We recently had a new AC system installed in our home. From the very first phone call to the completion of the job, it was nothing but a very smooth transition. We have always called Grants for our electrical/plumbing needs & now will always call them for our AC/heating needs. They are the absolute best!!!! This is a wonderful local company to work with. We had a VERY old Moen kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. The plumber extraordinaire, Dusty had me send him a picture. He knew exactly what we needed. Please bear in mind that this is going above-and-beyond the call of duty. Most of the time the folks needing a new kitchen faucet must choose their own...

He picked out an incredibly nice Delta faucet with a sprayer. Made in USA, easy to work on, and a lifetime warranty. He had the old, corroded one off, and the new one installed in less than 45 minutes. It works terrific! He even showed me how easy it is to work on, and gave me Delta's phone number, if we should have problems.

We are so glad that we called Grant's. They've been in business for nearly 5 decades! We know who we'll call again, if we have plumbing problems. Thank you Dusty for being so kind and personable. And Thank you Grant's!

This is the go to company for all your heating/air, plumbing and electrical! This week alone we had Dusty install a new kitchen faucet and he is just awesome! Love the job done, professional and enjoyed having him in our home. Then oh no need a new heating/air unit so again call Grant! Same quality service and thank you cool air! Need it done call Grant Heating and Cooling won’t be sorry.

Just want to thank Grant heating and air. They came out and helped me after my heater stopped working and it was 27f outside. Technician was knowledgeable, and friendly. Diagnosed my issue within 5 minutes got me setup and running and also gave me tips to keep it working at peak performance. I highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC work A+

Grants technicians talked to me about what they were doing and why. They were friendly and gave me a heads up on what to expect. Enjoyed having them work in my home. I’ll definitely call them back in the future should I need them again.

Installed complete new HVAC system (July 2013) to include all wiring, plumbing and duct work, increased the size of existing vents and added new vents to better aid in cooling and heating. I subscribed to their twice a year service program, their tech's were very professional and all services were preformed in a timely manner. Very happy with the quality of products installed. Highly recommend True Temp!

I scheduled a quote a few months ago and after walking through my house and on my property, this company ghosted me. I was very excited to hear from them because Tyler seemed like he really knew what he was talking about and would give me a fair quote. After calling a few times and no hearing back, scouring my junk folder, and seeing nothing it seems they must have ghosted me. It was a waste of my time and I’m very disappointed in the way this company practices their business
