Reviews of local pros in Chamblee, Georgia

Jesse is a wealth of information, and completely invested in the health and welfare of trees in the urban environment. I called late on a Friday to get advice on a damaged tree in my yard and he responded almost immediately and helped me make a decision on how to proceed. I would highly recommend Onebark tree service to anyone interested in maintaining healthy happy trees on their property.

Had some tree/shrub cleanup that needed to be done in a hurry and Jonathan delivered above and beyond my expectations. 10/10 would use Pelfrey again thanks to Jonathan’s top notch customer service

Jonathan Crowder and his crew were awesome. They arrived at the time given and immediately started to work. They worked well as a team and I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks Jonathan Crowder

I’m a realtor and we have used Jonathan on several occasions to perform tree assessments on properties for our buyers and sellers. He’s always gotten the job done even in short notice. We’ll continue to use his services.

We do alot of construction in highly visible areas. We use pelfrey company tree service exclusively. The manager Taylor is very professional and safe. This company is highly recommended

J. Crowder and his crew showed up timely and knocked out several large trees in our yard, while pruning others, all in just a couple of hours. Everything went smoothly and would high recommend!

Worked with Jonathan, he was great! Very knowledgeable and polite. Definitely would turn to him and his company for any future tree removal projects!

Professional, quick, safe and clean. They took care of their crews. They took care of public exposure. They left it better than they found it. Jonathan was there and made sure what I needed was accomplished. Listened well and delivered on promises.

Can’t say enough good things about the job Pelfrey did at our property!! They expertly cleared a large area that we want to use for family activities!! Now we won’t have anymore broken collar bones from running on the old stumpy yard!! Thanks Jonathan!!

Pelfrey Tree Company did it again! We’ve used this company twice and I called Jonathan Crowder some crazy time of day and he was all over it. Left our yard looking better than when they got there! Thanks so much!!!

Tim McDowell succeeded where two other arborists failed and dropped the ball. I couldn't recommend Pelfrey enough for your removal needs. Professional, responsive, and great communication. Ask for Tim, you will be in great hands!

Our tree was beginning to rot in our front yard and they were able to help us out of a tight situation. Jonathon was super communicative and responsive. Great service and a happy customer.

Just closed on a new house less than a month ago. Jonathan Crowder over at Pelfrey was able to come day of closing, assess what needed to be done and was able to make it over today to get the job done. House looks a lot better and there isn’t a thing to pickup myself.

Amazing Tree service ! Best prices in town and the quick promptly service and clean up
was outstanding. I have worked with several tree companies in the area and this was the best! Sending all my neighbors and friends . Jon was amazing and his crew!

Pelfrey Tree knows how to get it done! They are super fast with responding to calls and get to work as soon as they arrive. Thank you Taylor Peck for your oversight and help throughout the project, as well as your overall great professionalism!

Very impressed with Pelfrey. Jonathan was extremely professional and very responsive. They worked fast and left zero sign of trail or damage. Would definitely use them again.

I saw a billboard advertising Pelfrey Tree Service. Andrew Pelfrey came to my house and we discussed the services I wanted. Remove a tree and trim a couple trees. He has been non responsive. A few days passed with no quote. So I texted to see if I was going to receive a quote. I confirmed my email. Two weeks later, I have not received any communication. Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend.
Response: They were not responsive by text and nothing in spam. They did not try very hard to get my business.

I don't know if they are good value or not. They came highly recommended and I just went with it. I wanted quality. Jonathan and his team did an amazing job. EXACTLY what Jonathan told me they would do when he quoted the job.

He was here all day supervising and the entire team executed like a well oiled machine. I'm very pleased.

We had a great experience with Jonathan at Palfrey Tree. He scrambled to arrange our tree removal with a day's notice. He was easy to work with and did a great job.

Had an emergency tree removal situation. Without hesitation, I called Pelfrey Tree Service. They helped us out big time and quite honestly, saved the day. The people who run the shop have tons of experience and are top-notch professionals. If you’ve gotta lose a tree, call them first.
