming here and will return! Customer service was on 1000% !

My food disposal wasn't working and getting rid of any of soft food not even veery small amount. The company sent their plumber Chris. He came and said nothing wrong with the disposal it just I can't put any food there not even soft food. I told him so what's it for? he insist that I can't put any food there.
I've been using food disposal throughout my life and never heard that I can't put any food there. I looked it up using Google and it does say it's safe to use it for soft food etc...
I think this copmany need to educate their employees and train them before sending them out to repair and fix issues.

dimitar came to give me a price quote on my bathroom that was raining from my cieling and i live in tall building with multiple floors and had no idea where this water was coming from he was super thorough from the start and used these high tech devices to pin point the the area from the start to not have to spend extra money in destroying my walls he knew where to start and made it super simple with a small hole with minimum damage i have a good estimate and dehumidifiers here to get rid of the water thats in my walls all with in a day hours even he had me all set up so the damage with in my walls wouldnt get worse and all the while keeping me calm and stress free because he was able explain everything in a way i could under stand it i recommend him over any other guy i have ever delt with in past
