Called today to get a toilet issue resolved that I've had for years. My schedule wouldn't allow me to get an appointment time until November which was fine. Just a short time later they called me back and said they had a cancellation they can actually come today if I was available. I was! Jason and Joe came a short time later and spent a good bit of time diagnosing the issue. They were friendly and professional. They fixed my problem and the price was reasonable. Very happy with the booking process and repair service. Thanks Seagraves.

I could not be more pleased with the service received. Prompt response, employees that not only had a great attitude but were absolute experts and problem solvers. I dreaded the damage my septic repair was going to do and to my landscaping but they left my yard in tip top shape only damaging what was absolutely necessary for the repair.

The owner of this company is incredibly rude and condescending. Bynum and Sons plumbing was able to accommodate our needs more easily, with a respectful tone towards their prospective customers and came in at almost $150 less than Seagraves. Seagraves is well known and reputable in terms of their services, but their tone and willingness to accommodate prospective customers needs work - pair that with services that may be over-priced in value, reaching out to other companies is well worth your time.

We have used Seagraves Plumbing for over 20 years and had always been pleased and satisfied with their professionalism, service and staff. We put in a call for 2 toilets that needed repair. One toilet was making odd sounds and when I described to the technician what I perceived was happening he told me it was impossible and that there were no issues. The other toilet required a minor repair. We felt the bill was high and the technician unprofessional and uninterested in helping us or seeking solutions. Our water bill in the meantime continued to tick upwards and the problems got worse. We called another plumber because we felt the service we received was poor at best. It was found a part in the "fixed" toilet had been glued rather than replaced and the 2nd toilet had to be replaced entirely. Very disappointing and will not be using Seagraves anymore

I just had a very positive experience with Seagraves Plumbing.

I bought a new dishwasher from a large big box store. When their installers came to my house, they required me to seek the services of a plumbing contractor.
Seagraves Plumbing's employees fixed the issue at a reasonable price. Additionally, Edgar indicated that a longer supply hose would be needed to complete the job. That bit of information will allow me to have one on hand when the big box store's employees return to install the dishwasher, thereby avoiding any further delays.

Zero if I could. Non transparent pricing. Egregious cost for two hour service call. Incoherent pipe routing that had to be redone by another company.

Ive used Michael Seagraves and Seagraves Plumbing several times on a home I took care of in Roswell. My client was a gentleman in his 90's who had a hard time keeping his main drain free of things that probably shouldn't have been down there and a 60 year old cast drain system, with a section of the pipe that was depressed. Michael came out about 5 times to scoped and water jetted the drain lines. Seagraves was always easy to schedule, sometimes on very short notice. They always showed up on time. Michael was always very thorough and always a nice guy. He even had one of his men show up on a Saturday morning, for an emergency call.

My client has since passed away at 96 1/2 years old and he always was very appreciative of your work.

We had to close out our septic tank and tap into the sewer line. Seagraves did a great job. Mike Steel came out and accessed the situation and gave us a quote on what would need to be done. Upon acceptance, he detailed the steps to be taken and the projected start date. On the start date Mike was there, introduced Fabian and his crew and again explained the process for this job. Fabian then went to work and his crew completed the job in a very timely manner.
All of the Seagraves personnel were professional, timely, and communicated well as to what was being done throughout the project. We felt they did an excellent job at an affordable price and we couldn't be happier!

Everything they do is first rate. Seagraves has been repairing and installing plumbing and gas for us for over 15 years. We have had to use other companies during that time due to warranty or insurance claims - and the other companies are never as good as Seagraves. In fact Seagraves has come out to fix what the other plumbers have just worked on. Seagraves is always our first call.

One of them ( I believe the owner) came over to clean up the house sewer line going towards the main sewer. I told him from the start that I already paid another company to do the same thing and they weren’t able to do it. I explained him that I don’t mind the price for the job, but I need the sewer cleaned for that price, not just him trying to do it. Surprise, surprise, he calls me telling me that he’s not able to do it but I should still pay him because he spent his time trying to do it ( taking out a toilet,…). I would describe this as greedy and disrespectful. Definitely will not use them again.
