HVAC reviews in Chamblee, Georgia

Ms Shimika from Varsity Zone HVAC arrived on time, what I liked very much. Her natural kindness and great communication skills contributed to a stress free and pleasant interaction. She addressed all my questions and explained clearly what she was going to do. In addition, she demonstrated to have strong technical skills and a great knowledge on HVAC systems. The quality of her work was outstanding, so far, the best provided, in comparison to all the previous companies that worked on my HVAC system.

Shemeta was great. She had to wait about 15 minutes and was very gracious. She was knowledgeable about the issue and explained in simple terms what needed to happen.

Shemeta Carson was great. She explained in detail everything to me. This was important and educated me so I can know what I am talking about when I need your service again. Thank you Alan. I appreciate you offering service for today because in hindsight I really needed to have your service and Shemeta was the perfect technician to resolve my A/C issue. Thank you!!

First appointment for system set up with Shemeta. Professional, asked whether she should remove her shoes, told me what she was going to be doing, personable

Shemeta was wonderful!! She’s professional, incredibly helpful, and has a wonderful spirit that brightens even the hottest rooms! So thankful for her and even more thankful that she was able to get out to my house in the middle of a crazy heatwave.

Varsity Zone came to the rescue today, the Sunday of a holiday weekend, when our air conditioner went completely out with four house guests. Shemeta knew her stuff and fixed our unit same day. We’re lucky to have this team in our neighborhood!

Shemeta was amazing! She is as knowledgeable as her personality is sunny! She had to crawl under my house to repair a loose duct that wasn't holding a filter. No problem. She brought a photo to show and explain the excellent work she did. The inspections she did on other HVAC gave me info and options about how a small refrigerant leak, and an aging water heater. Impressive!

This was a great experience from start to finish. Quoting, installation, final walk through and details. Highy recommend Varsity Zone HVAC of Chamblee!!

After getting the run around from my other HVAC company, I tried these guys out since they are newly opened. Varsity Zone absolutely blew them out of the water. Shemeta was on time, communicated well, knew what she was doing, and found a more elegant and cost effective solution than the other team offered. I cannot recommend these guys enough, they really are top notch.

Shemeta was knowledgeable and professional. Handled the repair in a timely manner. Great job!!

Shemeta is amazing at what she does! She’s incredibly knowledgeable as an AC technician and also one of the kindest people I’ve met. She introduced herself right away before coming into my home and made me feel completely at ease.

She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me understand exactly what was going on with my AC unit. Her professionalism, communication, and care really stood out.

I would highly recommend Shemeta to anyone needing AC service—she truly goes above and beyond!

Ms. Carson was very professional and was sure to walk us through what was going on with our hvac system. She did a thorough inspection of the house.

They resolved a problem for us that had been occurring for several years, and when I got charged two service call fees because they looked at two separate things in my house during the same visit, they reversed one of them in kind. All around great company looking to take care of customers

Thank you all for your kind words and noticing my ability to help make a difference within your families and communities . I most appreciate that you guys for leaving this message for others to see as well. That really warms my heart! 😊 Thanks a bunch. ❤️🦋

Ms. Carson was wonderful! She was so kind and explained everything so well. She was efficient to find the problem and solve it for us.

Shemeta Carson did an excellent job on the fall maintenance service and diagnostics. She explained all the maintenance contract options, and we’re now signed up for the plan. Shemeta is a delight to work with.
