Fixed dripping shower

I'm only giving 5 stars because the actual employee was Great! Bison however I would give a 1. I have a plastic toilet handle flusher that is weaker than a plastic fork and broke within one month of me moving into my new home. I would expect that it would be replaced with a metal handle. But the employee indicated that his bosses tell him he has to replace it with plastic. That will again break within a month. It's almost like they're just waiting for my home warranty to run out and then wait for me to call when they can actually charge me a million dollars for a service call and then they might bring a metal handle out. What a joke. The employee suggested that I just go and buy the metal handle myself and replace it and of course that's more than likely what I'm going to do but the point remains why would you even use plastic.

Bison was great! I had a pipe to burst inside our home which turned into an emergency situation. They prioritized my event arrived on site within a few hours of notice, found the break and completed the repair within the hour at which they arrived to restore water to my residence. I highly recommend this company!

There was a minor mix up with my original appointment. It was rescheduled. The plumber came and fixed my faucet and provided the recommendations for my water heater. I trust the information given. Thank you for being courteous and respectful of my home.

Had a plumbing issue and reached out to Bison Plumbing. Excellent customer service started with the call to the office and Ashley handled the scheduling. Adrian came and performed a diagnostic based on the complaint…no hot water in a few areas. A cook without hot water in the kitchen stinks! Well…he find the issue. Debris clogging the main filter on the water heater! Changed it out, flushed the line, and oohlala, hot water!! Learned a few things regarding water heater upkeep. Thank you Ashley and Adrian. Bison saved the day!

This company sends someone out very fast to identify the issue…. Very fast responses when dealing with a pluming issue. However, their customer service could be a lot better. At first i was pointed as the blame for a blockage issue. Come to find out there was a tester ball left behind in my pipes. No one apologized for blaming me. The on call representatives should have a bit more customer service training.

Bison Plumbing is very responsive. Bison did all the plumbing in my new home and I had them also complete the plumbing for my now finished basement. They always follow through expeditiously as needed. Tino was here to replace a faulty water heater recirculation pump and did a great job. He thoroughly explained the pump’s operation. I highly recommend Bison Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I have used them twice. The first time was to redo a shower that had been installed incorrectly by a previous plumber. They spent 3 hours and got it working perfectly for me. The second visit was to repair an old shower nozzle. They were here a very short time and had it repaired. Each of the repair personnel have been professional and quick to get the job accomplished.

Bison is amazing to work with. They are very transparent and can come out super quick when you have an issue. The service workers are extremely nice and let you know exactly what’s going on and resolve the issue very quickly.

When we turned off the hose bib for the outside faucet, it unexpectedly cut off water to our refrigerator. We called Bison, who originally installed the plumbing. Although it was past the one-year warranty, Ashley said they would cover it if it was their fault. The plumber found the issue was just a mislabeled pipe, fixed it, and we were not charged. Very pleased with their service and professionalism.

Bison did the plumbing for my custom built home. Two years after the new home warranty ended, a leak was discovered under the slab. Bison made it right! I was very impressed with the quick response and their willingness to stand by their work! That's hard to find these days! Grateful that my builder chose Bison!

Bison did the plumbing for our new build and have no problems We just had our 30 day Punch list done and one of the showers did not have adequate water pressure and the technician said more than likely it is dirt and trash caught in the filter due to new construction and sure enough that was it! We also discussed some other items and he took the time to explain the hows and whys which was great. We are very pleased!

We hired Bison to install a water filter/ softener system. I am very pleased with the outcome and the friendly manners of our service technician, and the manager Beau. Both take pride of ownership to ensure quality workmanship, and followed up to make sure we were fully satisfied with the work. Oh yes, they arrive when promised!

We experienced two code 11s on our new Renai water heater and I called Bison Plumbing. They were extremely responsive and within forty eight hours ( the weekend ) we had an appointment the next day at 9 am to replace the mother board of the heater . I
would definitely give Bison plumbing a 10 star rating if it was available !!!

After we got the quote, we had another leak with solidified our decision to schedule the repipe. We met Josue first and he was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient, which made the process feel easy and reassuring. After he fixed a pin hole leak we had the pleasure of meeting the team that would repipe our entire home to replace faulty hot water lines, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was quick and efficient (completed the job in 1 day), treated our home with great care, and took extra steps to cover areas and minimize the dust getting everywhere. When they finished, they cleaned up thoroughly and truly didn’t leave a trace.

Tino was excellent at targeting what the root cause of my toilet issue was and he was very thorough and figured it out, quickly! You could tell he knew what he was doing and he answered all of my questions even giving me advice on another issue with remembering to shut off the water valve on my hose outlets. I definitely recommend Bison Plumbing, namely Tino! Excellent Service, top-notch & dependable! Ashley changed my appointment date to a sooner one, as a courtesy. We purchased a brand new home from Fischer Homes and custom built our home. A few days after taking possession, we noticed a difference in hot water temperature. Josua our plumbing technician was able to immediately identify the challenge and resolve the issue with our hot water heater. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable.

It had a hole in it and one thing I can say about this and they will jump right on it when you call them about things that go on in your home this is the second time that I have had to have them come to my home for different things.
