Green Queen’s been handling my pest control since I moved to Atlanta a few years back, when I didn’t even know what a palmetto bug was. Simpler (and blissfully ignorant) times.

I didn't want to douse my house and yard in chemicals, so Green Queen was the perfect fit. Their treatments actually work, my family can (literally) breathe easy, and my yard’s still full of pollinators doing their thing.

And their customer service is wonderful. Devin's my tech and he’s sharp, thorough, professional, and just a genuinely solid, good human. When someone’s regularly in your space, that kind of energy really matters.

So if you want pest control that doesn’t make you pick between bugs and bees, and comes with a team of pros you can trust like Devin, I'd strongly recommend checking them out!

Great service every time! The admin team is very communicative. They do great work. I use the cleaning service and mosquito service and I’m very pleased with both. We also use their commercial cleaning service at my clinic. I would recommend them to anyone!

Green Queen has been fantastic, and I highly recommend them—especially if you’re someone who worries about all the harsh chemicals used in traditional pest control! They’re extremely transparent about what they use and always send a clear, detailed report after each visit.

I also love that they come quarterly and text a day or two beforehand to confirm the time, so I never have to think about scheduling! They even ask if there are any specific issues you want them to focus on, like spider webs or problem areas.

Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so friendly. Rob was especially great—super communicicative and made the whole process really easy! I’m so grateful to have found a company that actually keeps the bugs out and keeps my family safe with gentler products!

I'd give five stars if I could to each individual who has serviced my house- special shoutouts to Rob and Austin who have been ultra diligent and kind! The four stars reflects the overall company doing a wonderful job of using cleaner methods for pest control and being responsive for additional services when I had a minor ant invasion.

My only negative is that it feels impossible to nail down a consistent day of the week and time for services to be completed. As someone who works from home it's a major interruption in my meetings when my dog alerts to someone in the yard; it would be a huge relief if the coordination team could provide a regular appointment window for when the service will be completed.

We consistently have amazing results with Green Queen’s product. Their service team is also fantastic, especially Rob! We will continue using Green Queen for many years to come!

Ricky always does a thorough job that makes a huge difference in keeping unwanted insects away. He’s super conscientious about keeping our dogs safe. I feel really good about Green Queen’s use of organics to protect the environment while keeping cock roaches, wasps, and termites out of our home.

Been using Green Queen since 2021 or 2022 and highly recommend it. Ricky is a great technician, very thorough and cares about making sure things are going smoothly! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the notification service could be improved (better and more accurate notice of when they’re coming), but the overall quality of the treatment is top notch.

I used GQ in my home in Chamblee for a little over 2 1/2 years. They were always professional, on time, and resourceful – there were a handful of times I asked about a specific type of bug that I found or issue and they always came back to help. I also appreciate that it was easy and straightforward to cancel. We are moving out of state sadly and I will really miss being a green queen customer! Highly recommend.
