WhiteWater did a whole house exterior wash + driveway, front walkway, front porch, back deck & back patio. It looks amazing. I keep going outside just to admire how good it looks. Highly recommend!

WWSW is impressive! They did exactly what was contracted for and more. They had all the right tools/equipment, which matched well with the experienced and professional staff.
They arrived as scheduled, and took great pains to protect the vegetation close to the house. They were responsive to any concerns I had during the work.
WWSW paid attention to the details associated with my home, which was in sore need of roof and exterior cleaning. The result was amazing! I thought I had just bought a new house! My wife was away while the work was performed and when she returned home, she was "blown away!"

WhiteWater SoftWash did an excellent job cleaning our roof. The guys were very professional and personal, being very easy to communicate with. I no longer drive home, see my roof, and think "I've GOT to do something about those ugly streaks." I highly recommend WhiteWater SoftWash!

Eric and his team cleaned my roof and driveway. The Softwash mash made my 15 year old roof look brand new. The driveway turned out even better. It had huge rust stains from an old junk golf cart. They were able to wash them all away and return the drive way to looking perfect. Will definitely be using them again for other projects.

This was the first time I've had my home "soft-washed". I was initially hesitant because it does cost a little more than regular pressure washing but Whitewater Softwash exceeded my expectations with their results and customer service. I had my roof, house, deck and driveway soft-washed and wish I had before and after pictures because the difference is dramatic. The crew took their time and methodically removed all black streaks off the roof and algae/stains from the rest of the house. They even soft-washed the mats and deck cushions!

Finally, I've always had some water come in thru the window sills whenever the house was pressure washed. Not this time -and- the softwash results were significantly better. Highly recommend.

It had been several years since we had our house and windows cleaned. Whitewater gave us an appointment right away and performed the service exactly as stated in their proposal. The two-man team worked diligently despite the rain and over the course of four hours cleaned the entire exterior of the house including the windows and screened in porch, the walkways and driveway. I would highly recommend them.

WOW is all I can say! Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with! I have been trying to find someone to clean my solar panels and when I contacted him, he was able to schedule a quick visit the following day. He researched the cleaning methods appropriate for my solar panel types and then presented a super fair quote to clean the solar panels and power wash the back patio, driveway, and font entrance. They were able to come and complete the work the following day and did an incredible job! The solar panels are SO clean, the drive way and patios all look so great! All the stubborn algae and tar from the crazy amounts of water and shade in my yard were cleaned. I would 10000% recommend their services!

Our experience with WhiteWater Soft Wash was top of the line. We live out of state and we are trying to sell a house in GA. We called WhiteWater SoftWash to clean the exterior of the home. They washed the house, the walkway, the concrete steps and the back porch. Their communication was off the charts. They sent us pictures and videos of their work. Eric went to the house and he decided he was not happy with the work. There were some areas that were streaky. Also, the gutters were old, so when the washing was complete, alot of the paint chipped off. Eric and his crew went back to the house, re-washed the whole back of the house and re-painted the gutter so we could get the house on the market. I would HIGHLY recommend Eric and his team for their amazing customer service and professionalism.

In December 2023, WhiteWater Softwash came to clean our driveway and sidewalks and spot clean our roof. WhiteWater Softwash was very responsive to my timing needs and worked my job in before all our family started arriving for the holidays. He did a great job, and was extremely personable. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with WhiteWater SoftWash. From the initial quote to the service they were responsive and professional. The technicians that arrived to do the work were some of the best we’ve had at our house (and we’ve had a lot of work done). They were informative and hard working and they knew what they were doing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The price was reasonable and our house and driveway have never looked better. It looks like we spent big money on repainting and all we had to do was have it cleaned. I’ll be using them again and regularly to keep our house looking new.

I don't know about your house but the frequent and heavy rains we've had in Atlanta this Spring and Summer have caused the discoloration on my roof to go crazy! I decided to investigate a roof cleaning service even though I had never used this process before. I'm so glad that I did! After visits from several roof-cleaning companies, I am convinced that I chose the best company when I hired "WhiteWater SoftWash". I met with representatives from two other companies who used the same "soft wash" chemical process, but I found ERIC SMITHSON of WhiteWater SoftWash to be the friendliest, the best listener and the most knowledgeable of the company representatives who came out to my house. Eric was pleased to provide me a quote for the cleaning services that I requested. While surveying my property, Eric made a significant recommendation to me when he recognized that a special landscape feature on my property would require a special adjustment. I was very appreciative of his pro-active attention to a detail that was in my best interest. His comments spoke to his competency and knowledge. Eric's observation was right on target! I shudder to think what would have happened if I had hired one of the other companies. Neither of the other representatives even realized the need for the special safeguard to my landscape feature. In fact, those other representatives seemed more interested in pushing additional costs into their job bid by including services that I had not asked about. The two technicians assigned to my job were exceptional. My shrubbery and property were protected throughout, and absolutely nothing was damaged. The results of their work are amazing. My house looks like it has a new roof and gutters. The stepping stones in the landscape are not longer dangerous and slippery. I wish I had BEFORE and AFTER pictures to post along with this review!
