H & L plumbing were very fast in service. Hakeem is very knowledgeable, he fixes my plumbing needs at my restaurant. The best part of their service is that Hakeem provides lots of preventive measures which other plumbers don’t share. I am very pleased with their service.

Service was excellent! I had three previous plumbers out and 6 weeks later the shower was still not repaired until Hakeem showed up. I was told by the previous plumbers that they may have to cut the wall out to make the repair. H & L plumbing simply ordered the part and had it fixed within minutes of the part arriving. Thank you Hakeem!!

I called Hakeem about replacing a gate valve as I was in the midst of trying to do it myself.

He was too busy with other calls to handle my issue at the time, but he generously talked me through what I needed to do anyways. Over the course of 2 days he spent probably 45 minutes of his time on the phone or texting with me as to what I needed to do.

Who does that, man?! What. A. Guy.

In the end, I did end up reaching the height of my comfort level and called in another plumber, but I can't overstate how much I appreciated Hakeem's guidance that he gave to me at his own expense.

We were having issues with our water heater and shower with our new home. Hakeem took his time walking our property and checking to ensure the plumbing was installed properly and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He showed up on time and was able to fix our issue. Its always easy to see when someone is dedicated to their craft. We appreciate how he took care of our house/family.

Hakeem is a miracle worker!!! I moved into my house almost a month ago and the water hasn’t been on. The service had already been connected from the water company but still didn’t work inside. The water company came out more than three times, even the same day as Hakeem, and didn’t fix the issue, but was still sending a bill. We called Hakeem and GOD! Hakeem came on time, was kind, professional, and knowledgeable (he pointed out where the issue was within a minute of getting out of his truck and shaking my hand). He found that the water wasn’t turned on from the street. Thankfully, it turned out to be a simple and quick fix, but it took the right person to do the job. I highly recommend H & L Plumbing and I am beyond grateful for your service. There’s nothing like being able to flush your toilet, clean your house, and take a hot shower! I saw Hakeem’s truck and called him as I had failed water heaters at two properties. He immediately came by to provide an estimate and came back the following day when he said he would. Great service. Punctual, professionally friendly. Provided clear updates as he worked. In the plumbing world, his prices are more than competitive. Very pleased with both services he provided. He also helped talk a friend through a problem when he didn’t have to. I highly recommend H&L and they will be my first call and recommendation for plumbing services.

Hakeem was great! I had a late night emergency with my toilet. Hakeem was able to come out within 30 minutes. He was very professional and friendly and had the parts on hand for replacement. He also was very clean with the job. Would definitely call again and recommend.

We've used Quinn Heating & Air a couple times. They provided excellent service. Austin is Awesome! Very thorough and knowledgeable!

My furnace has to be reinstalled at the cost of $1,500 for it to properly heat and cool my home. Not letting Quinn screw me again. Ragsdale from now on.

I have not used their HVAC services so I can't review that. As for the employee driving on Cherokee St. in Acworth on 8/28/16 (which is oddly stated to be a day the company is closed), you put me and my wife's lives in danger when you dangerously turned across traffic in your company van. I also found it unnecessary for the larger woman in the passenger seat to flip US the middle finger as they slowly pulled into the KFC. I have driven company vehicles many times for employers and recognize that I am representing the company while doing so. This is not a person I would like working in or around my home.

Tony is the only person I’ve used for HVAC issues in the past eight years. I won’t use anyone else. The service he provides is a throwback to a different era, when small family-owned businesses could be relied on to take care of their customers. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I couldn’t believe the amazing price we received. Jordan was professional and knowledgeable and I will be recommending him to everyone I know. Quinn hvac has the best prices and services you can find and will always be more than satisfied with their services. My air conditioning is running better than it ever has!!

My experience has been horrible with this man (Tony Quinn ) sold us a 5 ton GOODMAN hvac system, this system has broken down on average every 2 months through out the 6 years we’ve owned the unit. His repairs have been lack luster at best and incompetent at worse. On the last time it broke down it filled my home with smoke and he wouldn’t return my calls or texts. The Goodman company just hung us out to dry. Won’t honor their warranty and Quinn is uncaring and dishonest. Don’t trust GOODMAN HVAC systems or Tony Quinn.

Terrance was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He respected our presence and carefully explained the tasks that he was performing. He also made recommendations that would extend the workable life of our equipment. Thanks for having him on your team.

Austin and Shane installed a complete AC and furnace system in much less time than I anticipated. They were careful to minimize soiling the house and cleaned up when finished. We’re happy with the new system.
