Seagraves originally installed the septic system 52 years ago when our home was built. They just serviced the tank again and in the 52 years the system has been in place, it has always functioned perfectly. The recent pump out included the addition of an access chimney, which they accomplished quickly, without heavy equipment to dig, and with no trace they’d been there when they were done.

Seagraves Plumbing promptly came to fix a very uniquely placed water heater. It was under the house in a dirty, tight spot.They ordered the special size I needed and installed it for a good price.

I contacted Seagraves Plumbing for a weird sound coming from my hot water heater. The technician came out and was very professional and friendly. He provided an assessment of what was happening and some advice to fix the problem. There wasn't a need at that time but I know that when I need a good-quality plumbing service, they will be the only people I call. Refreshing to have honest folks.

We used Seagraves Plumbing for inspecting a home that had a septic tank we were in the process of purchasing. Mike Seagraves and his crew did an amazing job. First, the tank itself was very hard to get to. Once in, they did a thorough job and spent time explaining each step and other details - given we had never lived in a home w/ a septic tank. Mike, AJ, Anthony and Leroy were absolutely professional, helpful and obviously delivered excellent quality. You get what you pay for!

Great customer service, communication with assigned service person excellent. Phone call to customer if question arises at job site and excellent follow up. Price consistent with job performed.

Seagraves Plumbing is a great company to do business with. We use their service when we need to have septic tanks pumped out on our job sites. They always get to us fast, communicate well, and their prices are fair.

I can’t say enough good things about the job Seagraves did at our house. Our main water line from the street burst. Mike was quick to come out day of and give us an estimate. The team got the job done (replacing the entire line!) in one day. Their clean up job was amazing. I expected to need to replant my entire flower bed, but they put back all plants and mulch just as they found it! You’d never know they dug 5ft down. The team was respectful and honest. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Seagraves assisted us with several issues regarding the sale of our home in late 2023. The two associates who managed the treatment and pumping were professional and, most of all, knew their business very well.

We have used Seagraves Plumbing since the owner, Charles Seagraves, helped us solve a major problem when we first bought this house in 1975, when other companies couldn’t. We have depended on Seagraves Plumbing for all our plumbing needs since then.

They just replaced the pressure reduction valve under our house and it was a great experience, as always. We have been using them for many years and they never disappoint! Their staff is very experienced and their fees are quite reasonable. I highly recommend their services.

Seagraves is the most professional organization. We were referred to them when we had an emergency. Of course it happened on a weekend, but the owner showed up with a crew to solve the problem. We've used them a few times, and every crew they sent was extremely responsive and efficient. They are not inexpensive but you know they've given a fair assessment of the situation and offered alternatives and suggestions. Trustworthy. Dependable. Highly recommended!

The first time I called Seagraves, it was to fix a leaky toilet. They told me ahead of time there would be a service charge to come to the house, and I agreed. The plumber arrived, but realized the problem was not one he could fix, and that the toilet needed to be replaced. He was here less than 5 minutes, but I was ready to pat the service charge when he said, there’s no charge today. I have used Seagraves since then for various issues and they have always been efficient, competent and fair. I would highly recommend them!

A previous company drained our septic tank twice within a few months. It is not normal for the septic tank to fill up so quickly with our regular use of water. A neighbor recommended Seagraves Plumbing. Seagraves helped us correctly diagnose and fix the problem. It has been a few years and we haven't had any issue with our septic tank.
