Wow!! All I can say is wow!! Jonathan came out the same day as contacting him about trees that needed removing! He sent the very reasonable quote quickly and had our job scheduled in less than a week! Once they were here, I couldn’t believe how quick they were and what an excellent job they did! These days, you can’t even get companies to return your call so this experience was so refreshing! Jonathan was awesome to work with! Would highly recommend using them!

Pelfrey was awesome! They came fast, with a huge team, and left no trace of leaves/branches when they were done. They did exactly what I requested and were very reasonable in their charges. I highly recommend them for pruning, removal, trimming, etc. And best of all, they were always a text away and were super easy to communicate with. Definitely go with Pelfrey!

We contacted Pelfrey Tree Services to remove and limb up trees on our properties. Andrew was very prompt and we received quotes quickly. Jonathan and his crew were amazing. We had an emergency tree removal we had to have done in a hurry to get a pipe dug out and fixed. We called Pelfry and they came out the next day with four guys and it was done in about 40 min. They were early, got it done and gone. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

They were very professional and knowledgeable! They explained procedures clearly and quickly set about the job. They were able to clean our vents and returns efficiently and quickly and our whole house is so much cleaner now and the air flow is much better! Thank you so much!

To be clear, my review has nothing to do with work and everything to do with unprofessionalism and communication. I found this company on Groupon and before I purchased the Groupon, I called and asked a few questions about carpet cleaning. After speaking with the person who answered I told him I would go buy the Groupon, so he gave me an appointment from 2pm to 8pm on 12/7. I work per diem and took the day off to move some furniture items around so the technicians could get everywhere. At around 2, I called and asked to confirm that the appointment was still on and the person who answered said they were at a big job and needed to call me back when they got near the schedule but never called me back. By 7:30 pm I decided to call to find out what time they were going to get here because it was getting late. The person who answered says that he was down a technician and he wasn't going to make it. My problem was the lack of consideration for my time. If you schedule enough appointments for 2 technicians and 1 is out sick, it would seem to me that you know you are not going to make all of the appointments and you should start making calls as early as possible to see who you can reschedule. So, he tells me that he can reschedule and upgrade me to the premium package. I asked him to send me something confirming this in the event he forgot. He told me to text him and that he would reply. I text him everything we spoke about and the new appointment date and time and he didn't reply. Today, I text him to confirm that he is coming tomorrow and no answer. I can't do business with a company that assumes people have nothing else to do but sit around and wait for them to decide whether they are showing up or not. In any event I never got to see if they do good work because he never showed up. I traded my Groupon in do to lack of communication.

Found them on Groupon. They did a great job and I’ll use them again! They cleaned my air ducts, 2 ac units, dryer vent, and chimney. Three gentlemen showed up and worked together to get the job done. Just a regular group of guys working hard to make a living!

PLEASE BE AWARE. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. They did not contact me to confirm the day of and they agreed that they could clean my carpet. On the day of, no phone call no nothing. I texted and called just to confirm and no one responded until three hours later. He called and apologize and offered to come out the next day STILL NOTHING. I found them on GROUPON and would not recommend this company at all!!!!!!

These guys are the worst ! Horrible customer service , terrible job on my carpet. None of the staining is gone after paying $100 more for deep clean and pet package . Showed up an hour and a half late after the 12-4 window. Cigarette burns all over their clothing . A complete disaster and disgrace ! I am LIVID !

I’m extremely pleased with the service I received from this company. I ordered a Groupon and somehow it said that it was redeemed even though I hadn’t. Once I called I was assured that it was a problem some persons were having with Groupon and I was able to easily schedule my carpet cleaning. My carpets have been needing a good clean and I’m very happy with the work that was done as well as the friendly and professional service. Would definitely recommend.

This company is thorough, professional and they 100% know what they are doing. Mitch and Daniel are great! They explained things to my husband, Steve and me that we never had any idea about! GREAT JOB on getting out stains AND pet odors! Will definitely use their services again.

I have used EZ Carpet and Upholstery Care, LLC twice now to clean out my air ducts, vents, and returns. All of the team members are respectful and responsible. The entire system of my home is checked and carefully worked on so that I can tell the difference in the feel and cleanliness of my air as soon as their work is complete. This team makes themselves available and schedules their visits based on my calendar. They have given me recommendations on small changes I can make to save money and improve the air quality in my home. The excellent services I receive from EZ Carpet and Upholstery Care, LLC are well-worth the reasonable price that they charge.

These guys are trash. Bought a Groupon for a carpet cleaning. They sent a SUBCONTRACTOR to my house- HOW DANGEROUS IS THAT?? Someone clearly not bonded through his company- then- the Subcontractor refused to give me the service I paid for- he wouldn’t touch my carpet unless I now spent $250- Spoke to the “owner” Dan- who told me that in a few short hours- work he had contracted out was getting nothing but complaints- he was severing ties- he would upgrade me for my inconvenience to a “deluxe clean” and he would do it hi
Self- he was a no show and his counterparts had no idea that I even talked to their owner- had no intention of cleaning my carpet- Dan’s partner Mitch offered to squeeze me in btw 5-7pm- then called at 3pm to cxl- can’t come back until 2/13.. unless I wanted the guy that they allegedly severed ties with to come back- yes- the one who wanted $250.. DONT DO IT!!❌❌❌

We had a leak in our roof that created a mold issue. We had to rip out the bathroom tiles. when we did, the house had mold move through it quickly. Daniel and Mitchell came over at the end of a long day and had our vents cleaned and sanitized in less than two hours for two units. We appreciate the pictures and updates along the way. We are having them back over the weekend to clean upholstery and carpet/rugs. I did not use a groupon, and I paid less than when I had a groupon for vent cleaning through a difference company on my old house!
