Jay was extremely nice, professional and cordial. He thoroughly explained what was necessary to complete the job and got right to work. He was respectful of my property by removing his shoes each time he entered my home and cleanedup afterwards. After scheduling the appointment the day before the job was finished in less than two hours: and needless to say, I am thoroughly pleased with it. I would definitely not only use Palette Plumbing for any future needs, but also highly recommend them.

Our technician, Gabriel was incredibly helpful with installing a new faucet in the kitchen and assessing some other potential issues. The others were able to be deferred for a while but he explained any risks associated with that and let me make the choice without any sales pressure. Quick, helpful, understanding, and generally pleasant. Not words I usually use to describe my experience with a plumber but 10/10 would work with them again!

I was contacted same day, and was able to get serviced same day.
Gabriel who serviced me. was able to arrive before the booking time. He was nice, very informative, very honest. Able to answer questions to help me understand the best option for my water heater upgrade.

JJ and Zack replaced a water heater for me and they were so nice, polite, and informative. Robert, the sales manager, was so helpful with our unique situation as well. Everything was done in a timely manner and I can't recommend them enough!

Palette Plumbing, specifically Bryan, has done a great job installing a new tub to replace the tub that was causing a leak into my kitchen. Very professional and Bryan was very kind and straight forward with estimates. No surprises and got the job done within a day by himself despite the difficulty of the task with removing the previous tub which he had to saw apart to remove. Also were able to recommend a sheet rock and tile partnering contractor to repair the cutting that had to be done.

Edit: Had to call them again to solve a different issue with a leak in our main water line. Jay Jay Barnes provided quick and efficient work and was very friendly the whole time.

I called to address a leak in my ceiling. Scheduling was easy! Technician Gabriel did a FANTASTIC JOB not only looking at the issues I thought I had but making note of the ones I didn't see. He explained each issue thoroughly and gave me options. The repair was quick and again he went through Exactly what he did and helped understand what I need to keep an eye on in the future. Would recommend and will be using Pallette and Gabriel again!

Highly recommend Jay Jay and Palette Plumbing! They re-plumbed my entire house, and although there were some hiccups along the way (as happens with older houses), i always felt like i could rely on Jay Jay to make sure everything was done right and come back to make sure any issues were fixed. In a day where many contractors either quit on the job or skip town right after, it is comforting to know i could rely on Palette Plumbing here!

We had a leak in our main line that needed prompt repair. We scheduled an appointment, Jackie called us to determine the scope of the work, and Billy did an excellent job of explaining the fix. The next day Billy and his team diligently worked to get our water back on. We received another quote from a competitor and I was impressed with the thoroughness, approach, and competitive price Peach offered, leading me to chose them.

Had a great experience with Palette Plumbing. They had to reschedule my initial appointment but apologized for the delay and had ample appointment times for me to rebook. Jay Jay was AMAZING when they came to provide our quote. Jay Jay was friendly, professional and their expertise was clear. We were offered what I believe to be fair quotes and told they could start this week. Samuel is AWESOME! He allowed me to walk him thru all my plumbing concerns and offered solutions for each. His knowledge of plumbing is evident. He even worked late to get my toilet installed. They are a bit pricey but worth it because they put my mind at ease.

Billy was such a joy to work with. Don’t let his mullet distract you lol He was very professional and knowledgeable about my situation. I had called in to get a sump pump installed for my dehumidifier but it was actually a condensate pump. He installed it in no time and showed me how it worked.

Gabriel with Palette Plumbing came to my home and did an excellent job. He was timely and very though. He not only fixed the problem but helped me avoid an additional issue as well. I will definitely be calling Gabriel at Palette Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Love, love, love Palette Plumbing! Gabriel was awesome. Since we moved into our home 2 and a half years ago, we’ve had issues with laughably low water pressure in the shower in our guest bathroom. We chose to ignore it because we’ve never really needed the shower, but it became more and more irritating over time and we finally decided to contact a plumber. Gabriel was honest with his diagnosis (gave us 3 estimates actually and clearly talked through all 3!). At his advice, we went with the most expensive estimate, which I think will save us headache in the long run. He ended up being able to fix the issue the same day he came out, which saved us a lot of time!

Doing the work itself, Gabriel was quiet, tidy, respectful, and unobtrusive. My husband and I were taking work calls and hardly even noticed that he was here, despite the fact that the bathroom he was working in is in the middle of our modestly sized home.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I have nothing but great things to say about Palette Plumbing! They are dependable and reliable! Hands down to the TECHNICIAN Gabriel. I would highly recommend him to anyone for ALL of your services needed! Gabriel listens to his customers and goes through great measures to ensure his customers are happy and satisfied! I especially like the fact of him breaking down the information to customers in layman's term, and providing options for customers to decide which is better for them and their pockets. Raheem and Kevin were thoroughly professional, working with the manufacturer to troubleshoot the exact nature the problem and the exact part required. It was shipped next day, and the gentlemen had us back up and running in an hour. Very pleased, would recommend!
