The folks at Pelfrey Tree Co. provided excellent service in tree removal / stump removal. All employees were polite and responsive to all questions. Their prices are competitive and would highly recommend their services to anyone. I plan to use them again soon for more tree work.

There are not enough stars for this company. We had a tree branch fall on a power line. Tim McDowell worked us in to the company's full schedule. Pelfrey Tree Service did an amazing job removing a one hundred year old white oak that was close to my house. Everyone that I had contact with was courteous and professional. Kelly at the office was particularly accommodating. I spent several hours watching the crew take down the tree and was fascinated by the teamwork and care to my property. Thanks gang!

I’ve heard mixed reviews over the years about Pelfrey Tree Service, but when a client of mine recommended Jonathan Crowder and I met him in person I knew I found my guy. Seamless process, had his crew in and out without incident, and the pricing and timeline couldn’t have been more fair. If you’re talking to anybody but Big John Crowder, you’re wrong!

Pelfrey did a great job trimming up a few trees and removing some limbs at my home. They had a very competitive price, excellent customer service, and when they were on the site working got the job done quickly. The cleaned up the area well and even trimmed back some other smaller trees I needed help with. Highly recommend them and would use them again.

Jonathon Crowder could not have been more professional in overseeing the removal of a fallen tree and removing the debris, including my deck that was wiped out from the fallen tree. He wasted no time getting his crew here on a Saturday, no less! In the process my neighbor recognized another tree that needed to be removed, and again, Jonathon made sure we got it down before another storm. His proposals were reasonable and he didn’t try to over sell! He and his crew did an outstanding job making sure everything was superbly cleaned up and removed from my property! I definitely will refer Pelfry Company Tree Service to fellow neighbors and friends!

Pelfrey was great to work with. Jonathan was our point of contact….he showed up on time, took the time to examine and explain the process for removing the dead trees in question and we were actually able to save one of the trees rather than remove it. After speaking to two other companies about removing trees from my yard, I decided to go with Pelfrey and couldn't be happier that I did. Jonathan was extremely knowledgable and professional from the beginning. A very large oak tree as well as a large cherry tree were both removed in record time with no damage to any of the Japanese maples around them. They pruned many of the Japanese maples as well and really know what they are doing. They left the yard cleaner than when they showed up. Very highly recommend.

These guys came from JAX with a crew to Augusta GA the week Hurricane Helene came through and took down a pine leaning on my house. They have been working all through our neighborhood and nothing but great work! These guys are professional and fair! They know what they are doing! Hired Pelfrey to remove some trees in our backyard and the experience was awesome! The communication with the office and scheduling was great and worked around our needs. The crew was on time, respectful of our fence/property, worked swiftly but thoroughly, and did a GREAT job with clean up! Very satisfied and would highly recommend the company.
