This review is strictly based off of customer service or lack there of.

I found this place off of Groupon & they got good reviews so i decided to give them a try. When we called they had appointments the next week & we were booked for 4-8 window on the following Friday. The day flew by & before we knew it was 9:30. No call from the worker or anyone at the company. We call & they tell us they are running behind but can come now. I explain that this is well beyond the agreed upon timeframe & expressed my disappointment in the no call no show. They apologized & when I asked if they could make it out the next day they explained they were extremely busy & had their next opening the day before Thanksgiving 3-6pm.

We again agreed to the appointment time. At 8pm I proceeded to call again several times with no answer. I text them & express my displeasure in their customer service @ professionalism. I then say I’m making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Only after this do they call & text back expressing their apologies. They ask to come the next day & I refuse as it’s Thanksgiving.

Against my better judgment I booked a 3rd appointment & nobody ever came or even bothered to call.

This is definitely not how you run a business.

I will be filing complaints, requesting a refund & reporting them every where.

Loved how professional and knowledgeable the staff were. They did a awesome job on the carpets, we had 4 rooms cleaned. There was a terrible stain on one of the carpets and they brought it back like nothing was ever there.They gave great suggestions for the service and also for upcoming services. This is my third time hiring them and their work is awesome, I'm very satisfied! I would definitely recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs👌🏾

If i could give zero stars, i would! PLEASE HEAR ME WHEN I SAY THIS….They didn’t even attempt to put effort into this cleaning. I tried to call the “owner” (Daniel) and let him know how unsatisfied this cleaning was, hoping he would want to rectify this. He very rude and yelled over the phone. Small claims court here we come! Please save your money and go with a reputable company. Money totally wasted!!

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. I was referred to them by my neighbor. I’m very happy that I called. They showed up in a timely manner, I received a call 1 hour prior to their arrival, the team was very professional and they explained everything to me in detail. I will definitely call them again. Thank you again and again.

OMG when I tell you that they did an AMAZING job cleaning my air duct, vent, etc. I purchased them on GROUPON but I ended up adding more services once I was educated on what was needed for my home. They were reasonable, knowledgeable, and you can tell they are passionate about their job. I will definitely reach back out for my yearly service...they have a new customer for life. If I can give them 10 stars I would.

This was my 2nd time using this company, they have done wonderful job, I will recommend their services to everyone. Customer service on point. Thanks again

I hired this company to clean my couch for stains from urine. After they came out the couch still smelled like urine and there was one stain remaining. When they came back out a second time, they made my couch worse and left spots on my couch that weren't there after the first cleaning. You can see the spots in the pictures, which are on two separate seat cushions and one back cushion. Unfortunately, I didn't check the cushions before he left because I was in the middle of a work conference call. I called Daniel to tell him this and he stated he didn't do it and blamed me for the spots. There is no way I could've created consistent spots on 3 different cushions. Daniel stated I would have to pay him to come out again and that he wasn't even sure if he could get the stains out. I told him I wouldn't pay him for damage he caused. Daniel then stated he did not appreciate being called a liar and hung up on me. Daniel claims the warranty only covered one return cleaning but his warranty says no such thing. The warranty states that you must make a claim within 14 days and 24 hours after you notice the issue. I contacted him the same day, within 3 hours. Completely unprofessional and I do not recommend!!

The guys did a wonderful job. They reviewed the systems. Took their time to sit down and educate me on the services that need to be done, why, and how often. They showed patience with me and my stupid questions. I appreciate the work they do and quality of service.

Not looking good. Not talking about the work because the work has not been done. First appointment was cancelled because tech called out. Next scheduled appointment with a 2 hour window tech was running behind schedule was told he was wrapping up his first and would be on the way, waited an hour. Still no show. Called back after waiting the hour.Was told tech will be there in an additional hour. Tech showed up an 1 hour and 30 minutes later. Had to reschedule after waiting 4 hours. Sure wish it wasn’t prepaid!!

Daniel, his partner, and their crew delivered outstanding service from start to finish. They were highly professional, hardworking, and meticulous in their approach. The team cleaned multiple rugs, two couches, six chairs, a stairway, and an office rug—all with impressive attention to detail. I observed their work throughout the process and was struck by how physically demanding the job was, as well as how dedicated they were to achieving the best possible results. Their pride in their work was evident in the quality of the outcome. What stood out most was their thoroughness and customer service. They made it clear they stand behind their work and offered to address any touch-ups once the fabrics dried. The pricing was extremely fair—especially considering the quality of the work—and this was without any promotional discount or Groupon. I recommend them without hesitation. If you want professional, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaning, this is the team to call. I only wish I had found them sooner.

Daniel, Nick, and Juan are the bomb! They work in a timely manner and they provide important information to you as they work. Pointing out other issues that needs to be dealt with, helping you by doing something at no cost and highlighting want you sure do after they leave. This team is awesome and I have learned so much about vents, heating/AC, and flushing your furnace to prevent mold. I asked about a negative review they received and Daniel explained to me the situation and I was satisfied enough to continue with using their services.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my carpet cleaning and air ducts. I had water stains from a leak in my carpet that were such an eye sore. Several companies told me the stains could not be removed but Daniel and Mitch were able to remove the stains and now I don't have to purchase new carpet! Daniel went above and beyond the call of duty and made sure he explained everything to me and showed me exactly what he would do when cleaning all of the air ducts and vents. I noticed an immediate improvement ! They were very professional and knowledgeable and I will certainly use them again in the future! I'm so glad I found them on Groupon!

Brianna and Dan did an amazing job. House is feeling fresh and clean again. Groupon says no stairs or area rugs but they actually do. My upholstered couches looks like new. I have 2 mini daschunds and they like to pee on my area rug and even the couches and it was starting to look dingy and smell like a toilet bowl! So I am very impressed with the results! The duct was cleaned and I’m feeling like I’m breathing fresh air again! Thank you! Will def use again and recommend to clients as I am a realtor and will def need in this industry!

Daniel, John, and Mitch arrived after working on another house and knocked out carpet cleaning and sanitizing of two bedrooms, a long hallway, and a staircase, whole house duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and chimney sweeping. Take a look at some of my before and after photos! This team worked meticulously, quickly, and had such impressive energy. I highly recommend them!

If I could give negative review I would. I’ve been rescheduled THREE times since THANKSGIVING, it is now the week of NYE, and they have not showed up and have not communicated each time. This is a terrible service. Would not recommend.

When I asked for a refund they said no need, we will get to you and now they’re ignoring my calls AGAIN.

Daniel and Mitch did a great job cleaning and sanitizing my AC system. it was overdue for maintenance so I had a lot of dust in my house. now I can tell difference immediately. They are educational and definitely recommend

Disappointed with Service and Follow-Up

I hired EZ Carpet and Upholstery Care to deep clean the carpets in my home, including the steps, and paid an extra $230 for the service for deep cleaning after paying for the services with Groupon. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. The steps were not fully cleaned, the room around the corners appear to have not been touched, and when I raised this issue, the company claimed it was due to “wear” on the carpet. However, it is clear that the area was not properly cleaned, as dirt and residue were still visible.

Despite my attempts to resolve the matter with them, they showed a lack of effort and responsibility in addressing my concerns. As a result, I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

I expected a higher standard of service for the price I paid, but instead, I received incomplete work and poor customer service. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Devin was courteous and thorough and gentle, all traits that make me feel safe if my wife is here answering the door and I can’t be here. Very professional and obviously very experienced in pest control. Highly recommend him

The Green Queen has helped my lawn a lot. I have dogs and I’m very careful about the chemicals I use on it. Rob always lets me know when he’s coming and he’s very patient with my questions and concerns about what I use on the yard. It is a good company.

Green Queen employees always do a great job. Devin went above and beyond to get rid of wasp nests and rampant spider webs covering my front porch. Highly recommend!

Devin always gives me a heads up before he arrives so I can make sure our dogs are inside. He asks how the last treatment was and if there are any areas of concern for him to focus on. Appreciate his attentiveness and professionalism.
