Good customer service.

I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service in my life . I called today from out of state to ask to speak with who is listed as their VP of their company , the lady who rudely answered the phone insisted immediately that I had the wrong number , asking her to check by saying our you sure she said listen lady I’m sure and rudely hung up on me . So I called back and asked to speak with someone from her HR department again she insisted that was her and she told me I had the wrong number . I told her she didn’t have to be so rude , she again says” listen lady” ... etc etc.... So I said ok no problem and what was your name . She stated a”listen lady” I’m not telling you my name nor anyone with this company . At this time I was done talking to this “listen lady” who was acting as if she was 16 .... I told her to have a good day and I hung up . I would never ever do business with someone who conducted thereselves the way she did! Horrible customer service

I have tried contacting them several times about a heating problem. No response.

Does great work at a fair price. Very responsive. Would absolutely use again!

We needed to actualize our AC and switch from gas to electric. Marvin was very profesional, sincere, and knowledgeable. He listened and advice us of our needs plus gave the options available to fix them. His teammates were also profesional and hardworking on updating our system. Currently happy with the excellent job done. Will try to remember to update in a month or two.

Fast, and efficient! Came to the house on a Sunday evening in just under an hour. Reasonable price, so professional! We never heard from the big name companies who have yet to call back.

In the middle of summer, these guys made time in their schedule to quickly fix an issue with our AC unit. They were prompt, communicative, and offered a reasonable price for their services. As someone who understands little about HVAC issues, they also explained the problem thoroughly and what caused it so we could avoid it in the future. Highly recommend!

Great experience with HVAC of Atlanta. Quoted us the best price for a complete 2nd floor A/C overhaul - Heat pump; condenser; and replaced all duct work. Crew arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend to anyone

I’ve known Drue Lawrence and his family for years. He is one of the kindest, caring, and responsible guys I know. He treats people with the upmost respect and pays attention to the details. I’ve seen him first hand as a guy who shows up every time and is a hard worker with a heart of gold. I am so excited for him to be in our region as an excellent general manager for Varsity Zone HVAC but even more excited to have him back in ATL as a friend. I would highly recommend him and the team to anyone.

Shemeta was very thorough in her work. First time seeing a female technician.

She diagnosed the issue to be leak thru nitrogen testing.

Hi I'm .Ms. Matthews. I don't where this young lady been, but she is really going places. Thank God for her. My AC been out for almost 2 weeks and she came and fix my issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Called and set up an appointment because we had a leak in our crawl space. Shameeta came out and unclogged the pipe and tuned up our AC system. Exceptional customer service will definitely be using Varsity Zone again if we have any further problems!
