I was originally quoted between $6,000–$8,000 by another company (I won’t mention names), but J K Plumbing Co. Inc. did the job for a lot less and with excellent service. They built a clean-out and fixed the problem in just a couple of hours. Larry was great to work with he explained everything clearly and kept me informed throughout the process. The whole team knew exactly what they were doing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I ever have another plumbing issue.

Our drain for our sink that lead out to the septic tank had collapsed somewhere underneath the house foundation. We reached out to Dr. Hall's Plumbing and immediately got a response. He was out later that day to look at what needed to be done and worked with us to find a creative solution that fit our budget and kept the integrity of our house intact. Within 2 days he was back out and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I couldn't give him any more praise as a plumber. Highly recommended.

In finishing our basement, we used Winston Wells Plumbing for the bathroom (toilet, faucet and shower) install. Winston was very knowledgeable, extremely professional and provided a fair price. Winston and team were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

We had a water leak due to old pipes in my elderly mother's home. They came out the same day and fixed it. The price was great and most of all the work Tony did was top notch. He was very professional and finished the job in just over an hour. We couldn't be happier with the work performed. My mom had been ripped off in the past by other plumbers who took advantage of her age and hearing impairment. It's really good to know there are still good reputable plumbing contractors out there. I had issues with my water heater on my new home and they came out here immediately and fix the problem

My husband and I had an issue with our plumbing on our brand new home that was 6 months old. The builder informed us to contact the vendor directly for warranty on the work.
We called Bison plumbing early in the morning for them to come out asap since we could not use our upstairs bathrooms or laundry room. Due to the plumbing issue, it caused a leak that had water coming out of our kitchen light fixture.
The technician was very nice and did a good job clearing the clog. However, the business does not stand behind their work. They clearly use the cheapest parts available and do not care to have repeat customers.
We had a bad clog. He had to remove the toilet and put a camera down because he could not get the clog to clear.
He finally removed the clog and he noted that the flange was also broken on that toilet. This is a guest room toilet that was probably used 10 times in the six months we have lived in the home.
When he told us the total, we were surprised. Ofcourse we were expected to pay something, but very surprised that nothing was under warranty. No parts, no labor. They charged us 75 dollars (price adjusted since he had to pull up the toilet anyway) just for the flange that is $10 at Home Depot. Not to mention the cost of pulling the toilet and the visit.
We were basically told that we broke the flange and just didn’t remember. (It’s not like it could have been installed improperly.) The toilet was barely used and we had no problems with the other toilets flanges that we use daily. I lived in my prior home for 15 years and never had a broken flange.
When asked what they actually warranty? They could not articulate or provide a list of what they do warranty. I think the one example the lady on the phone said was the toilet handle.
So I could go to Home Depot, pay 10 dollars and replace that myself, or could call Bison and have them charge me a service fee that would probably be a fortune, for them to put the 10 dollar handle on for me.
Bad business, would recommend going to a more reputable company that stands behind their work.

Bison plumbing is, hands down, the company EVERYONE should employ for their plumbing needs. The service man that handled our issues was professional efficient and arrived right on time. I love this company!!
