Incredible customer service! I called Bison Pluming and they were able to send two technicians within 48 hours of my call. My situation was not an emergency. The two technicians that worked on my home , Gustavo and Harold, were polite, quick, and even tightened my sink for me while here to fix my shower temperature. They also provided my with additional information about the plumbing in my home and my warranty. I would absolutely choose Bison Plumbing to service my home again.

We contacted Bison Plumbing yesterday and they were able to come out to our office today. The appointment was scheduled between 12-4pm, but were able to contact us to move the appointment to 9-11am arrival. The plumber and supervisor were very polite and helpful. We will definitely use them again.

They are truly 24/7 and the BEST. I can't say the same for others. I had an emergency at 1 am on Saturday morning with water everywhere.
My townhouse has 8 units in the building and everyone's water was off so our broken pipe was affecting all my neighbors throughout the night. Building maintenance turned the water off for us and I was told to get a plumber out immediately.
I called every big name advertised company; Superior and Mr. Plumber to name 2 of the 7 seven phone calls I had to make. Absolutely no one was able to come out until I finally got a hold of the best company. Bison Plumbing. The lady who answered the call was very polite, (now it's 2 am) and assured me that they would have someone on the way right away.
David arrived about an hour after my initial call. He contacted me within minutes of my call to his office just to let me know he was on the way.
When my early morning neighbors were waking up without water, they were upset but happy to know that David was almost done. He got the broken line fixed quickly and saved me....

You guys are the best and I definitely can't say the same of other plumbing companies who claim to be 24 hour emergency service. If I could give you a 10 star review, that still isn't high enough for the level of service provided.

My experience with Bison Plumbing has been disappointing and frankly a bit shocking.

I contacted them because my water heater was beeping, working fine but occasionally beeping in Hybrid mode. Thanks to them it's leaking when using that mode, which you do use a lot here. It's been months, they ghosted me. Here's the story, just for fun:

They came to my house to see the issue, they noticed an epoxy fix on the condensate pipe, most likely from previous owner, their logo is on tags on all the pipes in the house which is why I called them, but they have no records of anything so who knows. Anyway they remove the exopy, they say "that's the issue", and they leave, saying they'll come fix the pipe "later". Next thing you know my water heater is leaking when using Hybrid mode, I quickly notice water running in my garage that night. It took me a couple weeks to get them to come back to, I asked at the very least put back the epoxy, "if you don't fix it, put it back the way you found it" I said with so much hope. They put back the epoxy, but "no guarantee", and it's still leaking.

But wait, it gets better. I call back, they say they ordered a part from the manufacturer to fix the pipe, weeks later after nothing was happening I called back, different guy comes and tells me, I, the customer, ordered the part, to which I responded "what? no, I think I'd know". He looks at the issue, says it's unfixable anyway, "you need a new water heater". Cool. He leaves, probably calls his office and comes back 5 minutes later and tells me they did order the part, it's at their office, nobody's taking any notes, they'd come back another day to install it, just like that now it's fixable.

Anyway it takes another couple weeks for them to come with the part, finally the day has come, they'll be fixing it for good. They unmount my water heater, and then... drum roll... they say they don't feel comfortable replacing the part. The guy said he would ask another person from the company to handle it, I'm like ok, I waited weeks, I'll wait more. This was October or November last year, I never heard back from them, I gave up on calling back since they don't seem to know what they're doing and frankly they were not nice or apologetic whatsover.

But hey my water heater is not beeping anymore, success, it's just leaking in Hybrid mode so I can't use Hybrid mode. Thanks for nothing.

We finally have a kitchen faucet that works. After several trips and two faucets to replace the handsfree model, Bison ordered us a regular faucet. It took a while to get from Moen, but Bison was very helpful, prompt and polite.

Great company! The two men that serviced my home were very professional and knowledgeable. They fixed my issues right away, and I would definitely recommend them.

I have an old friend who had a stroke who had plumbing issues pre stroke. We went through a couple of other plumbers and he still had a leak at the toilet. I called Bison through a friend's recommendation. They showed up promptly and even replaced the toilet that sits higher and is rated for the disabled. It's a game changer for my friend. This company is solid and beyond fair. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.

Had some new home warranty work that needed to be done. Bison was great at addressing the tankless water heater issues we were have, quickly and accurately. Now we have hot water on demand whenever we need it. Thank you Bison!

I was very impressed with the crew. I have been having some issues with my tankless water heater since moving into my home. They have drained the lines, installed new filters, and even took the unit down and reinstalled the unit better on the studs. Was still making an audible hum in the lines. The owner, Mike, and regional representative came, very hands on, polite, and stayed with the workmen for four hours to help fix the problem.
They called the water heater company and step by step went through the entire system. Adjusting the exhaust fans, water pressure, heat settings, and making sure that the company that makes the water heater was informed and that if anything goes wrong the warranty stays in place and they have the issue recorded and documented.
The owner of Bison made sure we were satisfied, gave us his direct phone number, and asked us to text and or call in the next four or five days. If it's not better he'll take care of the problem.

Direct, thoughtful, helpful…..what I always look for in repair people. Bison has been the only plumbing contractor we have used since buying our house 6 years ago and am very happy with them.
