Tyler did a wonderful job installing our new sink and faucet with care and precision. He was able to accommodate us for the installation on the same day we agreed upon the estimate. He was professional, kind and very knowledgeable, leaving everything in perfect order and even helped clean our stone counters of debris from the old sink, before the install of the new sink. He also thoroughly inspected our plumbing systems and provided good recommendations and estimates to replace our older water heaters at better prices than competitors. We will definitely use Hammond Services again!

Kasey was professional, efficient, honest, and respectful. She arrived and explained what she was doing today. When finished she gave me a summary and provided additional options that could help my air quality in my home. In addition to doing a great job, she was kind, caring, and considerate of my home and family. She waiting patiently, listened, and communicated with my (non-verbal) special needs daughter while she sang a song and signed a sentence to her. (sign language) It was a great way to start our day. She is welcome in my home anytime!

Amanda, came and quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to us and repaired our damaged pipes which stopped the water leak. She delivered excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable. We were very pleased with her service!

This company is amazing! Eric takes the time to explain his recommendations and listens and responds well to any questions. Jamie came by, after the electrical work was finished, and patched all the drywall. That was a pleasant surprise. He was very well mannered and a pleasure to chat with. If I could give more stars, I would!

Travis and Kevin were amazing! Both super professional and did very quality work. Travis explained everything step by step and was super communicative throughout the process of installing our new water heater. Will continue to use Hammond forever!

Michael Dixon was on task and efficient. He provided answers to all our questions and concerns. ...and when our insurance company wanted more details, he complied quickly. Thankful for his care!

Cody Shirah demonstrated his mastery of Rinnai tankless systems by purging an airlock from my system and reactivating the circulating pump. He was courteous and knowledgeable and represented Hammond very well.

Curtis was polite, knowledgeable and efficient in replacing a cutoff valve for my outdoor hose bib. He explained what he was going to do and after he was finished he reviewed what he did. An excellent effort.

Wayne Memmler did an outstanding job helping me make a decision on repair vs replace my 15 year old Carrier variable speed heat pump. He was very knowledgeable and has personal experience with both the Carrier produce I was using and Lennox products I was considering. We worked through the pro's and con's of each decision and decided on a system replacement with a Lennox variable speed heat pump. I am very pleased with the new install. Wayne is a true professional.

Elias Mays performed another successful job replacing our pressure control valve and main supply cut off valve. His thoroughness and knowledge were impressive and his management of the job was terrific!

From of Hammon Services came out to check my heating and overall household check. He told me what he was going to do and about how long it would take. I asked questions for my own benefit and he took the time to explain and show me. Very helpful.

Overall very knowledgeable tech Thy was very professional. His install looks tons better than the previous 20 year old instillation. I am also very pleased with the customer support Hammond services has on staff. Would recommend you to call them if you need any service they offer.

Sammy, Dawson, and several others did a great job with our HVAC replacement. We had some adjustment requests which they handled with a smile and we are very grateful. Thanks guys! We have been customers for a long time and Hammond has proved that it has been worth it. Thanks for handling our snakes that popped out of the can. LOL, the McCarthys

Ben is the kindest and most patient person I've met in a long time. He's been here so many times in the last few days that I feel like he's a friend instead of a servicer for Hammond. I'd give more than five stars if I could.

Mike was very informative, helpful and professional.
The only issue I have with the work performed is that I had a busted pipe behind an outside water spicket. Hammond charged over $240 for the replacement of the spicket and a separate $250+ for fixing the line behind it ! The total length of the waterline was approximately 6 inches , with a shut off valve ! Maybe $50 in material costs TOTAL !! Over $600 for this work , which was all one job and all connected, seemed ridiculous and gouging !! If I had not needed the busted water line fixed immediately I would have never paid so much for this small of a job ! Then they charged another $240 to unscrew and replace a water cut off on my washing machine line !!
$903 total !! RIP OFF !! I guess cold weather makes the prices go through the roof !!
Mike from Hammond did great work but I probably will never use them again since they are SO EXPENSIVE !!

PLEASE shop around folks … Hammond is too expensive and if you can , wait , the same great work can be done much cheaper by someone else !!

I would recommend Hammond Services to anyone that need any kind or repair or install. Last month I got a new water heater installed due to old age and leaks at a great price. Service was excellent and very professional. I just also got a new A/C system at a great completive price a actually could afford. The install was excellent and craftsmanship It is a great name brand unit. I would always recommend them to anyone needing services they provide. I will always use Hammond Services.

Austin Miller was very pleasant, patient and efficient. He explained what the problem was and showed me how to fix it in the future. I had several questions for him, and he answered all of them with great patience. I very much appreciated his help.

Once again a great experience with Hammond. Travis, was great to work with through the water heater replacement. Throughly explained everything that needed to be done and performed the replacement as explained and quickly. Took the time to explain the aftercare and what to look for going forward.

Brett did a fabulous job!!! Very knowledgeable friendly. Wehad to wait in Georgia Power and he helped us walk through the process. He made what could have been a bad situation much easier to navigate. I would recommend Hammond to anyone that needs electrical or plumbing needs. We have used them for both.

As always, Hammond came through and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Ben Vaughan did a great job, resolved all the issues and even gave us advice on an issue that was asked about by the buyer's inspector. We really appreciate the ongoing relationship we have had with Hammond and hope to continue with their service for years to come.

I was very pleased with Caleb. Professional, friendly and got the job done. However, I wasn’t pleased with the initial scheduling. I called Monday to schedule an appointment. They gave me Wednesday approximately around 10 o’clock and it might be a little after. They would text me 30 minutes before they were on their way. Instead, I got a text message saying they have canceled my appointment and could not come out due to other customer emergencies. I had a pipe that was leaking water in my laundry room inside the wall. Very poor scheduling. Someone finally showed up Thursday around 11:00.
Caleb did a very nice job. 5 ⭐️ for him!

DJ along with Holden did an amazing repipe job. Even under difficult circumstances they were professional throughout the entire process. The house was left spotless which is always a bonus! I also appreciate Willie making upgrade recommendations. Hammond is top notch!

We are extremely pleased with Elias Mays from Hammond Services, we have been looking into upgrading our hot water heater for several weeks and after meeting with Elias we made the decision to have Hammond Services upgrade our existing hot water to an impressive 100 gallon on demand Essency system, a truely remarkable unit. Elias explained what would meet our needs and to our surprise once we said yes, he started installing our new system and within 4 hours completed the upgrade and taught us everything we needed to know. We are very pleased with the entire experience and glad to have been able to work with Hammond Services, Elias is an outstanding service tech!

Austin was great! He was very friendly and very informative throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!
