This plumber is extremely unprofessional, short tempered, and sarcastic. Charges emergency fee to show up and insult the customers issue and knowledge and then sights his expertise amd customers lack thereof as the reason he has diagnosed no problem found. This plumber lacks respect for customers that do not look like himself and speaks and in a very condescending manner.

They did a great job I called them out and they came same day. It was amazing because it was late into the evening and they still made time to get to my house and solve my issue. I appreciate their efforts to make me happy customer!

I've used jk plumbing for over 10 years. I can say not only do they have the best pricing in Georgia but they will get to you right away. Most plumbers are really expensive but not JK.

The plumber came a little after we called due to some drain issues in the restaurant kitchen. He fixed everything and gave me some advice on how to prevent this from happening in the future. I believe his name was David. Great experience overall!!!

Found JK Plumbing Co Inc on Google. 12/24/22 Christmas Eve; Heard water running. Ran all over the House trying to find out where it was coming from, nothing in the house. OMG, went into garage and water was gushing out over the garage door and on the outside of house wall. WTW!!! After spinning in circles trying to turn off main water line, no luck. My neighbor noticed water running down my driveway and ran over to help me turn off the water from the meter. Success!!! Ran back into the house and started searching on Goggle. JK Plumbing came up, I read reviews and noted years in business. Gave them a call, Dennis answered and submitted my service request as an emergency. This was 2pm, at 2:10 Mr. Larry called stating that it would be awhile before he could get to me, what's awhile I asked 1-week. No ma'am, it would be 3 to 4 hours. WOW, I'll be here waiting for you. At 6pm, Mr. Larry was ringing my doorbell, I opened the garage doors and he looked at the wall, it was dark by that time and the water had seeped to the ceiling as well and dripping all over the place. Well Ms. Linda, I will need to tear the wall out to determine where the leak is. Fine by me Mr. Larry but its dark, no problem I will come back in the morning. 12/25/22, Christmas Day?? You working?? Yes, Ma'am we are. Then he showed me his phone with Service Calls, Mr. Larry and the JK Plumbing Team still had calls after me. 12/25/22 at 8:30am, Mr. Larry called. Good Morning Ms. Linda, are you ready for me? Yes, Mr. Larry where are you? I'm about 5 minutes out. His Word Was His Bond!!! So refreshing!!! 9:45am on Christmas Day Mr. Larry had repaired the broken pipe, turned the water back on from the meter, insured no leaks, tested all faucets and was on his way to his next service call all with a smile (^_^) Mr. Larry and JK Plumbing is true AWESOMENESS!!!

I had a septic tank nightmare on my son’s birthday and although they don’t do septic, they were kind enough to help me gently remove my back porch, so the septic tank company could get to it! Yes, tank is under my wonderful back porch! Awesome idea!

Upstairs water heater burst, flooding the living room. I called JK Plumbing and Cameron and his assistant Nathan came to my rescue. We had two water heaters in an upstairs closet. Only one was working, and it was the one that burst. Cameron located two new 50-gallon, gas units for the replacement. This was a difficult task because there was no extra room to work. Both heaters were installed perfectly. Hot water is flowing!! Cameron even took time to call the following day to check up on his work. Excellent Service.

Woke up today smelling gas, thought it was just the stove that my son just used. Came home after work, smelling the gas still. I was in panic. I googled the closest gas line plumber and found JK Plumbing down the road and open for 24 hours. I called and Mr Larry was here in 15 minutes! I was so happy! He got the parts from HD for the leaking gas valve and fixed it for under 2 hours! Wow! And the price for the work was unbelievable! So reasonable! Bless your heart Mr Larry! We found ourselves a plumber!

He was on time, had all the equipment he needed, spoke very knowledgably about my problem. He, Eddie White, told me what he was going to do to solve the clog and hopefully avoid future problems. Absolutely great, processional help and at a fair price. this was a pleasant shopping experience! My normal plumber recommended i call JK Plumbing to fix my problem.

The guys came out to my rental property on a holiday weekend to help with a shower faucet that would not turn off completely. They took care of the problem quickly and I felt very fairly treated on the cost. The faucet is at least 60 years old, so I'll need to replace it soon. I will definitely have J K Plumbing back out to do that work

JK Plumbing was most excellent in fixing our plumbing issues. We had a hidden leak that we had to call a leak locator company out for. Well, it turned out they found a pinhole leak and not THE leak that was turning my meter a gallon a minute. Eddie and Cameron continued digging in the yard until they found it where the leak guys had not! They also repaired our PRV that was damaged likely during the leak detection. We are very happy with their service and plan to continue using them for our future needs.

We requested the services of J K Plumbing to fix a leak at our water meter. They sent someone out to assess our issue that night even though their workers had been working all day. They provide a warranty on their work and will fix any issues that may arise as a result of their work at no cost. They provide excellent customer service and are very responsive. We will definitely continue to use their services on any future issues.

Had water underneath my kitchen sink. Call them late on a Sat and they were there promptly Sun morning. Installed new faucet and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. They were great. Every other plumber I called with so called "24" hr service couldn't come out until Mon or Tues and then it was a maybe. The technician that came was understanding and did the job in under an hour. They are my new plumbing company. Highly recommend.

J & K Plumbing are excellent. We had sewer back up and they were out there fast to help us. The office and workers are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Fair prices were just a plus with the service we received. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!
