We're in the market for a new HVAC system, and Varsity's General Manager, Drue, came out to our house twice to inspect the house, talk to us about our needs, and walk us through a detailed estimate. He was clearly knowledgeable about the industry and made us feel like he had our best interest in mind throughout the quotations process. I'd recommend Varsity to anyone looking for a new HVAC provider.

Shemeta was great. Explained everything she was doing and did not pressure us into services we didn’t need. She also came the day after we called, which was great since we had no heat!

Very very happy with my experience. I actually feel like a got smarter during the process because Shemeta talked me through everything she was doing and why. Very friendly, very knowlegable, and while she gave me options for other steps I can take with my unit (that I probably will take down the line), I didn't feel like I was being sold on anything. She saved me from freezing and for a very reasonable cost to boot. Also, booking the appointment was very smooth, great communication, and the timing was right for me because I got a same-day visit. I can’t say enough about how great Varsity Zone and Shemeta Garson were with helping me with my HVAC furnace. I’ve been having this issue for 6 months and had 3 other service providers come out to try and fix it and couldn’t. Shemeta was patient and thorough in her diagnosis and got to the root of the problem. She even brought us portable heaters since the project went over a day. They’ve clearly won me as a customer and I highly recommend them.

Shemeta Carson came out to inspect and repair my 15 year old furnace of a rental property. She was punctual, very clear in her communication and thorough in her inspection … not to mention honest in her recommendation. I was having issues trouble shooting a Pioneer mini-split and called Varsity Zone hvac. They had the necessary refrigerant and equipment designed for my unit. The tech, Shemeta was very polite and very knowledgeable about my particular mini split. She was very detailed oriented and was able to find an issue that many other so called professionals had overlooked. Long story short, I was able to get my unit up and running as it should thanks to Shemeta and the good folks over at Varsity Zone. I wouldn't hesitate to call them back in the future with any of my hvac needs. Good company, great people.
