At first, I couldnt get an appointment due to full schedule. After 2 other electrician visits and 4 power compny visits, my electricity was still in and out. When Grant came, they located the one fuse causing weak power in my entire home!

Mike and The Crew have been wonderful!! From Lindsay in the office to all the field men we’ve encountered, they were all polite , kind , knowledgeable and trustworthy !!

I've used Grant's Plumbing and Electrical at Crown Mill Village / Legacy of Dalton for many years. They are super knowledgeable and have a wonderful crew that gets the job done with precision and professionalism. I would definitely recommend.

NEVER USE GRANTS: If you ever have a plumbing, heating or electric problem do not call GRANTS in Chatsworth GA. Every time we have had them out here we have had to get someone else to fix the problem. This last time Grants came out they charged us 245.00 for running their mouth without fixing anything. Then when they could of fix the problem in 2 hours. They put it off until the following Monday so we had to go without water from Thursday until Monday (5 days). We were told by the locals that had been here forever. The first problem was calling GRANTS for anything. Never call a company that claimed they can do everything. The only reason my husband called Grants was, because the other plumber could not get her by Friday. Well Grants came on Friday and did nothing. Never use Grants.

I have been using Grant Plumbing and Electric for over 15 years now and have always had top notch service. Their work is tremendous and the crew is professional and friendly. We use them at our lake cabin and at our home.

Grant Plumbing has worked on a FEW different plumbing problems for my Family... I did not know I could ever grow a relationship with a plumber but I HAVE and I am Really Happy about it... Quality Work, VERY Professional, and just All Around NICE GUYS... I will never call anyone else... These guys ROCK!!!

Dusty was exceptional! He not only located and repaired our water leak, but he was so kind, respectful and just an overall hard worker and good person. We will certainly call Grants (and Dusty) for any other issues in the future.

100% recommend! This service call for my hot water heater followed a different company that did not give me good service. They were so professional on the phone and I’m person. I was given many options and was explained why. I feel much more informed in purchasing a new hot water heater when time and will definitely buy from them. In the meantime he was able to fix the leak.

Grants is wonderful. They are hard working and so nice. Dusty explained what happened was very friendly. Everyone at Grants seems so nice from the moment I called and left a message. They got back to me quickly and worked with my schedule. They fixed the busted pipe wonderfully and they are very reasonably priced. I will be calling Grants for any plumbing or electrical repairs without question.

We have turned to Grant's many times for electrical as well as plumbing needs for our home. We have been extremely fortunate to have had Dusty come to our home several times for these needs. Dusty is extremely knowledgeable & such a kind, polite person!! He is the BEST & a HUGE asset to Grants!! We have always had very prompt & fast service from Grants!! I had my unit fan to stop moving but I still had heat thankfully. I'd placed a call on a Monday and the service guy came out to fix it the next day. I was glad I didn't have to wait a long time. The cost to fix it wasn't too much either. Thanks Grant Heating and Air!

Best service man ever! Responded the same day I called, got to the source of the problem right away and explained the situation to me in a very knowledgeable and professional manner. The necessary part was installed the following day and a thorough check was made of the system and once again, I had air conditioning. I would not hesitate to call Grant Heating and Air and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs service on their heating/air system. My service man was Mark, and he was great; an asset to the company!
