Had HVAC issues gave Grant's a call around lunch time weather had them backed up but he showed up next morning no complaints here. Doesn't hurt anyone to tough it out for a little bit.

Too bad I can't do 10 stars! Mark already thought he
knew the issue while I spoke with him on the phone. He arrived 5 minutes later, looked at the thermostat and reiterated his thoughts on our problem. 5 minutes outside with the unit and a couple tools and we were done!!! He explained we had a heat pump system and how best to use it and how it works. He went so far as to climb into the crawl space (yuck) to confirm all was working. We were worried as we had just bought the home a year ago and thought a new furnace was inevitable. Mark assured us all was well and that the units themselves were only 5 years old and in great condition. Amazingly, the rate shocked us, far below what we expected. Can't say enough about the experience from the initial call to waving bye to the guys. Do not hesitate to give them a call. Thanks guys.

Response to my service request was prompt and courteous. Technicians were clean cut and professional. Careful at all times to not track the floors nor let insects in nor our heat out. Knowledgeable about our equipment and efficient in the use of their time. A great experience.
I just had a new HVAC system installed by Grants. They got to it quickly which was important because I have a family event coming up and I needed the house air conditioned especially in light of the heat wave we are experiencing. I was especially impressed by how meticulously the technicians were about getting every detail right. My new system is a far superior installation than the one they replaced. Every detail from quietness to the way condensate water is handled is superior to the old installation. The men were courteous and careful to protect the floors while going to and from the location of the unit. I especially appreciated their willingness to install the unit in the third floor attic during a heatwave.

Mitchell Grant, Fred and Mark did a fantastic job installing a Rheem 3 ton heat pump system for me today 11/16/25 Careful attention to every detail. Communication during the process was great and the price was very reasonable. They were very respectful and polite during the install and cleaned up good afterwards. The installation for a new system is crucial on a new HVAC system. Grants installs it perfect and will stand behind what they do. 5 stars on everything!! Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. Mark was very professional and friendly. I call office at 8:00 am and he came by 11:45 am the same day. Repaired my AC and installed a new thermostat within a couple of hours.

Mark did a wonderful job installing, made sure everything was working properly, and helped me understand how to use the new thermostat. I'd recommend Grant's to anyone that asked me.

I have worked with many plumbers in the past and Grant heating and plumbing by far is the best that I have ever worked with. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is completely satisfied and in the most courteous way. Their troubleshooting ability is above and beyond any that I have seen. Technician arrived promptly, was knowledgeble and courteous. Quickly found problem,made a temporary fix that allowed us to not be without heat while part replacement was aquired. Came back as soon as part was available and finished job. Great company, top to bottom!

Fred and Richard did a great job on the down draft vent for gas cook top! Mitch was very easy to work with on the planning and suggestions for the solution. The job was completed professionally and much better than the previous installation on the previous cook top.
