I have Berber carpet which is tough to clean and let me tell you... they did an spectacular job and the price are so affordable. Thank you Mitch and Daniel, you guys ROCK!

I contacted this company and was told no appointments were available for 2 weeks. I agreed and scheduled a dated for them to come clean my couch. The morning of, I contacted them to verify what time they were coming and was told they had no record of me contacting them or my appointment. Since things happen I understood and they said they could come out the next day. A hour past the scheduled time the next morning, I called them again and was told the machine was broken, and to follow up Monday (it was Saturday). So I called Monday and left a VM, and never received a response. I ended up using Yes Pet Friendly and they came out the next day and were amazing.

I just redeemed my Groupon however the experience was incredibly unprofessional and left me feeling unsafe.

Firstly, EZ Carpet cancelled the day of my first appointment---they promised to make it right and then rescheduled to another day even after I told them that would make it difficult for me. Then the day before their rescheduled appointment they called to reschedule again to that day. Just wanting the job done I agreed.

As soon as Mitchell Rado came in he walked through my entire condo opening up and inspecting things that were not the air ducts or related to the air ducts including rummaging through the dryer, the fireplace, the patio, the water heater, the furnace, etc He immediately began encouraging me to purchase more add-on services (he listed 6 "urgent" add ons that totaled to over $500).
I declined at which point he minimized what the actual air duct cleaning was (he told me it was just to "maintain dust" not clean dust although the value of this service was priced at $300 on Groupon and spent only10 minutes actually doing the air duct cleaning)

Not only did he charge me an additional $10 for a "gas fee" which he insisted be paid via Cash App, he only cleaned one return vent even though I made a purchase for 2 return vents

Classic bait and switch, horrible professionalism, and poor service to top it all off.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This company is the most unprofessional I have ever encountered in any type of service EVER. We bought a Groupon in December hoping to get our carpet cleaned for the holidays. They were extremely booked which was understandable, so we decided to try again this month to book an appointment. I called and scheduled an appointment with them two weeks ago and the next available was Friday 4/9 between 12-4. Robert is who I dealt with, by the way. He said I would get a call the day before to reconfirm and a call the day of letting me know the technician was in route. I did not receive a call the day, but instead someone called me at 2PM the day of the appointment to let me know they were running behind schedule but would still be coming. No big deal, I’m very understanding as long as I’m in the loop of what’s going on. 5PM rolls around and I had not heard from anyone. I called the office and spoke to Robert again to get an ETA. He said he would call the tech and give me a call right back. This man did not call me back until almost 7PM to tell me the tech wouldn’t be coming today. He was not apologetic and was very nonchalant. He offered to have someone here first thing in the morning on Saturday and I told him I’d be out of town for the weekend. He told me to propose a date and he would have someone there. I asked for Monday morning and he told me someone would be here between 10-11. 10:30 rolls around and no one had shown up. I called the office again and got Robert yet again. He said he was calling the tech to get an ETA. It is now almost 7PM and I have yet to hear anything from Robert. The lack of professionalism and communication is beyond me. Don’t lie and tell me someone will be here at a certain time and then they don’t show up. Over communication is what I expected at this point because they dropped the ball on the first scheduled visit. They offered no remorse, no explanation, and no follow through. So I made the decision to call and leave a voicemail and told them to consider my appointment canceled and a potential customer lost. I immediately went to Groupon and got a refund, and I’ll be leaving a review any and everywhere I can because this was beyond unprofessional and unacceptable.

Got a Groupon. First a rep showed up, was so rude and argued about charging me extra. When I questioned him he just left. I called the company and owner Daniel apologized and said he will personally come and do the air duct cleaning. Booked it for a Sunday. He confirmed 2 days before but when Sunday came he didn’t show up or call me. Now he’s not answering my calls or returning any text messages. Will never do business with this company

Great customer care and service. Daniel discussed any recommendations, listened to me as a customer and provided excellent service. He called when he was on the way, was timely and worked efficiently. My entire home looks amazing after getting the carpet clean. I do plan to utilize them again, thanks!

Did a great job and explained the process as well as what we should expect. Only qualm was that some information they said they would share about ongoing maintenance wasnt shared. Also, we got a recommendation of another contractor from them and they were only satisfactory.

They did a great job!!! Had to get stain treatment on my light colored carpets which was extra but well worth the price! I highly recommend their services⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This business is awful 😖 if i could give no stars I would. Unprofessional and a complete waste of time. You will better off spending the extra money with a more reputable company.

Daniela and Rado were accommodating on times to come in clean. However after checking the systems, they recommended $800 worth of services. He up charged on many services and made it sound like every single thing had additional chargers. Like not cleaning the fireplace with chimney cleaning.
I feel like I ended up paying a lot higher than originally intended.

Scheduled prepaid duct cleaning for residential almost a month in advance for 6/23/2022. Did not receive a call until 7:46pm on 6/23 to say they were not coming and that I had to reschedule.

I rescheduled for Sunday 6/26/2022 with a 10am-2pm window. I stayed home the entire time waiting for the tech. At 2:15pm I called the office and leaving a message of great concern. At 3:31pm Daniel called back to say he would be at my place in 30 no more than 45 minutes.

Daniel did not show up until 5:26pm. When I expressed the appointment window was between 10 - 2pm, he stated this was the fault of the office and he had no control of it. - (I found out he was the person I had been speaking to the entire time.)

Daniel & Brianna we’re exceptional! They gave us a great rate and cleaned my cat-pee soaked sectional sofa to like new and protected it with a stain shield against future accidents. They were on time. Enthusiastic. Fairly priced. And left us with a reasonable quote on future service for air duct cleaning

Daniel was great! He showed up on time, explained everything and got the air ducts cleaned quickly and efficiently. He also did a full carpet cleaning and cleaned my couch, and was quick and did a good job. He was very accommodating to the pets in the house and wore his mask while inside. I’d recommend Daniel to others looking for good service as a good price.

They did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet. My carpet was very soiled and they did an amazing job, it literally looks new! It also did not take a very long time.

These guys are CROOKS and LIERS!!! Do NOT let them in your home!! Used a Groupon and they swore I purchased the wrong 1 for vent cleaning. Then they went to the attic and swore I had pieces falling off my furnace, even tho they are new. Showed me pictures he had in his phone that I'm sure he uses to show everybody for they're SCAM to seem like something is wrong. When they took out my vent covers to clean them Daniel went to my outside faucet AND NEVER TURNED THE WATER OFF!! Water ran for 3 days and at 1st he swore he didn't go to the side of my house to use the faucet until I sent him a video of him walking with the vents in his hand heading to the side of the house to the faucet. He said if I didn't have him ON CAMERA cutting the water on, he didn't do it. So how did you clean the vents because when you walked back in my house the vents were wet!! Instead of them taking responsibility for their mistake and Paying the $50 extra I had to pay for my water bill they chose to be NASTY WITH ATTITUDES. I told them I will sue and his response was he would sue me, we'll let's go to court!!! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!! And Yes they wanted me to pay an extra $400 for some bogus work!! Con Men!!!

Guys please do not call them. I will never call them even if they want to comeback and do it for free. He disrespected my wife she was so scared because she was by herself and they ask for $60 and then I have to call them 3 times then they went up on price and ask me for $80. I agreed and paid them if I knew the disrespect women I am not going to call ever. Even they ask her why you did not vacuum. Hello cleaning carpet means cleaning carpet. So please do yourself favor never call them low in temper.

We did hire the company to clean our carpets. We made an appointment for Saturday. They told us they would come between 10 to 2. They finally ended up coming at 3:45. They did clean the carpets and one of our sofas. The sofa cleaning was pretty good. In one of the rooms showed up after cleaning a red stain which was not there( we did picture the carpets before cleaning and when we first got the house. It was not there. After the cleaning nobody entered in the room, the carpets were wet. Next day when I did enter to put things back in the place( Sunday evening) I saw the stain. Contacted the company on Monday morning to tell the problem and they said they didn’t know about the stain and that red stains cannot be removed.
I said I could show the camera records, showing that nobody entered there. He said again that red stains cannot be removed.
Different from the sofa, carpet cleaning was ok. I wouldn’t recommend because in my humble opinion, they were not punctual, made us expend my entire day waiting for them and the lack of interest and professionalism when dealing with problems! Only hire them if you have lots of time to spend waiting.

I do not recommend this company at all! They finished 2 rooms in 10 mins and did just regular cleaning, even though I paid extra and requested deep cleaning. The corners were not even touched. Very disappointed. My carpets look the same before cleaning and stains are still there. I have to now pay to another company for a better service. So unprofessional.

Please beware. I scheduled on a Wednesday for Thursday m 12pm-6pm and they no call or show. Upon calling them @693pm they lied and said my appointment was for Friday. I gave them the benefit of my doubts and accepted the Friday 12pm-6pm and the owner Daniel or Danny agreed to my request to call me if there was a problem. Can you guess what happened today? I waited patiently from 12pm-6pm today. I called at 602 and Daniel didn’t lead with an apology he hastily stated that they a held up by a big order. Side bar I paid for 7 rooms and was aware that I have to pay for extras like scotch guard, pet order and deep clean. I asked him why didn’t he inform me there was a delay.. too much like right but this company is wrong. He tried to reschedule for later an hour . Fool me once shame on me.. twice … it’s on them and you will find my review of these bad business practices on every platform that I can. Why? They don’t have respect for others time. Daniel attempted text to he condescending; I’m being a discount thru Groupon? There are no favors in business. quid pro quo. Please read reviews before you book with this company. Not worth the “discount” as they say! Buyers beware.

Used service for air duct and furnace clean. The crew was nice but I don't know what they did for furnace cleaning because I checked inside and was still dirty. I emailed them regarding this and I did not get response.
