Got a notice from our Nest thermostat that it appeared something was wrong with our HVAC. I set up a same day visit online and got a call immediately. Tech was out in under 2 hours & our 13 year unit was dead. Two days later, Dawson came out and put a whole new HVAC system in. He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions & spent over 8 hours getting the unit and ductwork installed properly. Would definitely work with Dawson & Hammond again!

Communication was great. I had a picture of who would becoming. They called to let me know they would be there ahead of time. They came within the window they gave me. Lee was very professional and did amazing job.

Hammond came out and changed are AC unit the guys were great.!!!! They even found a problem with are other unit which saved us a lot of money.

I trust Hammond with all are needs.
We really appreciate the fact that we have a company that we trust not to take advantage and treat us right.

Amanda was Professional, informative, and not in a rush. She took the time to review the issue and consulted affordable options. She even clean my mess around the water heater!!! Great service!

We had a couple of outlets in the kitchen go out, one of them powering the microwave. I called Hammond at 9 this morning and was surprised that a technician was available to come out today! Eric arrived at 2:30 and got everything repaired by 3:30. He was very polite and knowledgeable. We have used Hammond for HVAC repair and plumbing issues in the past but today was the first call for an electrical issue. We've always had exceptional service with every technician and I highly recommend Hammond Services for your home repair.

Had a great service! Their office answered promptly, was super patient and courteous. They sent out a Plumber (Caleb) who was super knowledgeable, answered all my questions, showed me everything, and was a great service. Highly recommend.

We needed a major plumbing overhaul, and our team was amazing! They were super professional and patient with us. We have animals inside and outside, so we were moving them all the time. They answered any questions we had without hesitation.

They kept us in the loop the whole time they were here (3 days). I would highly recommend them

Needed an outlet for an electric car charger. Hammond responded right away. Met with electrician, Ben, who provided estimate and installed charger in about an hours time. Ben was very friendly and courteous Thanks for a great job!

This was our first time using Hammond and we are extremely impressed. Travis was our technician and he was very informative and down to earth. He explained everything to us, giving us all our options with no pressure whatsoever. Because of Travis, we will definitely use Hammond again in the future!

Lee did a great job in servicing my AC unit along with the electrical and plumbing service check. He was informative gave me options as two things that to look for and that possibly I will need in the future. It was a job well done. Very professional service on time on schedule. Overall, it was a great job done by Jonathan and his service check today. He was able to program my thermostat for my heating and air unit, and I was very appreciative of that .🙏🏾

Elias once again was a true professional. He very quickly diagnosed my water tank and told me what to do to solve the problem so I wouldn't have to come out of pocket. He was also upfront about what it would cost if he solved the problem. His advice worked. I now have hot water!! He counted the service as a courtesy visit.

Trevor Gainey did a great job!! He is very thorough and
professional and explains what he checked and the results.
He interacts with the customer in a very polite and kind way.
Hammond Services is fortunate to have Trevor as an employee.

Jeff did a great job explaining what needed to be fixed in my home. Very professional, informative, and gave an honest quote! Price was great compared to the other companies I got quotes from.

Brett did a great job fixing our switches. We have multiple 2-way and 3-way switches and he quickly identified the issue and resolved them in an hour. He is also very passionate and knowledgeable about his job and educated me about the root causes of the problem. I definitely recommend Brett.

I’ve used Hammond Services for a few major projects at my house and they have always been professional, polite, and efficient. Caleb is no exception that that standard. Highly recommend Caleb and Hammond for any plumbing and Electrical needs!

January 28, 2026: Denise Good came out for my plumbing follow up this morning. She is fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone needing a service that’s plumbing-related. Denise has great communication skills and she helped me navigate a cost effective solution. She was prepared and had tools ready for my job.
In addition, she let me know her availability for a service that I would require when I make a decision. I appreciate her attention to detail and willingness to help me make the best decision for me and my budget.
Honestly, Denise is the reason why Hammond has great service because she is a valued employee to her customers and the attention she provides is excellent.

January 23, 2026: Johnathon with HAMMOND came out and completed my whole home service. He was very thorough and made sure to check every system including water/bathrooms, HVAC, safety systems including smoke detectors and electrical (heating and air). He provided suggestions for making sure toilets and sinks were working properly and left me with BIOclean that I could use periodically to ensure my pipes continued to function and work smoothly.
Johnathan was personable and communicative so that I would know how everything was working and what I could do to maintain it. I’m grateful for Johnathan and his help!

September 9, 2025: Deon with HAMMOND did a fantastic job today checking my AC system and changing my filter. It hadn’t been changed in a while so I knew it was probably dirty and it was. I made another appointment with Deon to come back in three months and have the fall check completed.. That’s how much confidence I have in Deon and his service.

I was able to observe Deon working with a younger team member who is still in high school, but training to become an electrician or service man. I noticed that Deon spoke highly of this young man and he had the confidence in him to have him carry out some minor services. It was an extremely positive experience. It goes to show that Hammond has faith in their employees and is growing the next generation of service men!

I’m extremely pleased with Hammond service and you will be too!!

Ben did a great job. He installed a light in my pantry and it’s fantastic. He used an LED light which is super bright. I’m grateful to Ben for doing this for me and Bonus! He cleaned when he finished the work. Thanks to Hammond and Ben!

Ben Vaughn is fantastic. He diagnosed my problem and had my garage working again in no time! I’m so pleased with his personable manner and the fact that he is busy, busy, busy!!, But made time to help me.

Had a wonderful experience! Got the job done no matter what and did their best to accommodate any issues we ran into! The partner they brought was very sweet and helpful as well. Overall great experience and they will be the first people I call in the future.
