Asked to reschedule twice. I called this plumber on a Friday and he told me that he could come the next day but I texted him later on to make sure he was still coming but he told me that he was going to look into it because traffic was bad then said he would come to me 1st the next day from 10-12. I said okay then texted him at 9:45 to ask if he was on the way but he said no and asked to reschedule again. I told him that I would look for another plumber. I would understand if he didn't want to work on the weekend or especially on Halloween but saying that he was going to come and then not following through is very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

I have a plumber! I always try to support local and / or small businesses when I can. I called at 5 pm on Christmas Eve with a huge drain problem. Everything was either clogged or backing up and a huge mess! Ray arrived in just over 20 minutes, accessed the issue and and procedurally walked it through until he resolved the issue! I'm extremely grateful for his dedication and will happily have him as my plumber moving forward! Thank you Ray and Merry Christmas!

Wonderful service called Friday morning for a leaking drain, scheduled for Saturday morning. Received a call Friday evening that they could come early. Came out Friday evening gave a quote did not have all parts to complete job as they were odd ball parts. They came back first thing Saturday morning with the parts and completed the job and the quote never changed. WONDERFUL SERVICE AND IN MY OPINION THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Great company. I Had a pluming emergency, and these folks were the only people to answer the phone no a Sunday night (I called several 24 hour plumbers). The customer service was phenomenal, price was much better than expected, and they even followed up with us to make sure everything was still going okay. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.

I had a very pleasant experience with Priority Plumbing. They were punctual, and priced very reasonably. They diagnosed two of my toilet issues and quickly repaired them. They staff was friendly and knowledgeble. I highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs.

8 hours late getting to our house with no contact in between. We had to keep calling to get an ETA. When they finally arrived the guys were rude and acted like it was a bother to look at the problem. They said they could not fix either problem (one was just a leaky kitchen sink) and charged us $395 for zero work or effort.

I came home from work with a plumbing nightmare! I found Ray online and he came to my home within the hour that he promised! He gave great customer service and turned my nightmare into a dream of an experience! I highly recommend
A Plus Priority Plumbing! This was an awesome experience!

Main guy has a very bad attitude, shister rip off. Will never use them again or recommend them. And I am in the remodeling business so I know the tricks they play. Tried to say it was a $600 job and in reality if they stayed working it literally took them a little over a half hour. I agreed on $350 plus materials and I said okay. When he turned the water on it leaked on the other side also. We're talking about a 2' long area and he said that wasn't part of our agreement and charged me a little more. Rip off

STAY AWAY. I hired him to clear out a clogged septic line. As soon as the job was done, without sending any proof of completion (I wasn't personally on-site to verify), he started demanding payment. When we asked for pictures and also an invoice, he started getting very belligerent, including cursing and swearing at my teammate on the call. Then he started sending veiled threats, informing us that if we wanted an invoice and proof of completion ahead of we should have made that clear before we started and if he didn't get paid immediately we were "going to have problems." I'm sorry, I thought proof of completion and an invoice are standard practice in business??? We didn't ask for anything out of the ordinary and he behaved in the absolutely most unprofessional, aggressive, and dare I say abusive way imaginable. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!!!!! I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. He actually made my teammate cry because of how he responded to her simple request for an invoice.

Good, good people. Fast, professional, and Ray is a wonderful person along with everyone he brings in to help him out. He came out quickly, looked the issues and was here one NEW YEARS DAY fixing it. Any plumbing issues I have in the future I will be calling Ray first thing, and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Reply to owner: It would have been much easier for you to say that when we asked you to speak to them. Additionally, you weren't asked to negotiate anything, you were asked two simple questions about the issue. We planned to pay for services ourselves and work back ourselves with the warranty company. However, as I stated in my review and as you demonstrated in your reply, you couldn't be bothered with conducting business professionally.

Full disclosure, I only got an estimate from this business for our water heater and even though it was lower than any other estimate, we decided to go with another plumber...for the simple fact that Ray was incredibly rude the entire time he was at our home.

From the get go he acted as though we were a bother to him. I mean even giving his name seemed like we were pulling teeth.

We have a home warranty and as part of that warranty have to have the business answer a few questions about the issue. Ray's response to most every question (other than his business info) was I don't know. If you don't know, not sure why I would trust you to do work at my home.

Then when I asked for a written quote he says "I already told you" and then says to me he doesn't provide it in writing. I've never heard of a reputable company who can't provide something in writing explaining the cost construct of their services. And, yes, he did tell the warranty company a quote, but never explained what was included in that pricing.

Finally, even if we had decided to go with this company, I can only speculate that the work would have been shoddy for the simple fact every single business we spoke to outside of him (at least 5 companies) called to attention the fact that permits were needed, some of the piping is out of code, and there is one other major issue needing repair. Again, since Ray could not be bothered to provide his quote in writing I have no idea if he actually planned to do things properly.

Long story short, use this business at your discretion and expect major attitude through the process.

Ray was a Christmas Miracle this year as a pipe burst late on Christmas Eve and no one would even take a call. Ray generously walked me through how to turn off the main (as there were complexities involved).This not only saved my house from flooding but also limited water wastage.

I had an awesome experience with Priority Plumbing. I called them at 4:00 pm today, 07/15/2016, and they were at my house by 5:30 pm. I had an emergency at my house, as there was no pressure in the water lines.

They diagnosed the issues and quickly repaired it very efficiently. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were reasonable priced for the short notice I gave them.

I highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs.

I wish all home repairs went this smoothly. A Plus Priority Plumbing was fairly priced and replaced my water heater in less than 24 hours of calling them. The process to get a quote was very quick and non-invasive (I sent pictures and received the quote immediately), the owner was very responsive with my concerns (I wanted to make sure they guaranteed their work and are properly insured which they they were), and the in-home work was handle with the professionalism and expertise that you hope for, but rarely expect when trying out contractors via search engine results. Very glad I called them. I will be calling them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend.

First of all, they were very friendly when I called, I just got a good feeling. I needed a new water heater, mine had basically caught on fire. I was prepared to wait a day, but he recognized this as an emergency and was at my property in about an hour. Their price was very competitive, maybe even a little better. They were also quick, professional, friendly and neat. I am recommending them to all of my friends.
