Gabriel installed water lines for our new laundry room. He arrived on time with a positive, helpful attitude. He also cleaned up after his work and left the site spotless. I will call on him again for any plumbing needs I have. Great work.

I only ask for Jay Jay! I know that Jay Jay will be respectful of our home, good workmanship (from previous work done, installed new water heater, valves, fixed pipe leak) clean up after the job, and be transparent about costs and overall just a joy to work with. Today he installed a new toilet for us after a slow leak was discovered. It was time to upgrade! (We had purchased a toilet for a future bathroom renovation- which came in handy) I recommend Palette Plumbing because of Jay Jay’s work, and Robert the owner is communicative and easy to work with. I have the member service which has an additional discount- worth looking into.

Billy, Jackie and Drew were very responsive to feedback that was given after there were a few miscommunications after our installation. They responded in a timely manner and corrected everything! They also took away a bunch of cardboard boxes from our garage as a bonus!

Gabriel showed up on time and had a very kind spirit. We have an older home that we just purchased so there were a lot of issues surrounding the pipes of older homes of which we were not aware. Gabriel took a look at our problem pipes and gave us multiple options to fix that depended on our available time and appetite for updating. It is clear that Gabriel really knows this craft as he took the time to explain it in terms that I completely understood. Palette Plumbing, and specifically Gabriel, will be our go to going forward.

Gabriel did just incredible work for us yesterday.
He was very professional from the very first to the very last second.
He replied and scheduled a visit literally next day, what was important!
He did everything that was mentioned in the inspection report during a few hours!
He even cleaned after his job.
I am astonished seriously.
Don’t remember anyone was so perfectly doing service/works.

Kevin did a great job fixing our leak and performing maintenance on our system. We appreciate that he communicated everything he was doing and kept us informed with every step and decision. When the hour got late, he stayed and made sure the job was done. Thank you, Kevin!

Raheem and Jackie did a great job fixing our outdoor spigot. He was fast and thorough on getting it done when I had busy day. Also the pricing options from Jackie were decent. Im glad they got fixed right away

I needed a repair/replacement of my pipes in my bathtub and the shower drain replaced. Gabriel was my plumber and he did an excellent job of the diagnostic and repair. Everything was quick and and done in a timely manner. Shout out to Sherri who we communicated with at the office. I would definitely use Palette Plumbing again!

Sept 2025-I’ve used Peach/Palette Plumbing multiple times for several different properties and they have always left me impressed. Past couple of times I’ve had TJ as my technician and he’s a 10.4 out of 10. Billy from my first post is still stellar and a close second with a 10.1 out of 10.

July 2024- I called and was able to get same day service. Not all heroes wear capes. Some are named Billy, who is a master of his craft with a sweet Morgan Wallen cut.

Billy did a great job installing shower trim for us. The process of getting a quote and scheduling the work were easy and professional. Billy was communicative when he found issues with the previous work done my another plumber, and he was prepared to do everything necessary to correct the issue and get the shower working right. I'd hire Palette Plumbing again in a heartbeat.

Have used Palette twice and both times I've been happy. In particular Emmanuel Joseph was absolutely awesome - he clearly takes huge pride in his work and really cares about delivering high quality work. If I'm using Palette again I would specifically request him.

I also worked with Kalib who knows his stuff and is a very honest and straightforward guy. Very easy to deal with. Highly recommended

Gabriel showed up on time and was thorough in his estimate. He did a wonderful job installing our new tub faucet. Beautiful work. He was very polite and considerate while doing the installation. We will definitely use him again. I wish I could give him ten stars!

Gabriel was incredibly helpful! Extremely happy with his service. He explained everything so I could understand and went out of his way to contact the manufacturer of our filter system to work out a challenge we were having. Highly recommend Gabriel and this company!

I was able to make an appointment easily using their awesome online system for a leak issue. They provided a timeframe, and I got a call 10 min out letting me know what time they’d be arriving. I had a chance to work with Gabriel, who was knowledgeable, very kind, educated me on several things, and provided very clear explanations. Then, he presented a couple of options with pricing, I chose one, and I was able to get the service same day. All in, it was 3 hours and I was able to pay with card once everything was complete. They also offered a 90 day warranty. Great experience! Recommend!

Raheem was one of the best technicians I have ever worked with. Our tub started leaking through the ceiling and the first company we tried somehow made it worse? I’m glad we had Raheem come in afterwards. He always let me know he was on his way, usually on time or early.

He was clear communicating about what he was doing and even when we ran into parts issues, made sure the situation was fixed quickly and did a fantastic job on our tub fix and reinstall. We will definitely use this team again if we have any plumbing issues!

Thank you to Jackie and Billy for great service over the past two weeks! Jackie was extremely personable and responsive when it came to scheduling and providing updates and cost options for two separate unrelated plumbing issues. Billy was professional and efficient when relocating a gas line for a new stove and installing a new water heater. Happy to say they made the company by go to plumber moving forward.

We needed a new faucet and hose hook-up installed and he took the time to listen and understand what we were trying to do. Jackie the service manager is fantastic! She worked very hard to solve our issue and come up with multiple options. Raheem the technician was kind and funny and very knowledgeable and personable. I worked with Billy and his manager Jackie on a few calls where I needed work done in my condo unit. Billy is personable, explains things easily, and if the root cause of the issue isn't within the purview of a plumber, he and Peach are not going to find some made up reason to charge you, not even for coming out in the first place. I've had ruthlessly efficient service and when I did need work done, the cost made me smile more than it hurt my wallet because I knew I was getting a great deal. Absolutely recommended him and the team that supports him. A+!

Where can I start, the initial call setting up the appointment was seamless and flexible. They worked with my hectic schedule and came out as soon as available.
