Kyle Rich was very professional and respectful. He showed patience bc I forgot they they were coming today and got home late. Thank you so much Kyle for being so understanding N patient today.

We called Harrell King Heating and Air and Frankie came right out. He was extremely personable, and communicated well. He diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly. He feels very trustworthy and we’re happy to have him come out again for regular maintenance.

Stacey Clements answered every question i had of him and he quoted me an exact price and didn't change. He was very courteous and professional and did quick quality work. I was his last call of the day and I am certain he worked over his normal work time to get the job done. He cared that my family was in comfort during the summer weather. That personal attention and dedication and caring is why I will call him in the future.

My experience with John, Chris, and Melvin with Harrell King Heating and Air was a very unexpected pleasure. These guys showed a level of professionalism and they were truly concered about my needs. These guys went above and beyond what their duty requirements to make me happy. I could not ask for more from this team. They are the best!!!!!

Mike and the entire crew were very polite, professional , knowledgeable and on time. Let's not forget that Shawna it a great asset to the entire team as well. I love when she answers the phone and says "How can I make you smile today ?" She says it like she really means it. That alone makes me smile.

John, Daniel, and Johnnie did a fantastic job installing our new unit. We had all new ductwork and insulation installed. It was a big job and they did it in a very timely and professional manner. They're great guys and I am very pleased.

This guy, from the time he set foot in my yard was simply amazing. He went straight to work, very nice, had a good professional disposition and very personable. You don't see that very often. You can't teach these skills. They are cultured and developed over time. Can't say enough about Tim. Great guy.

Our AC went out mid afternoon & he was here fixing it within 1.5 hrs. Their techs are always so polite, they clean up after themselves, and do a great job. He had us up and running within a few hours. Now our air is working great!

We have 2 central units. Bailey has been here several times. He does an excellent job. He is efficient and friendly. If there is a problem- as there has been in the past, he explains it and notifies you of the approximate cost of repair. He called as he was leaving the office and arrived when expected

We called a couple places that claimed to be 24 hours and only Harrell King was willing to come right then and there and fix our ac at 9pm! Our technician quickly fixed the issue replaced the part and was on his way! We appreciate your service and will continue to use only Harrell King for all our AC needs!!

The service technician (Kyle Rich) was very very friendly n was very consistent with his job. Did everything he could to get my AC back up and running ASAP! Very professional & Highly recommended young man

Brandon was our technician this last time, and he came on time and with his equipment and boots over his shoes so as not to track the outside in. He came ready to work, not having to sit and eat breakfast and drink coffee as so many workers do. He called ahead of time to let me know that he was on his way, which I really appreciated.

He went about checking the unit in a quiet and professional manner. When he finished, he brought the paperwork in and we sat and discussed his findings. Everything went smoothly, and I am VERY satisfied with the service rendered by Brandon.

Chris was awesome. Thank you for handling the problem without me being there. I trust the employees and the company. I was 5 hrs away and Chris called me each time he was doing something to keep me up to speed. He told me where he was going to get the parts and when he was back. Really appreciated the communication back and forth and was happy he was my tech. Thanks Chris for a job well done, without the stress.

We recently selected Harrell King Heating and Air to replace our old system and are very pleased with our decision. This company is top notch. Every person who was involved with the process of replacing our system was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful. Although it took over a week to have our unit installed we were given supplemental units to help us until the installation was complete. The installers were outstanding and were considerate of our situation and environment. Great job to all who were involved. We appreciate each of you.
