Reviews of local pros in Chamblee, Georgia

Shemeta (sp) our technician was prompt engaging and good at what she does. The greatest thing is she did our maintenance service and did not try to upscale us in any way which has become the trend. We recommend Varsity Zone all the way around! 5 stars!

Ms. Carson was amazing, very knowledgeable and fast.. My first time seeing a woman in heat and air condition . Impressive. She came in my home after Thoroughly diagnosing my machine. Fix it and now, we have heat… To her company , y'all need to give this woman her flowers and promotions if you want to keep her… She definitely has spunk and very valuable . Thank you Ms. Carson. Wish you well in all your future endeavors.

Shemeta Carson came out to inspect and repair my 15 year old furnace of a rental property. She was punctual, very clear in her communication and thorough in her inspection … not to mention honest in her recommendation. She engaged her manager as needed and received excellent and timely service overall. Very pleased overall.

Wonderful service all around. Varsity Zone Camblee responded very quickly to our after hours request and came out the next day (before the ice storm). Shemeta did a fabulous job fixing our issues. She is a great person to deal with, professional, enthusiastic and sincere! Many thanks!

Working with Alan was an outstanding experience from start to finish. In an industry where it’s sometimes hard to know who to trust, Alan stands out for his professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail.

He took the time to thoroughly assess the system, clearly explain what was going on, and present options without any pressure. His knowledge of HVAC systems is obvious, but what impressed me most was his integrity. He recommended what was truly needed — not what would make him the most money.

The installation/repair was completed efficiently, the job site was left clean, and everything was tested to ensure it was running perfectly before he left. You can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way.

If you’re looking for someone dependable, honest, and highly skilled, Alan is the guy to call. I would confidently recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.

This is the second time Shemeta Carson has been to our home for two different appointments. She was punctual, very professional and very knowledgeable. Took care of all of our concerns.
On a side note - GIRL POWER! So nice to see a strong woman in this field! Will always request her! She’s so friendly, too! ☺️

I was having issues trouble shooting a Pioneer mini-split and called Varsity Zone hvac. They had the necessary refrigerant and equipment designed for my unit. The tech, Shemeta was very polite and very knowledgeable about my particular mini split. She was very detailed oriented and was able to find an issue that many other so called professionals had overlooked. Long story short, I was able to get my unit up and running as it should thanks to Shemeta and the good folks over at Varsity Zone. I wouldn't hesitate to call them back in the future with any of my hvac needs. Good company, great people.

Great service and communication, staff is very knowledgable. Will definitely be using their services again

Worked with me for same day service at a great rate to get my ducts cleaned. Thanks for everything!

Ty was great, he explained everything and was super knowledgeable.

Ben was great found out the reason my dryer wasn’t working. Will definitely call him again.

Ben came same day to fix my ac unit. Great communication. Great price.

Called them and the technicians of American HVAC Pros arrived late. Did not send me before and after photos and I checked the air duct it was not thoroughly cleaned.

After purchasing my condo, i renovated the entire place. The AC was very stuffy snd the was filled with construction dust. They were able to get rid of any dust and odor. Air conditioning works great now.

Needed someone to clean my ducts because my sneezing was out of control, Ben came and showed us the dust we had built up and proceeded to clean it.
Really impressed with how Ben handled everything. Already feeling the difference by breathing easier and sneezing a lot less. Big shoutout to Ben and his team for going above and beyond.
Definitely recommend them if you're having similar issues. Great work! Also price was very fair.

Ben was great explained the whole process and why it’s beneficial. Me and my family have been super stuffed this pollen season after reading online I decided to give air duct cleaning a try found American hvac pros and contacted Ben. Process was super easy came out the next day and handled everything. We ended up also buying the IV light that Ben installed on sight. Would definitely recommend them !

The crew came by my home for air duct cleaning. They thoroughly cleaned my 3 different units and did a very good job. They were punctual, polite, and very efficient. Compared to other companies I had reached out to, they were very cost effective as well. I can already breathe better and can tell a noticeable difference in air quality within my home. I would highly recommend American HVAC Pros. Thanks for a great job!

Clean cut, owner operated business. Walked me through the whole process, each step explained what he will be doing and why. Very happy with the work done. As the pollen season starts I already can feel a difference. The house heats up and cools down way quicker. Also one of the major benefits is that the air conditioner it’s self runs quieter now. Over all great investment in to me comfort.

Top quality work
