Shemeta is amazing at what she does! She’s incredibly knowledgeable as an AC technician and also one of the kindest people I’ve met. She introduced herself right away before coming into my home and made me feel completely at ease.

She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me understand exactly what was going on with my AC unit. Her professionalism, communication, and care really stood out.

He was clearly knowledgeable about the industry and made us feel like he had our best interest in mind throughout the quotations process. Very very happy with my experience. I actually feel like a got smarter during the process because Shemeta talked me through everything she was doing and why. Very friendly, very knowlegable, and while she gave me options for other steps I can take with my unit (that I probably will take down the line), I didn't feel like I was being sold on anything. I can’t say enough about how great Varsity Zone and Shemeta Garson were with helping me with my HVAC furnace. I’ve been having this issue for 6 months and had 3 other service providers come out to try and fix it and couldn’t.
