I needed a PRV replacement for my townhome and after getting quotes from 5 other plumbing companies, I went with J W Ayers. Not only did they offer to do the work for the best price, but they were extremely polite and courteous throughout the entire process.

Their crew showed up promptly when scheduled, performed the work quickly, and did a great job.

I will definitely be contacting them in the future for any additional plumbing needs. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get great work done for a fair price.

Someone called my phone and I missed the call. I returned the call a few minutes later. A woman answered the phone and stated the company's name and then asked for my name. I stated I think I was called by accident, I did not request plumbing services and she hung up. Horrible customer service. If this is how you treat people who aren't customers. I don't want to see how you treat actual customers. I wouldn't suggest doing business with them.

Fantastic company. They have saved us about $40,000 in plumbing work over the years that other companies recommended to us that; in fact, were not real problems.

We had an incredibly difficult plumbing situation in which 4-5 plumbers came and went without being to identify the issue. #6 discovered the start of the issue and proposed a preliminary estimate of $35k plus the promise of damaging a new patio, irrigation lines, water lines, planting, etc - all which they noted could not be fixed by them. Let's call the likely total of what they were proposing $45k with those repairs plus months coordinating other disciplines to fix the damage done. I was recommended Ayers from a neighborhood buddy, and they came out and knocked it out in two days for under $5k. They were the only plumbers that actually listened to what I was telling them and were thoughtful and methodical in their approach. I won't use another plumber again. No damage to the yard, just got to work and really looked to be problem solvers versus budget busters.

David at Ayer’s Plumbing was absolutely fantastic. Our water heater stopped working 2 days before Christmas, and he was able to come out the day before Christmas and replace it for us. Communication was excellent through both phone and text, including coordination with Brandon. The technician did a great job, professional, efficient, and respectful. Using Google Maps the business was easy to find. When you enter the property there are several businesses. Southern Pipe & Supply was to my immediate left the business was east to spot. My experience was pleasurable and the pricing was satisfactory. The Customer Service is excellent.

Had a toilet leak and a garbage disposal issue. They came promptly and fixed both issues quickly! Definitely recommend!!

Setup, labor and product were great. The issue is the insulting attitude of the manager on a phone call after installation. No one has asked me to give payment and I was waiting for a bill or anything to say how to pay for the work. As I was looking up their number someone in management called me and treated me as a delinquent and threatened action for non payment - have never been talked to like that ever in my life. Paid for the work and will NEVER go back or recommend them to anyone.

Very professional and left a clean area when they had finished the work in our home!
