Since we just got the work done today, I Can’t testify on how the fix is yet. However, I can post a review regarding our service up to this point. I called; the person who answered the phone was polite and professional. The company was able to get me in next day. The technician called me in the morning to discuss the issues I was having and to give me a heads up on potential cost for the repair. When he arrived, he was able to diagnose the problem within the first five minutes. Because he came prepared, he was able to replace the part right away. So far, it was a very seamless and professional process. I’m going to go and run the washer now And I have no reason to believe that it’s not 100% fixed.

Comfort Appliance Repair of Atlanta has been great. I've worked with three separate employees over the years, and it's always a pleasurable experience. They have always been able to resolve my issues. DIshwasher, fridge, washer, and dryer over the years... Highly recommended.

What a great experience! I called Wednesday, and our tech and his apprentice came the next morning. Oleg was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was also training Gene, who was very professional. My husband and I were very impressed! KUDOS to Oleg and Gene!

These guys were great. Called them on a Sunday evening and they had a guy there to fix my fridge the next morning. The only issue was they arrived earlier than expected. How many people can say that their repair guys only problem was being too prompt. Seriously they were professional from the first call and their pricing was good. Will definitely be calling these guys again if I need something repaired.

Could have been a better rating but when the window is 2-4 and you show up at 5 that’s going to lose you a star. Diagnosis was a failed compressor and obviously that has to be ordered. The cost would be $1400 so buying a completely new fridge for another $500 seemed like a better option plus I got that delivered two days sooner than the part was going to be available. The technician was quick and efficient but ultimately I could not move forward with a repair.

Stan did a great job..he showed up early and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and Comfort Appliance Repair of Atlanta. I had him come out again to replace the belt on our washing machine. Once again he did a great job! He is my go to guy for appliance repair. Thanks again Stan keep up the great work!!!

Good communication during scheduling and day of work. Knowledgeable repairman, quickly figured out the problem. Was upfront and honest about the fridge being essentially totaled due to a bad compressor (suspected as much after some of my own testing) and charged only the diagnostic fee.

Gene was super nice and right on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was honest with me that the repair would cost more than the washing machine was worth. Great experience! Thank you.

They called me on time and arrived on time. They thoroughly explained the diagnosis and recommended solution. They were friendly, reasonable, and easy to understand. I will definitely call them next time I have an appliance issue.

Dennis was our repair tech and he was so sweet and so awesome. He was extremely curtious and just a down to earth nice. He went right over to the ice maker and explained everything that was going on and for us to call him in the next 24 hours to let him know how everything was working. Matt was very honest about the cost of the repair being too much to justify. I purchased the dishwasher in 2022 when everything was very expensive. Would definitely recommend comfort appliance to anyone and I’ve already referred them my parents. Comfort Appliance is Honest and family owned.

The service tech was on time, courteous, and triple checked his work. I live at (795 Deer lake trail Stone Mountain Georgia 30087) I forget the techs name I have his card somewhere, but you all know who did the service, so he deserves the recognition.

We had a great experience with Comfort Appliance Repair. Booking the appointment was a breeze with a real live person. Technician call ahead of arrival and promptly arrived. Was professional and friendly. Very quick work and had everything on the truck to complete the repair right then and there. We definitely will use this company again should the need arise.

I found this company on Google search and had no referral. I am sure happy I did! The service done on my stove and oven was excellent and the young man, Nick, did great work and had a super pleasant personality. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly. I had a wonderful experience with Comfort Appliance Repair of Atlanta. Tony provided excellent service on my washing machine repair. From the very beginning, his communication was timely and professional, which made scheduling and updates very easy. He arrived as promised, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on. The repair was handled efficiently, and my washing machine has been working perfectly ever since. I truly appreciated Tony’s professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to great customer service. Communication was good. Gene arrived, assessed the problem and did a good job doing the repair and cleaning up the entire refrigerator. They have a 90 day guarantee. A good experience, the only issue was he arrived an hour later than expected. Approx 2 hours and $250.

They sent a young guy, who didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing or looking for in the repair that I requested. My set is located in my bathroom and as he was kneeling (playing like he knew what he was looking for) he bumped hard into my toilet messing or crooking my seat on the toilet. Dont waste your time with this company. Its all about that $80 service fee. That's how they truly make their money.

Nick was very polite and got right to task. Appreciate the next day repair availability.

Edited to add: We ended up needing further repair, and just as before, Nick was amazing. We very much appreciate his expertise and promptness.

Technician called to verify time and arrived as promised. He quickly found the issue, fixed it and tested it three times. Only charged the diagnostic fee as no parts were required. The first company I called wanted to charge me 200-400 ! This is a great company

Oleg was awesome! He was incredibly personable and knowledgeable and clearly explained the issues that my husband and I were experiencing with our appliances. He accurately diagnosed the problems and was able to fix our old dishwasher as well as our icemaker, ensuring that both were operational. Overall a very positive experience. Competence all around, which made everything easy. Simple to schedule, always kept us updated with what would be the next step. The technician was the same way -- provided clarity on what he was doing, how he identified the issue, what the next steps were (in our case, he had to order a part and come back for the fix). Showed up when he said he would, quickly fixed the issue, tested the fix, and gave updates. Just a very professional experience all around.
