We had a leak under our sink late on a week night for which could not determine the source. We turned off everything inside the house but that did not stop the problem and we were forced to cut off water to the house from the front yard. Musselman was recommended to me by a good friend. I called at 8 a.m. and Jim was at my house and had the problem fixed by 9:30 a.m. at a price that was more than fair. I'd never met him before, but he treated me and solved the problem like he knew me. Musselman Maintenance gets my highest recommendation.

Jim came out to replace a toilet - the old one had stopped flushing all the way years before, and I had finally bought a replacement at Home Depot. A couple years before I had had a very trustworthy handyman try to fix the old toilet and he couldn't do it. Jim came out and said he could fix it, which he proceeded to do. With a new water pump and flapper, the cost came to a lot less than the cost of installing a new one. And I can get my money back from Home Depot. Jim is one of the best!

Jim showed up when he said he would and got right to work clearing my blocked drain. Very reasonable cost. He is the only company we called that could fit us in this week. We will definitely use him in the future.

Our landlord uses them whenever we have a plumbing issue, which seems to be often unfortunately. However, whenever Mussellman comes out, they do a great job. Always call the city first for Main line drain issues ,Columbus water works.Let them take care of that portion at no charge first..It saves everyone a lot of time and money.Mussellman can handle the rest if you have issues after that..He’s always been a blessing for unstopping our drain lines,His price is half of the going rate from companies around town…Example,Dixie plumbing wanted 700.00 just to snake the main line….Also do understand,every situation can be different,but whatever the situation ends up being,you can rely on Mussellman to treat you fair,and he will give the most honest opinion,or recommendation if it’s something he doesn’t do..

I was referred to Jim by another plumbing company that could not come for a couple of days. I called Jim and explained that I was replacing the faucet, shutoff valve and the galvanize nipples in the bathroom. I could not loosen the galvanized nipple on the cold side to save my life. He showed up about 15 minutes later. I don't know if he was in between calls, but I wasn't expecting that fast of service. He had it off in no time. What a blessing this guy was to me. Thank you, Jim. I will definitely call you if there is something I can't do myself.

I've used Mussclman maintenance three times in the past 9 years for Clogged drains & replaced & checked pipes under house & replaced outside faucet handles . Honesty, knowledge and fair pricing!! . My neighbor had recommended him 9 years ago. He's the best person to call.
