Absolutely cannot find a better, more professional hearing and air company. Highly recommended. Rick has done heating and air for me and all of my family and we have always been extremely happy with the work. Great for new units, maintenance, service and even emergencies. Wouldn’t use any other company.

I've used Rick twice now for issues i've experienced with my AC unit breaking down in the summer. Both times he went above and beyond what previous HVAC contractors did, and managed to squeeze me into his schedule on short notice. My system has been plagued with issues since moving into this house about 5 years ago, but thanks to Rick I now have a firm understanding of what is happening, how the system works and all of my options moving forward. He even rerouted my secondary drain pipe for free and was more than fair in his service charges for the issues I was experiencing (leaking freon, backed up primary drain pipe, frozen coils, rusted out pan, broken capacitor on my condenser unit). I will definitely use him in the future and if you don't have someone you've been happy with there is no reason not to give him a call.

Rick the owner is a great guy. Came to service my unit a year ago and set the unit up correctly, something the builders AC people didn't do. When it was time to have to replace the unit, he was the first choose. Sold me exactly what I needed and gave me the best price in town. Still something to be said for small businesses and the excellent service and support they provide. Call on him to get it taken care the right way the first time!

Rick and his staff were fantastic! I had an ongoing heating/cooling issue that my landlord could not resolve. Once Airman took over the job, Mr. Rick kept a constant communication with me on what was going on and when I could expect the issue to be resolved, not only that but he also came back out to do a thorough inspection to ensure that there were no errors. He was considerate of my needs, super friendly, and professional. He installed the HVAC unit in a timely manner and made sure that it was working properly. Great JOB Airman, he has my recommendation over other competitors.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I called today ( a Saturday) at 9:00 AM. Rick was super professional and knowledgeable on the phone. He sent Mike same day within 2 hours. Mike knew exactly what the issue was. He fixed my AC, cleaned the areas and inspected my whole AC outside and inside. Mike was very personable and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for saving me in this GA heat in July! Keep up the phenomenal work you do.

Rick and the crew from Airman Heating and Air came out and installed a new system at my house today. Rick was very helpful and scheduled me right away after my AC unit died. The crew were fast and professional, finishing in much less time than they estimated. Rick has been very careful with the details and helping file for my warranty. I would recommend this team if you need help with your heating and air system.

Rick and his team replaced my heating and air system years ago and have been servicing it ever since. Yesterday, my in-law’s system failed, and the Airman came to the rescue once again. He and his crew are top notch and a pleasure to do business with. I especially appreciated the team’s mask discipline throughout the install. My in-laws were thrilled with the quick turnaround and fair price. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Rick has been fantastic to us on many occasions. When we had issues with our old AC unit (purchased elsewhere), he was always quick to respond and get things fixed. Just recently, we bought a new unit and Rick offered us the best price for what we were looking for. And he was wonderful about keeping in contact with us even after the installation was complete. We cannot recommend this company enough. They truly care about their customers and it shows.

Called Rick based on Google reviews and I was VERY happy I did. He got to my rental house within 30 min., called to tell me what he would do for my 19 year old hvac and what it would cost, and fixed it immediately, at a reasonable price. I got a great quote from Airman. Rick and his guys did a full 2 system replacement, compressors, air handlers and all new duct work. It looks amazing and works great. I will be recommending them, and I will be using them from now on for all my HVAC and yearly maintenance.

Rick and his guys are the BEST! We had the same issue pop up a few weeks ago, Jackson Services came out and "fixed it", apparently rewired things wrong, lied and said we had a leak and said we needed more coolant that couldn't be found anymore. NOT TRUE!!!

Rick and his guys had it fixed in less than two hours, new fan motor in the attic and topped off the freon and we're cool again!!!

I have had air conditioning problems for a a while, having tried multiple companies to repair my problem. Again this year, my house would not cool and I tried another service. Last year I had replace some of my air ducts due to animals getting under there and crushing the ducts. Still, it did not cool the house as it should. I called several companies, each who quoted a service fee to co.e out but no additional conversation. Airman Heating and Air talked to me, provided some thoughts and possible quotes. They came out, showed me how the ducts were connected to the unit by duct tape and insulation, which where soggy and pulled away from the unit. I was basically Heating the outside. They connected the ducts in a more permanent manner. Then showed me my coils, which were filthy, and they cleaned those. Last, they advised my intake vents were covered by furniture and in order to cool air, the unit needs to have air. I immediately moved the furniture out of the way, cleaned all air vents as well. (This is something I should have kniw, but grateful for the education.) Before they came, my house hit 77 degrees by noon and did not drop until 11 PM. Now it stays at 72 (exactly where it is set). I waited a week and half before I posted to ensure it was working. I will follow up as the summer continues to progress. Thanks Airman Heating and Air, I am able to work and enjoy down town in comfort!

My unit stopped cooling on Sunday; I called Air Man on Monday morning; Rick sent his Technician to my house Monday afternoon. The Tech diagnosed my unit and said it was completely gone. It had lasted 31 years. Rick and his team had my new unit installed on Tuesday afternoon. Excellent service, no downtime, no wait time. Plus Rick gave me a $200 discount. Outstanding crew; I highly recommend AIRMAN Heating and air.

Airman Heating and Air is awesome! They were quick to respond and diagnose the issue, order the part and quick to put it on as well as diagnose some other issues I was having with my heating system, which they fixed as well after installation of the new part. And in the nick of time before it got really cold at night a couple of weeks ago. My heat works so much better now! I highly recommend Rick and his crew. Thank you for all your hard work.
