It was great I would highly recommend them

Spend over thousand dollars and the problem still not get fix
Try to calling the customer service always transfer to the management team no one answer
never call back since last Monday

Their driver scared my students when the driver cut off my bus. Cut in front of another car, that caused that driver to slam on their brakes which forced me to hit my brakes harder.

I will not be using this company since their drivers have so little regard for the lives of children or other drivers.

Technician (if you want to call him) he wasted my time and money. Hobart company sucks. Don't waste your time and money.

Keyway was sheared on mixer hub.
Hobart overcharges for trip time
And sitting on their computer and then charging to retrieve the 5 dollar part that was needed.
It was fixed but I strongly recommend using a service that does not pad their hours.
You get nothing using actual Hobart techs.

I had a Hobart dough mixer that was not working correctly. I contacted Hobart services and they sent out a tech to look at it! The tech said the mixer is too old to work on. That was the end of it. Then I received an invoice for $428. Horrible company! Will never use them again for any of my restaurants! Very poor service!

My repair man was on time after calling me. He made the service window. Very polite, and took no time getting into my drier. Quickly diagnosed the issue, resolved the problem, and even walked through with me how to prevent the issue from happening again. I would recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the knowledge and skills of the repairman (Oleg). He was punctual and explained the problems and solutions with my stove and refrigerator very well. He did not try to convince me to make unnecessary repairs and offered solutions to try before committing to expensive repairs. I did have to get the repairs but feel confident they were necessary. I would highly recommend this company.

Today we had the igniter switch replaced on our gas oven and it is working great! This is the second time we've called Comfort Appliance and always ask for V because he is very knowledgeable, efficient, and gets the job done with no time wasted

Incredible service and promptness. Vladimir (sp?) was 90 min early; had the dryer apart in about 5 minutes; then diagnosed, repaired, and put back together in less than 30 minutes! Recommend them highly!!

V came on time and did a quick assessment. Unfortunately, my refrigerator/freezer was beyond repair. The service charge was reasonable, and I was given advice on purchasing a new appliance. I highly recommend this company.

This is my second time working with Comfort appliance. I requested Oleg who had helped the first time And did such a great job with our icemaker issue. This new problem was rather complicated and Oleg did a great job taking care of the problem. He was kind enough to explain everything to me. Comfort appliances has become my go-to appliance repair partner. I don’t feel like I’m getting gouged on price, they’re responsive with great service and their technicians have been great. Most recently, Tony was very helpful on a dishwasher fix. He went out of his way to fit me into his schedule and did it with a smile.

My technician was able to diagnose and repair my problem. He was so kind and thoughtful (we are a shoe free home and he offered to remove his shoes upon entering). The young man who came to fix my refrigerator was very polite and nice. He even swept the lint from behind my refrigerator for me and cleaned vacuumed under the front of it. I have put them in my phone in the event I have need of an appliance repair. I highly recommend this company.
